Hearing Tatsumaki's voice, the once-lust-crazed Fubuki immediately snapped back to her senses. She quickly raised her head and shouted:

"No, stop!!!"

But Tatsumaki's psychic power had already been unleashed and couldn't be stopped. Seeing her own sister "bullied" by a man made her furious—so furious that she wasn't thinking straight. Yet the scene she imagined—Rei Ao getting crushed by her telekinesis—never happened.

Her telekinetic pressure sank into Rei Ao as though it were a stone dropped into the ocean, leaving no trace at all. Meanwhile, he continued "bullying" Fubuki.

"Heh."

Rei Ao let out a cold chuckle. He not only continued but switched up his method in front of Tatsumaki, making it even more outrageous.

"Y-you…"

Tatsumaki's face burned with embarrassment and trembled with rage.

"Go to hell!!!"

Mortified by the sight, she unleashed yet another powerful psychic attack. But it still had no effect on Rei Ao. In response, he changed to yet another pose. And so it went on… Each time he changed position, Tatsumaki grew more enraged and launched another attack, all to no avail.

By the time her energy had nearly run out, Rei Ao had had his fill—thoroughly overwhelming Fubuki.

"Fubuki, originally I planned to just finish this once quickly. But your sister's constant interruptions kept me very interested, and that's why it went so crazy this time. You won't blame me, right?"

He spoke to Fubuki, who was half-unconscious and dazed.

"…"

She could only twitch her lips in mute protest. She had tried to stop her sister so many times, but Tatsumaki wouldn't listen, and in the end, she suffered more than anyone. She had no way to voice her frustrations.

"Get away from Fubuki!"

Seeing them finally separate, Tatsumaki dashed over at once.

"Fubuki, are…are you alright?!"

Tatsumaki was silent for a moment. Then she stood, back turned to Rei Ao, and shouted:

"You… Put on some clothes!!!"

"Ah, I'm all sweaty. Hard to get dressed like this. I'll just go take a shower."

With that, he stood and headed to the bathroom. Moments later, the sound of running water began. Tatsumaki finally exhaled a breath of relief—but her face was burning red.

It was the first time she'd ever seen a man's everything. A single thought spun through her mind: "How terrifying!!!" And seeing Fubuki's miserable state, she couldn't begin to imagine what would happen if it had been her… Would she be pierced through or something? The mere idea made her heart pound with dread.

Steadying herself, she tried to recover her usual confidence and haughtiness.

"Hey, Fubuki—aren't you gonna explain something?!"

"…"

Fubuki still wouldn't open her eyes, but her lips moved:

"There's nothing to explain. Rei Ao is my man. You have no say in it, Sis."

"What?!"

Tatsumaki's eyes widened.

"What if he's tricking you? Why can't I get involved?"

"Because you can't beat Rei Ao."

Fubuki abruptly snapped her eyes open to stare at her sister.

"I…"

Tatsumaki tried to retort, but the words stuck in her throat. It was true—she might not be able to defeat him.

Granted, earlier she had held back somewhat because Fubuki was pinned under him, but that compressed telekinesis was not something just anyone could shrug off. Rei Ao not only shrugged it off—he acted like he didn't even feel it.

She couldn't help wondering who or what he really was. She'd never heard of any hero like him in the Association, let alone among the S-Class.

Seeing her sister at a loss, Fubuki couldn't help but smile. She forced herself to stand, stumbling toward the bathroom:

"Before long, I'll surpass you, Sis."

"Huh?"

Tatsumaki blinked, about to ask more. But Fubuki had already gone inside, and soon enough, Tatsumaki could see from the light that two silhouettes were merging again.

"???"

Tatsumaki endured the most agonizing period of her life, waiting until she saw Rei Ao and Fubuki sitting calmly in front of her once more. Her face went red, then pale, then red again. Finally, she demanded:

"So your name's Rei Ao, right? Who are you exactly, and what trick did you pull to fool Fubuki?"

She used a challenging tone, but Rei Ao remained utterly calm.

"You're Tatsumaki, Fubuki's big sister. Why assume I tricked her? Didn't she say plainly that I'm her man? Don't you trust your own sister's words?"

Fubuki wasn't surprised that Rei Ao heard what she told her sister, but that last sentence made her expression dim slightly.

"I'm not distrustful of her!"

Tatsumaki protested at once.

"Sis, you're not distrustful of me,"

Fubuki replied with a bitter smile.

"It's just you see me as too weak. You want to decide everything for me, so I won't get hurt."

"I'm just trying to protect you!"

Tatsumaki shouted, upset. It pained her to hear Fubuki's accusations.

"Why can't you understand my good intentions?"

"Then have you tried understanding my feelings, Sis?!"

Fubuki's own emotions flared. Sensing the tension rising, Tatsumaki clenched her teeth, then abruptly turned her head away.

"Hmph, who cares about you. So annoying!"

She spun around, prepared to leave, but Rei Ao stepped in her way.

"So, do you two just storm off every time you fight before even having a proper argument?"

"…"

They both stared at him, puzzled. In truth, that was exactly their pattern every time.

"Any problem with that? We're sisters—this is between us. Let me go!"

Tatsumaki bristled, but Rei Ao shook his head and sighed:

"No matter the conflict, you've gotta get it all out in the open. Skipping the argument entirely doesn't solve anything."

"Let me help."

He grinned slyly, having thought up a rather underhanded idea.
