Gongsun Yan was really envious to hear that. "Once I become a foundationeer, I want to travel around more often, too."

Tianming's killing intent surged when he heard that. "I didn't want to have anything to do with them anymore after Lan Yun's death. I didn't kill Gongsun Yan, either, even when he went to Skydome, but not only did he decide to go back, he wants to bring three foundationeers there, too?"

He had only managed to hide Infinitum from Gongsun Yan thanks to advanced preparation using Yin Chen. However, he wouldn't be able to follow them this time—he could be found out. He wasn't worried about Myriadpath Valley sending elites to Infinitum to fight him to the death. However, it’d taken quite a bit for him to rebuild what he had in Myriadpath Valley. "They could've lived normal lives, but they chose not to and keep trying to become threats to what I care for!" Tianming had Yin Chen scout out a route that would be safe for him. He snuck out of Suishen Cave and headed toward Gongsun Yan and the rest.

They were Lan Yun's second, third, and fourth disciples, respectively. Now that they knew that Skydome was a place with beauties, all of them had a chance of going there. Tianming couldn't afford to bet that they wouldn't go there, considering the lives that were at stake.

It just so happened that the four of them weren’t together. Tianming went to the fourth disciple first, who was at the Skymartial Blacksea where the black ring disciples lived. With how large Myriadpath Valley was, it wasn't abnormal for normal disciples to kill one another. Now that they had completed their mundus missions for House Yumo without incident, their deaths wouldn't raise any flags.

"Pathkeeper Li?" The fourth disciple of Lan Yun was initially depressed to see Tianming, but then he smiled. "Wow, why’d I merit a visit from someone like you?"

"You were unlucky. Gongsun Yan’s set your death in stone," Tianming coldly said.

"What?"

Before he could react, Tianming used Vitasteal and the Infinitum Stele, instantly vaporizing him. The Infinitum Stele, coupled with his totems, was much more potent than the Grand-Orient Sword in its current state.

"I'm sorry, but I can't risk leaving a danger to Infinitum unattended!" After the death of the fourth disciple, Tianming also eliminated the other two foundationeers. They were together, but they weren't able to stop him from killing them in an instant.

The last one remaining was Gongsun Yan. Tianming snuck into his house at Skymartial Black Sea.

"Fifth Senior Brother," Tianming called out from the darkness, giving Gongsun Yan a huge scare.

"Li Tianming! Ah, greetings, Minor Pathkeeper!" Gongsun Yan bowed to Tianming, his face completely pale from the shock.

Tianming coldly looked at him. "You tried to kill me constantly and I had to hide myself from you time and again. Only when I was so strong that you could no longer keep up did you change your attitude toward me. Even then, I didn't kill you, right?"

Gongsun Yan felt more and more nervous and immediately knelt, his eyes bloodshot with fear. "Pathkeeper Li, I was blind and looked down on you! It was my fault! You’re a magnanimous person, so you wouldn't hold a grudge against someone as insignificant as me, right? I'm just a speck of dust and not worth your wrath at all!"

"What you said used to be the case, but you bullied some people of mine. I would’ve left it at that, but you made another fatal decision that sealed your fate in stone," Tianming said.

Stunned, Gongsun Yan's face went completely blank. "Pathkeeper Li, what are you saying? I don't think I understand."

"Let me enlighten you then. Firstly, Lan Yun is a reverend of Fallengrace Peak. Do you know what they do there?"

"I... I don't."

"Those of Fallengrace Peak are all fiendesses that use a technique called the Sky Starvore Fiendart to suck up all the astrons of a male to rejuvenate their youth. They can only use it once every three thousand years. You and your other male disciples were Lan Yun's spare stock, including me! Did you know that?"

Gongsun Yan froze and sighed after a while. "It's no wonder that Master looked so young even though she was around five thousand years old. It also explains why she went against the grain and took in a black ring disciple like me...."

He blankly looked at Tianming, unsure of why he had been told all that. "So Master picked you at the end of the day? Why didn't you die? Why is she gone...?"

"Something went wrong in the middle of it and I countered and killed her!" Tianming said.

Gongsun Yan's first reaction was disbelief, but one look at Tianming's gaze and the fact that Lan Yun's killer still hadn't been discovered meant the killer was someone nobody had expected. Tianming also had an incredibly high status compared to him. Gongsun Yan shuddered in fear at the thought that he would no longer have long to live after learning that particular secret.

Right as he was about to kowtow and beg for mercy, Tianming smiled and said, "There’s many things that'll make you shake in fear once you hear it."

"What... huh?" Gongsun Yan guessed that it had something to do with what had sealed his death in stone.

Tianming looked him dead in the eye. "The Infinitum Mundus is next to the Skydome Mundus, and I’m its ruler! That day, I was watching you the entire time you were in Skydome!"

"What?!" Gongsun Yan froze in ultimate horror. "Li Tianming.... You had something to do with the deaths of those twenty eminents! You were working together with that being!" The fact that he could reach that conclusion showed that he still had an ounce of reason. However, he only scared himself as a result. The more he knew, the more certain his death became.

Tianming pointed the black-and-gold sword flash toward his face. "The one who got rid of Yumo Xue, Yumo Yuanni, and Yumo Lingyue—and killed their parents and other eminents, as well as destroyed the Hellfiend and ruined the Yumo Blood Crucible was me! I have a completely different level of power in Infinitum. There, I can kill the likes of Eminent Baigui in a single instant!"

Gongsun Yan completely broke down.
