Almighty Father System

Leo was berating Hector without holding anything back. He asked, "Did you get what you wanted to find out? If yes, then fuck off, we have to sleep."

He could see Hector trembling and his fists were clenched. The last time some talked to him like this was many years ago, since the day he became a noble, his reputation had grown better and the people respected him.

Those who disrespected him had already been put 6 feet under the soil. Hector had a reputation built on the foundation of corpses, the hound of the nobility. He looked at Leo coldly and asked, "You don't seem to love your life."

He wanted to intimidate the young man but the next moment, Leo reached out and grabbed Hector's neck. The old man was shocked, Leo smirked and exerted a little pressure around the neck, before he raised the man above the ground with just one hand.

Leo asked, "Did you say something? I didn't hear."

The guards beside Hector wanted to make a move but they were scared from the guns aimed at them. Let alone even Jock and his team were surprised. Just when everyone thought Leo would kill Hector, the young man let go of him, and said, "I promised my daughter that I will not kill unless necessary. So, I will give you twelve hours, use all your power, all your assets or connections to find a place to hide all over the world. After twelve hours, I will start hunting you.

Leo smiled and said, "Ma, I know that he has a lot of cards, but believe me, I have long known about the way to scrap them all."

Snow looked at him and asked, "Why the sudden explosion?"

Leo's smile dimmed a little and he said, "All these years, I have sensed that there is a lot that you have hidden from me. That other day when you told me the way Trevor and Spring treated you, and how Hector forced you to hunt, although it was shallow, it was a reason enough for me to hate them to the core of my being.

Anastasia looked at her daughter, she clenched her fists and while she wanted to say something, she held it back, and said, "You have suffered a lot because of my negligence."

Snow shook her head and said, "You had a lot of things to handle and when you went, we did make a pact to hold through the difficult times. So, that's what I did. Don't blame yourself."

Anastasia wanted to say something when Snow sighed and said, "I have a mother who is holding herself guilty over the past that cannot be changed, and then there is my husband who wishes to handle the responsibility of my future. Guys, I am a grown up, and a mother as well. I do have some sense about myself."

Anastasia sighed and said, "Fine, you are all grown up, deal with it how you want but remember, don't come back with mud on your shoes. We have a child at home."

That said, she left the living room, and Leo stood up to go and check on Lily once, before the couple also headed to their own bedroom. They lay down together and Leo cradled Snow in his arms. The young lady suddenly asked, "Do you really want to know what happened to me?"

Her voice was calm, but her heart was beating fast and Leo could sense that her grip on his hands had gotten tighter. The young man pulled her even closer in his embrace, placed his chin above her shoulder and said softly, "Tell me."

Snow lay in his arms silently for about half an hour, when she said, "I was eight years old when Ma left the Winchester Mansion to go and live in the Stag Consulate, she was the spokesperson for the royal family at that time. She said that this job would give her a chance to gain the power she needed to dissolve this marriage of hers and walk out."

Leo hummed, and Snow continued, "The first week I was alone, Trevor would scold me, and Spring would beat me over petty issues. I expected this much, knowing how they hated me. After a week the torment grew intense, I wished to go meet my mother, but Hector refused, and in a fit of rage I questioned his authority. I questioned who he was to order me around.

He kicked me in the chest, and caused a rib to crack. I was taken to the hospital, where Ma came to see me. I saw her broken and decided to stay strong till it was all over. I convinced her that I will not lose my cool, and so I somehow turned off my emotions.

After recovering, during my summer vacations, I stayed indoors. That was when Trevor returned from a party, drunk, he saw me in the dining hall and he tried to make an advance on me. However, I managed to get away, but Hector, he just sat there, watching my clothes being torn by his dog son. When I was running away, I saw him playing with his thing.

That day I realized how big of a pervert that bastard was, and I closed myself in my room for two months. Then I decided to train myself in the Imperial Academy. I was getting stronger, and one Friday, Hector dragged me into a car by my hair, drove me to the woods, and then he said, 'Since you are getting stronger, you might as well prove it, go hunt.'

That was the first time I spent two nights inside the forest before I managed to reach back to the house with a deer. Humility taught me to lock out my emotions, and rage taught me to become stronger. I killed deers, hunted wolves, and when Hector found that I was only getting stronger, he sent men to 'tame' me, and I killed them as well.

I had to kill two dozen men with just a knife before Hector realized that if he tries to make a hard pass, he will suffer too many losses for just a bastard. The most hateful fact of this whole story was the noble circle, they all knew what was happening to me, I was a public secret and yet, they didn't step forward at all, ever.

That's why I came to Clover nation to study, knowing that even if I have a closed heart, I will not have to face the dirt of human species openly. She sensed that Leo was calm, and she could sense that his breathing was getting stronger and quicker. She turned over in his arms and saw his red eyes, the young man closed his eyes and kissed her as he said, "You are you, and I love you. Don't worry, you will never have to do what you don't wish to do. As for Hector, I will skin him like a deer. I promise."

Snow chuckled and kissed him back before she said, "No, my love, he is mine. Every inch of that insect, I will scale and skin it myself."

Leo nodded and said, "Then let us hunt."
