Ezra 's POV

"Ezra, wait a minute—at least listen to me," Rin tried to explain.

"I don't want to hear anything," saying that, I left from there with Vian, without even looking back.

Because what did I expect from the enemy clan? At the end of the day, they still see me as their enemy.

So why would I forget this enmity?

I will never forget.

Vian and I were walking through the hallway.

"Master, can I go into the kitchen to ask for the food? Because you can't stay hungry."

Vian was not listening to me, but I ordered him to go and eat, and I went alone to my room.

After coming inside, I realized how everything has changed so fast in just one day.

A growling sound was coming from my stomach. Still, I took a step towards the bed and bent toward the table to grab the glass of water.

After gulping the water, I sat down on the bed, pulling both legs up and looking around the room.

Just then, the door opened and Vian came inside with a maid, a food tray in her hands.

"Forgive me for what happened at the dining table," she placed the food on the dining table and bowed.

"I know this marriage is done to forget the enmity, but our Alpha is not following that path. I am very guilty about that, Prince Ezra," she said.

"It's not your fault, so don't apologize. And by 'our Alpha,' do you mean he is your mate too?"

Of course, the way she said our Alpha, it was like that Alpha had many Omegas. Such a playboy—I can see that.

What? They call their king Alpha?

It's so weird—like, first time hearing something like this.

I nodded, and she left after that. I stepped down from my bed, and Vian served the food onto the plate.

After finishing dinner, I lay down on the bed, and Vian blew out the candles in the room because I like to sleep in the dark. Vian also left to sleep in the servants' quarters.

I closed my eyes after tucking myself under the quilt, which was soft. I know today was very hard.

But let's hope tomorrow will be less problematic. Thinking that, I fell asleep.

The next day, when I woke up, I heard noise from outside. 

I stretched while yawning and noticed Vian was not here.

It was odd because he always comes to me even before I wake up.

Or maybe today I woke up earlier than him. But then the noise became louder, which is why I put on my cloak and stepped out of the room..I heard it from some servants.

"Show is really satisfying, don't you think? But it's a shame that he's a Beta with a body like that," some servants passed by me while talking, and I stepped forward.

Seeing the servants gathered, I noticed that the noise was coming from the servants' quarters.

I moved all the servants aside and went inside—because Vian was also staying there last night. And when I went in, I saw it.

Two Alphas were holding pieces of torn-off clothes, and Vian was sitting on the ground naked.

And everyone was laughing.

His eyes were basically looking down on me, scanning me from head to toe with lustful eyes.

His gaze only made me feel disgusted.
