Chapter 2: Awakening
As I opened my eyes I immediately noticed the room which I was In. It was a room of jet black bricks and golden sconce holding up crystals that emirates a bright warm glow like that of a hearth.
After a moment of taking in my surroundings I was suddenly hit with a surge of unfamiliar memories. I was now the heir to the great Darharis Dragonlord family, the greatest Dragonlord's, Mages and Swordsmen in all of Valyria, Rhaegis Darharis.
He then deeply ventured into his mind and discovered an ocean of memories from both Grindelwald and Dumbledore in the form of a grand library, though some were so deep that they grew fogged up in his mind. He proceeded to use the wall to stand up and steady himself.
With a deep breath, he strode out of the chambers he was in and as he left he felt himself pass through a film of somekind and it dispersing into the air around him.
He froze for a moment and then continued on towards the window. He looked out and saw a desolate wasteland with corpses of Valyrians, Slaves and Dragons alike. He continued towards his father's study hoping to find anything of value that may help him in the future.
He pushed through the door and into the room. He looked around and saw his father's deep reddish-black desk, bookcase and a deep, dark silver trunk with golden accents and dragons with ruby's for eyes. He first went to check the desk which was riddled with items, such as: some slightly tattered papers, going from slave ownership certificates to reports on the freeholds mines, the family head's seal, and a valyrian steal dagger. He grabbed the dagger and seal, Moved the documents that he could use later and put them aside for now.
He then walked towards the trunk and opened it, revealing a black and grey shadow bag, a bag which can hold and suck in up to a large living room's amount of items when large and up to a small cabinet when small, and with it a note. 'Happy nameday my son, I hope you can live up to your namesake, Rhaegis I, One of the original Valyrians and the Ancestor to our house-Mother' The note brought strange feelings to his chest. Not exactly sorrow but more sombre. He saw in his memories the love his mother had for him and the quiet but unsaid love of his father.
After a few moments of quiet contemplation I looked up and steeled myself again. Then taking the bag and attaching it to his belt, he looked back into the trunk. There, layed a small shadow bag filled with golden dragons, a long Valyrian steel bastard sword called 'Wrath', a valyrian steel longsword called 'Vanguard', another Valyrian steel dagger and a map of the knowledge world, with places like Yi-Ti, Asshai, the Dothraki Sea, Sothoros, the Summer Isles, the Free Cities, Dragonstone, the Wall, and a rough Westeros.
After emptying the gold into his shadow bag and putting the small one in as well, strapping the bastard sword to his back, the longsword and dagger to his waist he quickly gather the documents, seal and dagger and made his way to the bookshelf. There he saw books from forging, distilling to swordsmanship, archery to sailing, covering a wide array of subjects. He put them all into his bag, after all, knowledge is power.
He then left the room and walked down the corridor. As he looked around he saw various skeletons with burnt or tattered silk robes while some wore a sort of leather flight suit.
He then reached a decorated, carved Blackstone door. As he crossed the threshold he felt the weight of the dark, violent magic within. He took a deep breath and stepped through.

No specific reason for a longer chapter, the story was just flowing and I couldn't stop.
Also I brought the 'Shadow bag' in because I don't believe with all the genius of the Valyrians they wouldn't find an easier way to carry their things in wars and expeditions into the world.
I am going to upload once a week to make sure I am writing in good quality
