Naruto: The Gamer Hokage

Hearing his words, Shikaku nodded his head with satisfaction. Although Naruto was small, his mind showed a lot of potential.

He couldn't help but curse the villagers for shunning him. He even cursed himself for ignoring Naruto because of his behavior.

Naruto has gotten so much stronger solely because of his talent and hard work. At least, that's what he sees.

So, if he had helped him from a small age, Naruto might have already reached Jonin Level power on his own.

'Although we can't change the past, we can shape the future. He shows a lot of potential and Sandaime's rule has become a hassle. We need a powerful, kind, and ambitious leader.'

'Naruto fills all of the checkboxes except strength for now. Since he borrows strength from Kurama, the elders, and Jonin might raise some objections. Elders will definitely raise the objections but I need all the Jonin by my side.'

He narrowed his eyes and asked.

"Naruto, do you think you can reach Kage Level strength in one year?"

Naruto was a bit silent at first. He shook his head which promptly disappointed Shikaku but Naruto quickly replied.

"I don't need a year. I might sound a bit arrogant but I will reach Kage Level strength by the time Chunin Exam ends."

Suddenly, a bright smile appeared on Shikaku's face.

"You are being arrogant here. But, I believe you."

Suddenly, his face became serious as he continued.

"Shikamaru has already reached Chunin Level strength. Hinata has also reached that level of strength and you are obviously stronger than both of them."

"If you believe you can reach Kage Level by the end of the Chunin Exam, do your best. You must impress all of the Jonin and Daimyo during Chunin Exams."

"By the way, I will also send your information to Daimyo just to make some impressions about your strength and character. Remember, you must impress Jonin with your strength and Daimyo with your character and status."

Naruto released a deep breath and asked.

"Are you serious about supporting me for the position of the Fifth Hokage?"

Shikaku smiled and nodded.

"Yes, I believe you will be a great Hokage."

Naruto lowered his head and said.

"Thank you for putting your trust in me! I will not let you down."

"Raise your head, kid! There is no need to act like that in front of me. Anyway, I have discussed the thing that I wanted to talk about. Now, I should head home."

"Shikamaru, are you coming with me or?"

"I will join you later, dad." Shikamaru replied before his father could finish the sentence.

After his father left, Shikamaru looked at Naruto and said.

"Naruto, you must have already heard about my father's reputation in the upper system of the village. But, let me remind you something. Many people, I mean over eighty percent of Jonin and Clan leaders have trusted my father in his opinions."

"And, my father has never failed them. He has always given them the right suggestions at the right moment. So, just like my father, I am also putting my faith in you."

Naruto couldn't help but smile. He patted Shikamaru's shoulder and said.

"You don't look good in a serious mood. Don't worry, I never got back to my words. That's my Ninja Way."

"So, do you want to train with me?"

Shikamaru shook his head and said.

"We got a week to rest for a reason. You should also take some rest. But, I believe you won't agree with me."

"I can't afford to rest, right now. Shikamaru, I have to train as hard as I can."

Naruto replied.

"Alright, goodbye then!"

Shikamaru left.

Naruto remained on the training ground. Nearly half an hour later, all of his shadow clones disappeared and he received the memories of nearly a hundred clones.

From twenty-five to a hundred! Now, he could easily bear the memories of two hundred shadow clones at once.

But just for the sake of his safety, he only releases one hundred shadow clones at once.

Just when he received the information, he couldn't help but smile. He raised his hand and concentrated his Chakra in his hand.

At first, it was blue but when it appeared on his palm, it suddenly got ignited. The flames appeared on his hand and remained there until he kept releasing his Chakra.

"Second Stage of Fire Nature Transformation Complete! Now, I just need to complete the Water Nature Transformation. Once it is finished, I can start adding these two natures and finally recreate Boil Release."

Naruto mumbled.

He quickly started using hand seals. After a while, he took a deep breath and started using hand seals.

[Fire Release- Flame Bullet]

He spat out a large stream of fire that turned into a solid construct and struck the ground.

Boom!

The fire literally destroyed that part of the ground, creating not only a large crater but also melting the ground slightly.

But, he didn't stop there. He started using another set of hand seals. It was only five hand seals but instead of spitting out fire from his mouth, he needed to release it from his palms.

After finishing his hand seals, he points his arm toward the target with his fist closed. As the intense Chakra started gathering at his fists, he opened his fist and massive streams of blazing hot fire burst out.

[Fire Release- Inferno Blaze]

Boom!

The power of the fire was so high that it literally burned through the ground and reached the forest. It literally melts everything in its path and leaves nothing but ashes and molten rocks.

Not only that, it just flows out like a river of fire. Just by standing near it, he could feel the water in his body melting. His body was sweating and he was getting tired.

The Chakra consumption was amazing. It was so much amazing but more importantly, the power was also amazing.

"Shit! The forest."

Only after a few seconds, he realize that the forest was getting burned down by his flame. He quickly took out a few seals and opened them.

A large amount of water fell on the ground and without wasting any time, he started forming another set of hand seals.

This technique had nearly eighteen seals but he had managed to tone it down to ten seals. After using ten seals, the water around him began to spiral into a large vortex.

With the wave of large vortex moving toward the target, Naruto just watched. The immense force behind that vortex and power behind the water itself blasted those trees and completely extinguished the fire.

Naruto couldn't help but feel a significant drop in his Chakra Reserve. Right now, he was already using a lot of shadow clones and just used another A-Rank Jutsu and now a new A-Rank Jutsu which costs quite a lot of Chakra.

But, it was nothing significant.

After he decided to ignore the destroyed forest, he continued with another set of hand seals. It only had three hand seals. After finishing the hand seals, he spat out small blades of wind that scattered in different directions.

A single blade of wind was capable enough to pierce through the thick trunk of a tree. Many of them even made holes in the ground.

"So, that's the power of B-Rank Jutsu. Compared to C-Rank, it has had high power considering its focused blast of wind."

"Now, let's try the A-Rank Wind Jutsu."

After completing the necessary hand seals, Naruto finds a sharp object above his fingertips. He couldn't test the sharpness with his own flesh so he walked toward a certain tree and swung his finger.

Ka-cha! Thud!

The sword simply slices through the trunk as if it were a hot knife in butter. The upper part of the tree slides down and falls to the ground.

Naruto didn't stop there. He looked around and found a massive rock.

Ka-cha! Thud! Thud!

With a single swipe of his finger, the entire stone was cut in half. Both sides of the stone fall in each direction and create a loud noise.

"This technique is awesome but I need to be careful with it."

Naruto mumbles and releases his technique. After waiting for nearly one hour in meditation and physical training, he finally releases the remaining hundred shadow clones and receives a large portion of the mastery over Water Release.

"Sure enough! Shadow Clone Technique is the best."

A big smile appears on his face. Naruto starts weaving hand seals. Surprisingly, he didn't need to weave all of its hand seals.

In fact, he only needed twenty-four hand seals which was still a lot in his eyes.

[Water Release- Water Dragon Bullet Technique]

The water on the ground began to rise up and formed a massive water dragon. This technique was almost as big as Water Vortex and when it hit those trees, it caused a similar level of destruction.

After finishing this technique, Naruto looked at the level of destruction it caused and mumbled.

"By completing the second stage of Nature Transformation, my B-Rank Water Jutsu showed the same power as previous A-Rank Water Jutsu which means my current A-Rank Water Jutsu could probably tear down this entire forest."

And, he didn't want to do that and cause trouble for himself.
