ARIYS NIRSA

In a deep, dark purple forest, a brown-haired girl seemed to be running away from a group of Stonecrash. A robot capable of walking effortlessly through large rocks and swamps of trees, standing at a towering height of 21 feet. The girl fell to the ground as her foot caught on a tree root. As the girl looked behind her, she saw five pairs of red eyes staring at her.

"Qylaa" The girl shouted a name as soon as she saw the massive feet of the robots aiming toward her.

A crater formed, sending a powerful shockwave through the forest as the robots stomped down. Yet, beneath the enormous feet, the girl lay miraculously unharmed. More surprisingly, one of the robots had lost a leg.

In the sky above them, the detached leg reappeared and hurtled toward one of the Stonecrash. One of them immediately annihilated after the leg passed through his chest. The remaining Stonecrash fired blindly into the sky using the machine guns attached to their hands.

The sky lit up with golden streaks for a minute, the moon serving as a silent witness. The robots scanned the sky, just as the bars hit one hundred percent, a man descended from above and revealed his face while destroying the scanner. He then leaped onto another robot and tore off its massive arms with his seemingly normal human hands. He used one of the arms to strike down the robot he stood on and hurled the other at an approaching one. He jumped off the disabled robot and sprinted toward the one he had just attacked. As he ran, the robot swung his hand to him. He slid under its massive arm and launched himself into the air. He clenched his fist and punched through the Stonecrash's hard metal torso.

When he emerged from inside the dead robot, he was welcomed with a rain of bullets from the last robot. He lifted the dead robot body with his left leg to protect himself. He then ran into the woods while dodged the bullets using tree. As soon as the machine gun was overheat the man wasted no time to slip in and destroy Stonecrash mercilessly leaving only head, gear and several small parts on the ground. He twisted his body quickly after felt something was behind him.

"Aaa, relax Fri. It's me, Ariys Nirsa not the robots" the short girl said in panic when saw Fri's fist flying towards her.

But Fri still hit her by flicked her forehead.

"Ouch, what's that for?" Ariys asked while rub her forehead.

"You called me Qylaa again. Stop saying her name when you're scared, she's not here to save you" Fri responded while threw a small circle device on the ground.

The device automatically opened, projecting a blue screen that displayed their location. They were currently in Twilight Vale, a vast forest filled with monsters and foggy area. Fri zoomed out the screen to see how far they destination. The edge of the route show a modern city named, Innovara. Below its name there were estimated time to arrive.

"Three weeks 5 days" Fri read it in a disbelieve voice. "You said this forest is the shortest route to go to your father place. I don't have time to guard you for that long. I have another work to do" Fri shouted at Ariys. The fragile girl remained quiet while touched her forehead, she didn't know what to said.

Fri sighed, " I'm sorry for yelling. Come here, let me check your injury" Fri said with a low voice, realized he had gone too far with what he just said. Ariys still remained silent, but the alarm inside her body don't agree with the quietness atmosphere. It rang a strong bell alarm making they position exposed to the monster nearby.

"Does this alarm ever take a break?" Fri then quickly grabbed the device back and lifted Ariys on his back. He ran away by jumping through the trees.

Ariys hugged Fri tightly as she scared of what will coming to them. Fri doesn't knew how to reassure a woman, so he just kept ran away as it will made her better. After ran for an hour, he stopped at a big and tall tree that have hole for them to enter to the inside.

There he slowly put the sleeping beauty laying in there. He then sat in front of the hole thinking how to arrive to their destination peacefully. The alarm was really a big problem for him, it has a unique mechanism that can hack robot inside it radius to attack them and rang strong bell sound like it just did, but still after two weeks of guarding Ariys he couldn't find just how far the alarm radius was or what kind of thing it can do beside the one he already known. He was sure that the alarm had another ability aside from that. He then looked at the star that accompanied him.

"But the most important part is why I save her that time and why I still help her? I don't even know the answer for that" Fri said to himself as it always felt weird for him to save an unknown girl outside of his job while looked at the girl.

The next morning in the hole Ariys slept, she was awoke by the sun shine that travel through the small leak inside of the tree. She then stretched out her body while walked slowly to Fri that was sat in the outside facing the purple amazon forest.

"Good morning, Fri" she greeted, but don't get a respond.

"Fri" she called out while poke him in the back slowly. Still no respond was given.

She then looked him in the face and soon realised that Fri was still sleeping. She was glad to see Fri can sleep well last night as sometimes the alarm still make trouble for them even when she was asleep, so Fri need to stay awake all night protecting her. She sat beside Fri while thanked him for all things he had done to help her.

Suddenly when she though nothing will go wrong the alarm emitted an ear piercing sound for a seconds making her surprised.

The effect of the sound awake Fri, he immediately stood ready to fight while grabbed Ariys' right hand. He scanned the surrounding believe something will ambush them when the alarm made a move.

"Fri, I'm scared" Ariys said as her hand was trembling in fear.

"Relax, Ariys. I'm here with you" Fri tried to comfort her. While they were faced each other the sky above them suddenly grew brighter.

Fri quickly glanced upward and spotted a Flareonix, one of Mystique World's deadliest flying creatures. Its massive body stretched the length of a football field. As it glided through the sky, its feathers shimmered in a blazing mix of orange and fiery red, signaling imminent danger. Fri cursed when saw that, he quickly lifted Ariys on his arms and jumped down right before Flareonix strike them together with the tree. The birds cutting through the tree and leave a trail of fire behind its body.

"This is bad, even when I'm alone. I have never encounter one of the disasters monster" Fri sweated as he also can't defeat that kind of a monster.

As they fell downward, the Flareonix turned around and chased them. As soon as they arrived on the ground Fri quickly told Ariys to keep running to the east while he will buy time for her to run away. Ariys' body trembled in fear when she saw Fri's hands also trembling while touched her.

"Please, Ariys. Can you run for me. I promise that I will come to you after I hold that bird long enough" Fri said.

Before she could respond to his words Fri had already threw her away further from there as the Flareonix has strike them just right after that. A great explosion occurred, throwing Ariys more faster and made her stumbled with a big rock. Upon the impact Ariys consciousness instantly faded.

In deep pitch black of Ariys' mind, she was drowning unconsciously in a endless colourless sea. As she keep drowning a pair of hands caught her and brought her upward. On the way to the surface the figure that held her said something to her, but the words was so blurry that she doesn't understand at all what the figure trying to say. Ariys then woke up from his fainted when she arrived to surface.

The first thing she did was screamed painfully because of her injury. Her sight was half fully covered in her own bloods with her both hands and knees were all scratched badly, even her clothes was ripped. She could also felt the hot ground she was laying and realized that she was inside a pile of burned woods and hot small stone.

With all her might she pushed a way out of there. She was flabbergasted upon seeing the scorched forest.

"How on earth did I survive this disaster" Ariys thought as she slide down from the pile. No matter at what direction she looked, all she saw was a flying ash of tree, monster and animal. Then she caught a shine of something small in her eyes. She walked slowly to there.

She found a small device wrapped in a black dirt shirt. Her eyes became bigger upon seeing that, she quickly grabbed the device and looked around. Ignoring her pain she wandered around looking for someone. A couple of minutes passed as she searched throughout the scorched area. She kept prayed in her heart hoping that person was still alive.

After an hours of search she finally sat depressed on the ground with her hand held tightly on the device while the weather began to rain heavily.

"Fri... you... liar. Didn't you promise to come back to me" she said slowly while still prayed and cried.

Her crying voice echoed through the dramatic sad atmosphere.

A week has passed after the battle against Flareonix, Ariys still continued her journey to Innovara. Right now she was patiently waited while looked at the simple trap she made. Then a rabbit came to eat the carrot at the place she put trap. After gave the rabbit a few bites, Ariys pulled a root that connected to a rock making the rock smashed right at the rabbit head and the carrot.

Without wasting time she immediately grabbed the dead rabbit and ran away from there. As she ran a howling of predator could be heard behind her.

"I will not lost my meat this time against you, Sanguivore" Ariys said to herself to boost her mood to fight against the thief meat she encountered before this.

The Sanguivore speed was able to catch up with Ariys. The predator hunt her in a group of three, they surrounded around her. One of them already showed the long teeth of them. Ariys pulled out a small stone knife from her pocket while watched for they movements. One of the Sanguivore jumped at her from above, she avoided it by slide down on the ground. The greedy predator fell off and was left behind by their group. Ariys changed her direction to the way where Sanguivore didn't block her way.

Ariys lead them to a cliff course with a river beside it, the Sanguivore still followed right behind her. Ariys speed became slower as she had exhausted. The leader of the group, the one who had scar on his whole body took that chance to jumped on Ariys, but Ariys didn't showed a sign of afraid or panic when the leader was flying towards her instead she was smiled at the predator. The Sanguivore realised the small stone knife she wore had gone.

"You're to late to realise that now predator, I had already cut the trap" Ariys said to predator as she knew that creature was smart because he was the leader of the group.

Suddenly a rain of rock came from above, the Sanguivore was hit by the enormous stone mercilessly. The injured predator was dragged downwards together with the rock, as for Ariys she kept ran from there. The remaining predator jumped to the river to save their leader.

In a dense area full with tree, Ariys entered one of the hole below tree. She washed the meat with river water she store in her handmade bottle from woods, leaf and roots. She sat with a smile on her face, happy to finally got to eat meat after one week of ate edible plants only.

"But still I lost my knife and put a days of effort to made that trap to only get this small meat" she said as she remembered her action. She threw the stone knife right after she entered the cliff course to active the stone fall trap.

She sighed, "I still have a long way to go. It's good that I learn some survival skill from Fri. I hope he is still alive to see how much have I growth" she said to cheer herself up while got a small sized glowing stone from the bottom of the bottle.

The stone emitted a soft yellow light, the light was enough to illuminate inside that small hole. She then prepared tools to cook.
