"However, each of our zones is no less grand than your first zone!" Neymar added with a hint of pride.

Lin Su nodded, indicating that he understood.

The Holy Alliance occupied fewer territories, and with fewer zones, the population was denser, which facilitated defense against external dangers.

"And these nine zones are not all safe zones," Neymar spread his hands, "This is another difference from Yan Huang."

"Besides the safe zones, what else is there?" Lin Su asked, prompted by curiosity.

This was something he had not learned about before.

"Out of the nine zones, seven are safe zones, and the remaining two are neutral special zones," Neymar sighed, "These neutral special zones are, we could say, a reluctant choice."

"As you may know, many parts of the region where our Holy Alliance is located are close to the ocean. If we get technical, most of our area is coastal."

"And this poses a very serious problem," Neymar spread his hands again, "Marine monsters can appear at any time, threatening the Holy Alliance."

Hearing this, the faces of those from Yan Huang became serious.

At the beginning of the cataclysm, the Yan Huang region, which possesses an extensive coastline, faced the same problem. It took several difficult resolutions before deciding to retreat inland, so as not to provoke the marine beasts and avoid making the tough fight against terrestrial beasts even tougher.

But for the Holy Alliance, there was no retreat.

They were entirely surrounded by the ocean.

"Because they do not harbor hatred towards humans, the marine beasts have no intention of eradicating us," Neymar said with a wry smile, "But on one hand, this remains a hidden danger, and on the other hand, from time to time, marine beasts step onto land out of curiosity or other reasons, which can easily spark panic among the populace."

"Thus, after negotiations with the nearby marine beast powers, our Holy Alliance decided to jointly establish two large neutral special zones. "Within the neutral special zones, neither humans nor marine beast powers are allowed to kill each other. We have mutually signed laws to regulate behavior, so the relations are relatively peaceful. It's also one of the ways we learn about the marine beast powers."

"These two neutral special zones are established on the two largest coastal regions in the Holy Alliance, the Twin Fang Peninsula and Ingle Island, respectively named Twin Fang Special Zone and Ingle Special Zone."
