Drums Island.

A ship landed out of nowhere on the frozen lands of Drums Island.

Vlad sneezed as he scratched his nose and wiped the snot on Vincent's thick coat.

This bear was very friendly, Vlad knew that he might offend him if he didn't greet him so he respectfully bowed to greet him along with the others.

"This island sure has some rare animals..."

Brook said what everyone was thinking as they entered the village.

Seeing the current state of the village, Vlad showed a bit of surprise.

The lifestyle on this island was supposed to be pitiful according to what he saw in the anime, but what he saw now was a peaceful island with cheerful smiles and laughter.

Vlad thought about it a bit more and realized the reason. 

Apparently the previous kings were not as bad as the future king of the Drums Kingdom, Wapool would be the future king, who would also in the future eat the fruit that Vlad was looking for.

Thinking about the different battle forms that Luffy had in the anime, the gear 4 bounceman and gear 4 snakeman, the baku baku fruit could also simulate something like that.

If the Baku Baku no Mi user ate Goma, they could have Luffy's powers for 24 hours.

The Baku Baku no Mi was an incredibly powerful fruit, and Vlad wasn't going to let an idiot like Wapool waste it.

Vlad is not sure if Wapool has been born yet, but what he did know was that the baku baku no mi was on this island, most likely inside the King's warehouse.
