Chapter 1226: The Goldenmane Empire
Archer gave the tired dragonkin woman a smile before placing his hand on the small of her back while casting Aurora Healing on her, which made her giggle as a violet glow washed over her.
She glanced at him with her big blue eyes full of love. ''What was that for, handsome?'' she asked.
''You look exhausted. Maybe take some rest? Theres a few hours until sunset, I'll spend it with you,'' he suggested.
A radiant smile appeared on the older woman's face, stepped forward and suddenly hugged him before shoving his head into her soft cleavage, which made Archer happy. Just then, screeches echoed out from the west, which surprised everyone.
The sudden noise caused the nearby soldiers to shout, ''Flying monsters incoming!''
When Archer heard the warning, he quickly cast Cosmic Shield to cover the western wall that shocked everyone as the flying creatures crashed into the barrier, only for him to think with a raised eyebrow.
As this happened, he scanned the newcomers to find out what rank they were, as he had never seen them before.
[Bloodbeaks]
[Rank B]
'They look like giant vultures, but stronger. Are they from the Alliance or Swarm, I wonder? I'll use those monsters to fight with them,' he wondered with a curious glint in his eyes.
Following that, he opened a Gate to the Domain and summoned an army of Venomwings that shot out of the portal like a tsunami of buzzing as they charged the enemy monsters with one goal which was to kill them.
The surrounding soldiers and Sia looked shocked when the dragonfly-like monsters clashed with the vultures in mid-air. They began battling the enemy monsters, skillfully wielding their mandibles and stingers to bring them down with remarkable ease.
When Archer saw his monsters fighting, causing him to grow intrigued, sparking his curiosity and prompting him to plan a visit to their queen whenever he could spare the time, 'I forgot she evolved like the others,' he mused.
Sia was wide eye when seeing the Venomwings killing the enemy monsters with ease as their stingers pierced through the creatures' torsos just as their mandibles ripped off their wings, which shocked everyone below.
The older woman glanced at him before asking in a curious but wary voice, ''What are these things handsome?''
''One part of my Monster Army that I'm building,'' he replied without taking his eyes off the battle. ''They've been growing stronger in the Domain, but I need more to tackle the Swarm and Alliance forces.''
''Is it that bad?'' Sia questioned with a worried expression.
Before answering, he watched a larger Venomwing clamp down on a monster and tore it in half, causing blood to rain down. Archer turned to her and nodded, ''Yes. The Alliance outnumbers us a million to one thanks to the Terravians, thought it's best to overestimate the enemy so we get the outcome we want.''
The dragonkin woman went white, but he reassured her, ''My Monster Army is growing by the hour. The Nightmare Ants alone have trillions and that's just them. That doesn't include the Cave Spiders or Chulls.''
''Can I see some of them please?'' Sia asked, with a sparkle in her eyes.
Archer nodded in agreement. ''Once the battle is over and I find out about Ashoka, then we can go,'' he answered with a smile.
''Sounds good to me,'' she replied before hugging him once again.
As he stood there, he sent a message to Elara inquiring about the tiger woman. To his surprise, the redhead appeared moments later, her expression marked by concern. She quickly explained, ''They're under constant attack. The 17th, 18th, and 19th reached Ashoka's Hill, but more Alliance armies have surged from the surrounding landscape.''
''I will go help them in the morning,'' Archer revealed, but the two women's faces dropped when hearing his decision.
Sia informed him with a shiver, ''They have anti-dragon weapons ready to deploy the moment we attempt to transform into our other forms. Poor Ella almost got struck by one, but thanks to Nefertiti's quick thinking, she cast an Arcane Shield just in time to block it.''
Anger flared within Archer when hearing this, but Elara quickly reassured him, ''None of us have been hurt so far, but we've had to be extra cautious, especially with you just recovering from the poison.''
''I'll take the Oathkeepers west to find them,'' he calmed down and announced after coming up with a plan. ''I have six left and Ashoka had four, which will keep her alive until I get there.''
''Will they be enough love?'' Sia asked with a concerned expression.
Archer nodded, ''Yes, I always have my monsters and was going to have some following me while staring out of sight,'' he revealed.
The two women nodded but Elara commented, ''I have to get back to Emberport, husband. I believe the fresh reinforcements are a week out as they're circling around Avidia from the east. Aisha believed it would be good to see how the other empires are reacting to our invasion.''
''Seems the Moonriver Empire has joined their southern cousins,'' Sia said. ''Tali reported that groups of Water Elves were roaming the grasslands outside the northern wall but haven't been fighting our soldiers.''
Archer nodded before asking, ''What about the east? Any problems there?''
Elara shook her head. ''Only random attacks. The Dragonblood Knights and Legionnaires are enough to push them back,'' she answered.
''Also that is the route to the Goldenmane Empire home to the lion demi-humans,'' Sia revealed, which surprised the two. ''They joined the Alliance but haven't made a move just yet.''
The redhead's eyes widened in shock upon hearing this, and quickly explained the reports she received from the scout commanders, ''A few days ago, a fleet approached the 1st while they were on patrol but then stopped.'' Experience exclusive tales on My Virtual Library Empire
''What else did they do?'' Archer asked, his curiosity piqued.
Elara shrugged with a confused expression. ''They just watched the scouts before turning around and heading the way they come,'' she replied.
''If I remember correctly, the Empress is Nala's grandmother,'' Archer said, his gaze fixed on the Venomwings as they finished off the remaining monsters. ''But she said that they aren't close since she was born and raised on Pluoria. I'm not sure if the lioness alone is enough to deter the empire from attacking us.''
The two women before Elara headed back to the legion's headquarters just outside Emberport City. While Sia and he stood there, she asked in a sweet voice, ''Do you want to stay the night with me? It's been a while since I've cuddled up to you.''
Archer smiled but quickly nodded, ''Yes that's fine with me.''
Following that, Sia led him back to her quarters as the Venomwings were taking the monster bodies back into the Domain. This took them a while, but once they were all gone, he closed the portals, which shocked the surrounding soldiers.
When the couple arrived back at the dark-haired woman's room, she was already taking off her armor. Archer watched with eyes full of lust but shook his head while pulling out a ring with a beautiful ocean gem.
He approached the Sia as he planned to surprise her. That's when she turned to him with a curious expression as she spoke in a sweet voice while sitting down, ''What's wrong, handsome?''
Archer ignored her question, instead dropping to one knee and taking her hand. He slipped the ring onto her finger, and the older woman's eyes widened in surprise as he spoke with a soft voice, ''Will you marry me, Sia? I can't imagine my life without you as my wife.''
Her big blue eyes sparkled with astonishment, and a radiant smile spread across her face. Without hesitation, she nodded enthusiastically, pulling him into a tight embrace as she whispered, ''Yes!''
Following that, the two of them started kissing once again, but this time it was intense, which sent wild. When they broke apart, Sia stepped back and continued getting undressed, causing him to watch.
Archer's eyes instantly fell onto her hourglass figure and jiggly ass that shook with every move as she spun around on purpose while teasing him. 'Oh shit, she is sexy,' he thought with a gulp.
The older woman glanced over her shoulder with a knowing smile. ''Like what you see, handsome?'' she questioned with a giggle.
''Of course, you know I love your body, aunty,'' Archer replied with a low chuckle. ''Continue undressing. I'm loving the scene.''
A shiver ran down Sia's spine when she heard the way he called her that. ''Are you trying to tempt me into jumping you, nephew?''
''Yes,'' he answered in a heartbeat, causing her cheeks to go red.
Following that, Sia continued undressing as she removed her armor and freed her big boobs that bounced. This caused Archer's lust to ignite, but it wasn't done yet as she remove the dress which made him go hard instantly.
