I Am Raditz

In the blink of an eye, three members of the Ginyu Force had fallen.

Recoome and Guldo were utterly dead, while Burter was only badly wounded and barely able to move.

Even the mighty Captain Ginyu was no match for Piccolo. He was punched five times in rapid succession before being kicked to the ground by a whirlwind attack.

There was a loud "thud" as he crashed, raising a long trail of dust.

Meanwhile, Gohan crossed his arms to block Jeice's grab. His fist transformed into an open palm, with his other hand quickly overlapping it. Light suddenly flashed as his power level soared!

"Masenko!"

This technique wasn't as powerful as the Kamehameha Wave, nor did it have as much range, but it was extremely fast and covered a wide area. It was a perfect move for close-range explosive attacks.

Jeice hadn't expected Gohan to suddenly release an energy wave. He quickly halted his advance and retreated, but was still caught in the blast!

"BOOM!"

With a heavy impact and a muffled sound, Jeice landed hard on his back. Smoke rose from the battle armor on his chest, his red face flushed purple, and his white hair was singed at the ends.

"Huff... huff... this kid... actually..." Jeice gasped violently, terrified.

If he had retreated even a moment later, he would have died on the spot.

Captain Ginyu was equally shocked. The most elite combat force under Frieza was losing to these Saiyans and Namekians!

"Nothing surprising about it. We've been training hard while you've been taking it easy. You should know that hard work always pays off." Raditz shrugged.

"Impossible! You're just a Saiyan!" Burter, lying fallen to the side, continued to roar.

"Please—Saiyans are the strongest warrior race," Raditz didn't bother explaining further as he rushed toward Jeice, driving his elbow into the red warrior's abdomen.

Energy seemed to pass straight through Jeice's body, causing an explosion behind him. His pupils trembled as blood spewed from his mouth. His entire body seemed drained of strength, frozen in place, unable to move before collapsing.

Ginyu turned his head stiffly, his eyes filled with astonishment.

The lightning-fast battle had happened right beside him, yet he couldn't even follow it. In other words, if that same hit had struck him, the result would have been identical!

He couldn't help but swallow hard, his body trembling.

Was the proud Ginyu Force about to be completely destroyed today? Captain Ginyu's expression darkened terribly. Watching Jeice slowly falling, the corners of his mouth twitched uncontrollably.

"Quadra kill! Just one more to go," Raditz said casually, turning and swinging his arm like a powerful whip, lashing against Ginyu's body.

Ginyu was thrown back like an arrow shot from a bow, crashing through a rocky mountain that collapsed with a rumble. Pain shot through his back, which was nearly broken. He never would have imagined Raditz's strike could be so powerful.

Terror crept over Ginyu.

"Pentakill!" Raditz leapt into the air, gathering an energy ball with one hand and aiming it at Ginyu. The blue sphere was two meters in diameter—once fired, it would certainly blast Ginyu to pieces.

The overwhelming energy terrified Ginyu, as if death's door had opened before him! No! He couldn't die like this!

Ginyu screamed in desperation, making his last-ditch effort.

"CHANGE!"

He unleashed his ultimate technique—the body-switching ability! Gaining power by exchanging bodies with another was extremely effective as a surprise tactic. But Raditz had known about this trick for a long time and wasn't about to give Ginyu any chance.

"Tumat!"

"On it!"

Tumat, who had been hiding in Raditz's pocket, flew out, spitting several metal beads from his mouth. They stretched and transformed into small metal flying insects. Tumat possessed detection abilities, and the metal insects made from his own components could perform surveillance and recording functions.

In this moment, Raditz used them to intercept Ginyu's attack.

The metal insects flew directly into Ginyu's transformation beam, deliberately intercepting it. Simultaneously, Raditz released his energy ball, rushing downward as flowing light trailed behind him, pulling out several long shadows!

The now-empty Ginyu expelled his consciousness and lay numbly on the ground, but instead of getting Raditz's body, he found himself trapped in the body of a tiny metal insect! "Phew... it's done." Raditz exhaled deeply as he landed on the ground.

Seeing that Jeice and Burter weren't dead yet, he suddenly considered recruiting them into his command. Compared to the blindly loyal and arrogant Ginyu, the sinister and incompetent Guldo, and the brutal, brainless Recoome, Jeice and Burter seemed quite suitable as subordinates.

They also possessed that unique Red Magma and Blue Hurricane combination attack, which wasn't weak. With a bit of training, they could handle many tasks for him.

At this point, Piccolo had already approached Burter, four fingers spread like claws, ready to deliver the final blow.

"Wait!" Raditz stopped Piccolo, picked up Jeice, and tossed him beside Burter. "Hey, you two—do you want to live?"

Does this mean he might spare us? Burter pushed Jeice aside and hurriedly asked, "You'll let us live?"

"It's a possibility," Raditz said casually.

"If you let us go, we promise never to cross you again! Raditz, we keep our word!" Jeice held his breath and looked up with a pitiful expression.

"I won't lie to you!" Burter frantically waved his hands, sputtering as he spoke.

"Even if you wanted to come after me, you lack the ability."

"Yes, yes, yes!" Jeice and Burter nodded quickly, turning to run. They staggered away, falling three times within ten meters.

Raditz jumped and flew in front of them, blocking their path. "I didn't say I was letting you go! I never told you to leave!"

His cold stare made both fighters drop to their knees.

"What do you want from us?" Jeice asked tremulously, clutching his stomach.

"Smart—it seems I've chosen the right people," Raditz's eyes showed a hint of approval. "Leave Frieza and join me instead. He claims to be the emperor of the universe, controlling countless galaxies. But what benefits has he ever given you? A planet to call your own? Treasure? Or maybe a secret formula to increase your strength? Nothing! At most, you get the title of being on his 'strongest team.' Don't you realize he could replace you anytime?"

Jeice and Burter found themselves speechless under this questioning.

"Listen, I already have a plan to defeat Frieza. When I succeed, his power in the universe will collapse. At that point, I can let you take over parts of his territory. How does that sound?"

Fairy tales! Defeating Lord Frieza was impossible! The two had served Frieza for many years and knew all too well the terrifying power contained in his body. No matter how strong an ant might be, it could never bring down an elephant.

Raditz spotted the doubt on their faces. He placed his hands on his hips and let out a shout as red light burst forth in full bloom around him.

"BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!" Three nearby scouters exploded one after another as his power level spiked! Jeice and Burter nearly suffocated from the pressure...

"See? This is my true strength."

Raditz, now displaying his full power, not only frightened them—even Piccolo and Goku were surprised.

With this level of power, perhaps he really could defeat Frieza...
