Chapter 142: Another info!
Apparently, there are a lot of readers who think ZEPS consoles and cartridge prices are ridiculous.
But I really took reference from retro games and console prices.
Back then, the 8-bit console from Nintendo, called the Famicom or Family Computer, sold for around 14-16k at retail price, while its cartridges sold for about 5.8k-7k in Japan. Believe me, try to look for information if you don't believe me. (OMG I'm old as fuck)
It's really absurd because Nintendo wanted to break the stereotype that game consoles and computers are expensive, altogether the computer part is a scam.
And it seems there are a lot of readers who don't know that the first 8-bit console from Nintendo wasn't the NES but the Famicom.
And did you know Shigeru Miyamoto the creator of Super Mario Bros want to Patent Jump mechanic?, but he then decided not to because it will be to cruel to others developer? haha
