After Being Rejected by Senior Sisters, My Demoness Master Actually Gave Herself to Me

Chapter 66: Where’s Your Junior Brother?

Chapter 66: Where’s Your Junior Brother?

Lan Caidie was completely unaware of the scheme between Ye Shu and Nie Qing. At this moment, under Ye Shu’s watchful gaze, she trembled with embarrassment, her legs nearly giving way.

“This damned Succubus Demon! Controlling Senior Sister Nie Qing was one thing, but to control my body too—and even force me into doing that! Forget about purity—I just want to live! I can’t believe I actually did that with him, and worse, I initiated it!” Lan Caidie felt utterly miserable, stamping her feet in frustration.

Ye Shu observed her reaction and added casually, “Senior Sister Lan, now that I’ve saved you, don’t you think you should show some gratitude?”

“Gratitude?! You still want gratitude?!”

At these words, Lan Caidie nearly exploded on the spot.

This comment felt like a brutal blow to her already fragile state of mind.

You took advantage of me, and now you’re asking for thanks?

But as she stared at Ye Shu’s impossibly handsome face, she blinked thoughtfully.

Who truly benefited from this, anyway? It wasn’t so clear-cut.

Still, upon reflection, she realized she owed him something. After all, he had warned her beforehand and only acted out of necessity to save her life.

“Thank you, Junior Brother. I’ll remember your kindness forever. If there’s anything I can do for you in the future, Senior Sister will gladly assist without hesitation,” Lan Caidie said.

The debt was officially incurred.

“She actually thanked me!”

Ye Shu laughed inwardly but kept his expression neutral, nodding politely. “Very well, Senior Sister. I won’t hesitate to call on you when I need help.”

“Mm-hmm.” Lan Caidie crossed her arms, kicking the air irritably. This was a total loss—her purity gone, a favor owed, and no idea how she’d face Ye Shu and Nie Qing moving forward.

Ye Shu, however, appeared much more relaxed.

By dragging Lan Caidie onto his “pirate ship,” he ensured she wouldn’t dare speak out once they left the Slaughter Tower. No loose ends, no worries.

As for Nie Qing, she gave Lan Caidie a strange look and silently apologized: Sorry, Senior Sister Lan. I had no choice but to play along.

This performance was meant to seal her lips. Now, even if she wanted to say something, it would be difficult.

Nie Qing still had one lingering question. Turning to Ye Shu, she sent a mental message: “What exactly allowed you to make the Succubus Demon enter her body?”

She now suspected that the Succubus Demon was under Ye Shu’s control. Otherwise, how could it obey him so perfectly? When Ye Shu said the Succubus Demon should enter Lan Caidie’s body, it did exactly that.

The implications were chilling. If the Succubus Demon truly obeyed Ye Shu, then its earlier possession of her body must have also been orchestrated by him.

And if that were true, what was his real purpose?…

Thinking about it made Nie Qing shudder. What was this Junior Brother plotting? Was he planning to commit unspeakable acts here?

“Senior Sister, let me be honest. The Succubus Demon has been subdued and is now trapped within me. If I truly intended to do harm, why would I stop? Why not go all the way and take advantage of the situation?” Ye Shu replied telepathically.

“Of course!”

Nie Qing suddenly understood.

If Ye Shu truly controlled the Succubus Demon, he could have forced himself on her earlier instead of stopping after just a kiss.

In other words, the Succubus Demon was genuinely subdued by him during their encounter.

Nie Qing accepted his explanation, though unease lingered. What if keeping the Succubus Demon inside him caused unforeseen consequences? Or worse, what if he used it to commit hidden atrocities?

Ye Shu seemed to read her thoughts and continued, “A knife in the hands of a murderer can kill countless innocents, but in the hands of a chef, it creates delicious meals.”

“It’s not about the tool itself—it’s how you choose to use it.”

Hearing this, Nie Qing fell silent, mulling over his words.

After a moment, enlightenment dawned on her face.

She found herself satisfied with this young man who was far younger than her.

Perhaps in someone else’s hands, the Succubus Demon would become a monstrous fiend preying on innocent women. But in the hands of an “upright” Junior Brother like Ye Shu, it might serve a different purpose.

At least, that’s what she believed—for now.

Seeing that Senior Sister Nie Qing didn’t press further, Ye Shu smirked inwardly: “Senior Sister is so easy to fool.”

In truth, he wasn’t some virtuous gentleman or a lecherous rogue. The identity of a cunning trickster suited him best.

With the Succubus Demon as his weapon, countless women would surely fall victim to his schemes.

He puffed up with pride at the thought.

Now, they began discussing whether to continue ascending.

They were currently on the third floor of the tower, with six more levels above them. The strength of the vengeful spirits increased with each level.

For example, the vengeful spirits on the third floor were roughly at the mid-Golden Core stage. On the fourth floor, they might reach the peak Golden Core stage—or even the early Nascent Soul stage.

“Let’s go! We’ll keep climbing. Time is short; no need to hesitate,” Ye Shu declared confidently, taking the lead.

“He’s fearless. A mere Golden Core cultivator daring to ascend higher…” Lan Caidie muttered behind him.

Nie Qing reminded her, “Don’t forget—it was him who defeated that late Nascent Soul vengeful spirit earlier.”

At that, Lan Caidie wisely shut her mouth.

She couldn’t fathom Ye Shu’s true strength. Though he was only at the Golden Core stage, he had effortlessly crushed a late Nascent Soul vengeful spirit—a feat that should have been impossible.

Ye Shu claimed it was thanks to a treasure given to him by Master Luo Jiuyan, but who knew if that was true?

“Fine.”

Since Ye Shu, the weakest among them, was leading the way, how could two Senior Sisters at the Nascent Soul stage possibly back down?

Reluctantly, they followed him upward.

Five days later.

Inside the Asura Hall, the breathtakingly beautiful Luo Jiuyan gazed pensively at the ominous black tower before her.

It had been so long, and yet no one had emerged. Had something happened inside?

Even if danger arose, the decoy puppet she provided should have ensured their survival.

Could they have encountered an overwhelmingly powerful opponent and been killed before using it?

No, that couldn’t be. She could still sense Shu’er’s presence—he was alive.

After pondering for so long, Luo Jiuyan grew restless. Just as she prepared to take a walk to clear her mind—

A flash of black light erupted.

Her heart leapt, and she turned quickly. Her smile froze as a disheveled woman in blue staggered out of the tower, looking dazed.

Lan Caidie’s clothes were torn and tattered, revealing glimpses of skin. Spotting Luo Jiuyan, she immediately knelt. “Greetings, Master!”

In that instant, she noticed the fleeting disappointment on Luo Jiuyan’s face.

Eh? What’s going on? Is she unhappy to see me?

Luo Jiuyan merely sighed. The person who emerged wasn’t the one she expected. Nodding at Lan Caidie, she asked, “Good. Now tell me—where’s your Junior Brother?”

“My Junior Brother?”

Lan Caidie thought of that man and felt a pang of bitterness. Of course he’s favored! Even when I come out, Master doesn’t bother asking how I am. Instead, she immediately asks about him!
