An Unexpected Turn: Villain Becomes Dad

Chapter 213

Chapter 213

“You little rascal! Your ears are quite sharp!” Zhan Qiuyun rolled her beautiful eyes at him. Then, without dwelling too much on it, she sat down in front of Yang Chen. However, she maintained a slight distance, avoiding any direct physical contact. This was her final show of dignity and stubbornness as his Martial Aunt and elder.

Seeing her like this, Yang Chen couldn’t help but chuckle inwardly. But he didn’t expose her actions. Instead, with a forceful motion, he pulled Zhan Qiuyun’s full, graceful figure directly into his arms.

“Hiss! So … so hot!” Zhan Qiuyun gasped sharply.

Yang Chen’s body temperature was incredibly high due to the massive amount of solar energy he had absorbed. However, she had no time to worry about this. Quickly, she focused on absorbing the golden Origin Qi into her body.

The immediate priority was to use this energy to dispel the deep Yin Qi afflicting her.

Phew …

Zhan Qiuyun took a deep breath. Beneath her neckline, her chest rose and fell in rhythmic waves. Her jade-like face was now covered with beads of sweat, which slid down her neck and disappeared into her moon-colored robe.

Yang Chen couldn’t help but widen his eyes at the scene. Although Zhan Qiuyun was entirely focused on absorbing the Origin Qi, she still noticed his burning gaze.

She glared at him, her tone sharp yet filled with a hint of embarrassment.

“You little rascal, control your eyes! Focus properly! Be careful not to let the solar energy run wild in your body. If that happens, even with your Solar Divine Physique, you’ll damage your foundation!”

Yang Chen pouted slightly.

Now she’s worried about my foundation. Why didn’t she say that when she was so eagerly absorbing the Origin Qi earlier?

But he didn’t continue staring.

The moon-colored robe covered everything tightly, leaving nothing to be seen.

Suppressing his thoughts, Yang Chen calmed his mind and focused entirely on absorbing the solar energy. The two of them maintained this intimate position for a full three days.

Although Yang Chen had paused the transfer of Origin Qi several times during this process, Zhan Qiuyun never once attempted to leave his embrace. This was because the solar energy lingering around Yang Chen’s body also provided her with some benefits.

The solar energy within the Solar Star Core seemed endless, and Yang Chen had effectively become a converter.

This was only possible because of the overwhelming strength of his Solar Divine Physique, along with his cultivation as a body refiner and his Divine Dragon Bloodline.

If someone with a Pure Yang Sacred Physique attempted this, they would have likely collapsed on the spot.

“Martial Aunt, it’s been three days! Has your Dark Moon Physique still not transformed into the Bright Moon Sacred Physique? If it’s not working, how about we just stop and try another day?” Yang Chen said helplessly.

Hearing this, Zhan Qiuyun glared at him.

“Shut up! Do I look like I’m showing any signs of weakness? Besides, I’m this close—just a little more!” Zhan Qiuyun’s sharp tone wasn’t because she wasn’t concerned about Yang Chen’s wellbeing.

It was because she could clearly feel the presence of something firm.

This brat’s physical body was unimaginably strong. There wasn’t even a hint of weakness about him.

The solar energy within the Solar Star Core was more than sufficient to replenish his energy consumption.

Another two days passed.

Finally, behind Zhan Qiuyun, a golden full moon slowly rose. Its radiant moonlight filled the entire cave mansion, piercing through the stone walls and rising into the sky.

“Success! My Dark Moon Physique has finally transformed into the Bright Moon Sacred Physique!” Her voice was filled with excitement.

Yang Chen could feel the waves of exhilaration emanating from her chest against him.

Boom!

At this moment, an intense surge of true qi exploded from Zhan Qiuyun’s body. The force of it sent Yang Chen flying backward, causing him to lose control of the Solar Star Core in his hand.

The seal Zhan Qiuyun had placed on it also disintegrated completely.

Boom!

Blazing golden light burst forth, transforming instantly into roaring golden flames.

Yang Chen and Zhan Qiuyun were both within five zhang (approximately 16 meters) of the Solar Star Core, and neither of them had their guard up.

The overwhelming solar flames engulfed both of them. In an instant, the clothes on Yang Chen’s body, as well as the moon robe Zhan Qiuyun wore, were reduced to ashes.

Suddenly, in front of Yang Chen’s eyes, a scene of pure, dazzling whiteness appeared.

“Ah!” Zhan Qiuyun let out a startled cry. She hurriedly activated her true qi to envelop her body, instantly conjuring a new moon robe to cover herself. But Yang Chen had already seen a sight that would be etched into his memory forever.

That scene inevitably brought his thoughts to the scenery outside. Lofty mountains, lush forests, and vibrant, flourishing grasslands.

“You little rascal! Why haven’t you put your clothes back on yet?”

Yang Chen, still savoring the scenery from moments before, was snapped back to reality by Zhan Qiuyun’s cold reprimand.

Lowering his gaze, he realized he was standing there in full view, utterly unclothed. Looking up again, his eyes locked with Zhan Qiuyun’s.

Her gaze was fixed directly on a certain part of him.

Pah!

Noticing Yang Chen’s look, Zhan Qiuyun couldn’t help but spit out lightly in embarrassment.

The thought of being seen completely by this little rascal left her both flustered and annoyed. However, she had no time to settle accounts with him now. The true qi within her body had reached the cusp of a breakthrough and was already surging uncontrollably.

Boom!

Suddenly, a deafening clap of thunder resounded.

Inside the cave, purple lightning spread and crackled ominously.

The Heavenly Tribulation had arrived.

At that moment, the Solar Star Core, seemingly stimulated by the lightning, began spinning violently. The golden radiance it emitted grew exponentially stronger, blinding and intense.

Puchi!

Suddenly, the Solar Star Core shot forward like a bolt of light, piercing directly into Yang Chen’s lower abdomen.

“What the—?!” Yang Chen jumped in shock.

The Solar Star Core was like a full-on nuclear reactor on Blue Planet. Now it had entered his body? Could he even survive this?!
