Back and forth they went, a twisted sword fight. Foley swung the bat side to side, and Sandro parried with the kendo, his movements slick, agile, serpent like. But Foley was relentless. He didn't wrestle. He survived. And just when it seemed like Sandro might gain the upper hand, Kofi Kingston, still battered but breathing, sprang to life and dove at Sandro's knee, clipping it with a basement dropkick.

Sandro stumbled.

Foley saw the opening.

He dropped behind Sandro, wrapping the spiked bat around Sandro's neck in a vicious submission that the fans see, while in truth it was very safe for Sandro.

The nails dug in, Foley wrenching the handle backward like he was trying to rip Sandro's head from his body. The crowd lost their minds. "TAP! TAP! TAP!" they chanted.

Sandro grimaced, a twisted snarl on his face, but the pain? He didn't feel the pain at all. Not even for a second. Still, knowing the story, knowing the moment, and knowing the reality, he acted. He sold it with perfection, thrashing, screaming as though the nails were digging through his soul. The fans ate it up.

But just as Sandro's hand started to hover near the mat, like he was going to tap due to the pain or wanting to save his career and life...

WHAM! Big E returned and slammed Foley off his leader with a running body block.

Sandro gasped, free again. Blood trickled down his neck in tiny rivers, but he was up, barely, and barking commands once more.

And the match descended into madness.

Bodies flew. Weapons cracked. Pain reigned.

Taylor Rotunda dropkicked Drew into the side of the cage, then powerslam him onto a steel chair. Sting hit a Scorpion Death Drop on Ryback over a broken table fragment. Kurt German suplexed Barrett into the corner so hard the ring shook.

And still, every pin or submission attempt, every single one, was broken up. No team would stay down. No man would quit.

Then, the lights shifted.

A sudden burst of color danced across the screens. The crowd buzzed in confusion.

And then suddenly the entrance music of Alexa Bliss hit the arena speakers loud.

The crowd's reaction turned instantly venomous, boos rained down like a thunderstorm of hatred. The fans couldn't understand it. Why Alexa? Why come out now?

Everyone in the cage paused, battered faces glancing toward the entrance ramp, everyone except Sandro.

He turned to the cage wall and let out the smug smirk of a devil whose trap had just snapped shut.

Alexa appeared at the top of the ramp, her expression blank, her blond hair tied in a tight ponytail, still dressed in her black ring gear glinting with a red shimmer that she used on her match against Davina before.

In her hands?

A fire extinguisher.

The fans were losing their minds when they saw her. Remembering what she had done to Charlotte. Booing louder. Chants broke out.

"YOU SOLD OUT! YOU SOLD OUT! YOU SOLD OUT!"

"BITCH! BITCH! BITCH!"

She walked with purpose. No hesitation. Alexa Bliss ignored them all, her eyes locked on the ring.

She approached the outside of the War Games cage where the referee stood watching the chaos, and then, WHAM! She nailed him in the back of the head with the fire extinguisher. The official collapsed, stunned and cold.

Gasps rang out like gunshots.

Alexa bent down, stole the key from the unconscious ref, and calmly unlocked the padlock. The cage door swung open with a creak, and she entered like a queen returning to her throne.

Inside, the action had ground to a confused halt.

Until Alexa pulled the trigger.

PHOOOOOOOOSH!

White, choking mist erupted from the extinguisher, covering Foley, Kofi, Sting, Taylor, and Kurt. Chaos followed. They coughed, and staggered, wiping at their eyes, completely blind.

The boos reached nuclear levels.

Alexa stood beside Sandro now, tossing the extinguisher aside, and locked eyes with him. He didn't say a word. He didn't need to. She tilted her head just slightly and gave him a soft, knowing smirk, the same smirk she'd had just worn when she met Sandro last Monday and after pummeling Charlotte in her match before.

This wasn't just a sudden brutal act from her.

It was an affection and loyalty act.

The fans then remembered, remembered the relationship Sandro and Alexa had in real life through the pace of anticipation for War Games. The messages and clues that have been given these past couple of weeks, it turns out Alexa's sudden change into a heel persona was part of a bigger story after all.

It turns out that FCW and TNA had decided to use the commotion Sandro and Alexa's relationship had caused, to become part of the story and now there's a big possibility they couldn't ignore that Alexa would become part of Undisputed System.

And now it was a bloodbath inside the cage.

The Undisputed System, reinvigorated, tore into the blinded Team TNA and FCW members like rabid animals. Big E hoisted Taylor into a Big Ending onto the steel chair that Taylor had used previously. Ryback Meathooked Kofi into the corner post. Barrett hit the Bull hammer to Sting square in the jaw as he tried to stand.

Kurt Angle, last to recover, rose with grit in his eyes, but Sandro came flying in with the Top System Cutter, drilling him face first into the mat.

Alexa clapped her hands excitedly seeing this and making it like her eyes showed her love and affection for Sandro.

The war had turned once again at the end of the war.

Foley was crawling now, bleeding from the ribs, his hand clutching the spiked bat again but Sandro stepped over him, pulled the weapon from his grasp, and raised it high.

And he swings it down toward Foley's back, hitting him several times with it, each blow landing with a sickening crunch. The spiked bat ripped through Mick's flannel and bit into his flesh, and Foley let out an excruciating shout of pain, arching his body as each hit tore another scream from his lungs

The fans exploded with outrage, booing louder than ever. The arena was awash in fury, fans standing on their feet, hands thrown in the air, shouting obscenities toward Sandro and his crew. And still, Sandro didn't stop. One. Two. Three. Four strikes. Each one angrier than the last.

Despite the violence, despite the agony, a small flicker of hope clung to the air. People believed in miracles. People believed in heroes. And when all seemed lost...

The unmistakable cry of "Woooo" echoed through the arena speakers as after that Charlotte Flair's entrance music hit like a thunderclap.

The crowd paused. Then erupted. Cheers, shouts, and screams of shock and relief poured down from every corner of the arena. There she stood on the entrance ramp, limping, her body battered, her face bruised and swollen from Alexa's vicious assault earlier in the night. But there was a fire in her eyes, a righteous fury that cut through the pain.

Inside the cage, Alexa Bliss's glee twisted into a snarl. The perfect and happy smile disappeared, replaced with a scowl laced with venom. She grabbed the fire extinguisher again, her hands trembling with rage as she got out of the cage and stood in front of the ramp. Charlotte was storming down the ramp now, shouting profanities and curses, rage making her steps faster despite the limp.

As Charlotte neared, Alexa screamed and blasted her point blank with the extinguisher. The cloud of white foam swallowed Charlotte, making her stumble, coughing, temporarily blinded. Alexa didn't hesitate. With a savage cry, she swung the extinguisher and cracked it against Charlotte's skull. The metal rang out on bone, and Charlotte went down hard.

Back inside the cage, Sandro laughed. A cold, cruel, mocking laugh. He leaned over the ropes and shouted, "It's time! Finish it!"

Drew and Wade, his loyal enforcers, picked Foley up by the arms. The legend was barely conscious, his knees buckling beneath him. His face was a mask of blood, sweat, and defiance. They dragged him to the center of the ring and forced him to stand. Sandro climbed the turnbuckle slowly, deliberately. Each step up the ropes felt like a countdown.

He reached the top, crouched down, and pointed at Foley. Then he turned his gaze to the fans and drew his thumb across his throat, signaling the end.

The crowd unleashed another torrent of hatred.

"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Drew and Wade backed away, and Sandro soared through the air.

The Downfall DDT.

Foley's head bounced off the canvas with a sickening thud, his body going limp.

Sandro didn't hesitate. He rolled over, hooked the leg, and pressed his body into the pin.

ONE!

The Undisputed System scrambled, locking down the cage like wolves. Drew tackled Kurt just as he crawled over. Wade stomped Sting back down. Big E slammed Taylor into the mat with a thunderous thud.

TWO!

Kofi made a final desperate lunge but was caught mid-air by Ryback and planted with a spinebuster.

THREE!

The bell rang.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

The crowd was livid. Crushed. Betrayed. They had clung to hope, to a miracle, to the belief that Foley and his battered squad might turn the tide. But instead, they witnessed annihilation.

Sandro stood, blood dripping from his forehead and his neck, his mouth curled into a savage grin. The ref raised his hand, but Sandro yanked it away and lifted it himself, as if demanding the world acknowledge his greatness.

Drew, Big E, Ryback, and Wade all raised their hands with him. The Undisputed System stood united in the center of the carnage, towering over the broken bodies of Team TNA and FCW.

Outside the cage, Alexa Bliss squealed with joy. She sprayed the fire extinguisher one last time onto Charlotte's unconscious body, then skipped toward the cage like a girl heading to prom. She entered into cage once again.

The moment she saw Sandro, her expression melted into something almost... romantic.

She ran to him and threw her arms around him. Sandro embraced her, letting out a triumphant laugh as he lifted her into the air. The boos rained harder, louder, filling the entire arena with thunderous contempt.

Then it happened.

They kissed.

A long, smug, defiant kiss.

The final nail in the coffin.

Fans screamed in rage, and some threw their drinks. One could practically feel the pulse of Twitter crashing.

"The villain wins."

"The bad guy got the girl."

Inside the ring, the members of Team TNA and FCW lay in every corner. Foley was unmoving, medics rushing down the ramp to check on him. Kofi was curled on his side.

Kurt had a bloody lip and possibly a dislocated shoulder. Sting tried to crawl toward the ropes but slumped. Taylor clutched his ribs. Foley was unconscious. The war was over, and they had lost.

Cameras caught Alexa whispering something in Sandro's ear. He nodded, still smirking, and then looked directly into the lens. His bloodied face, that arrogant smirk, the victory of betrayal and brutality behind him.

Fade to black.

But the war wasn't just inside the cage.

Online? Twitter and the official FCW and TNA forums erupted.

One side of the fanbase lost their minds:

"I can't believe this. They LET SANDRO WIN?!?"

"Travesty. This ruins everything. How do you let them walk away with this?"

"What a disgusting ending. Foley deserved better."

"Charlotte better get revenge after Alexa's betrayal and that attack! Alexa's betrayal is next level disgusting."

Hashtags trended globally, #WarGamesTravesty, #DownfallDDT, #AlexaSoldOut, #SandroSucks.

But amidst the fury, a small, loyal faction defended it:

"Told y'all. Sandro was always a mastermind."

"Undisputed System = best stable in years. Period."

"Storytelling masterclass. Alexa and Sandro are HEAT."

"They earned it. They earned that win. This isn't Disney. This is WAR."

Some fans began making memes of Alexa and Sandro kissing with the caption "Power Couple from Hell."

Others posted slow mo clips of Foley being struck with the bat, followed by cries of "This should've been stopped!"

On the other hand, the clip of Charlotte limping down the ramp as the crowd roared reached a tens of thousands views within hours.

Every major wrestling podcast teased emergency reaction episodes. Major dirt sheets began reporting that the finish had been decided just days earlier, kept under tight wraps, even from some production crew. Even the announcers hadn't been told.

Meanwhile, most fans agreed on one thing, Love him or hate him, Sandro just put himself in the history books as an unstoppable heel mastermind. The war had ended, but its aftershocks had only begun. And the wrestling world would never be the same again after this win as Sandro and the Undisputed System's reign of terror further cemented.
