Karakura Town, Urahara Shop

Following an earlier misunderstanding, Urahara Kisuke and Tessai Tsukabishi trailed behind Aaron cautiously, worried that their hospitality might displease their guest.

"Teacher, what do you think of this hot spring? I'll grab you a towel," Urahara said with his characteristic nonchalance, gesturing toward the large hot spring in the underground training area.

Tessai, standing nearby, scratched the back of his head and smiled nervously.

"Hmm, this hot spring looks quite good," Aaron said, glancing around. "But it does remind me of the hot spring in the Kirin Palace."

Urahara's expression became slightly strained, though he maintained his usual composure. The truth was that this hot spring was, indeed, an imitation of the one in the Kirin Palace—crafted after meticulous research. However, after the earlier commotion caused by Jinta's recklessness, he now focused on keeping his guest in high spirits.

Just as the conversation turned to silence, an electronic beeping noise broke through the air.

"Beep-beep! Beep-beep!"

Urahara and Tessai both turned toward the source of the sound, watching as Aaron retrieved a small, black pager from his pocket.

"You've got a pager?" Tessai exclaimed, his astonishment palpable.

"Shh! Tessai, keep it down!" Urahara whispered, elbowing him. "Isn't it normal for the teacher to have a pager?"

Aaron glanced at the device, then at the two men. "Kisuke, do you have a phone here?"

Urahara immediately nodded. "Of course! This way, Teacher!"

The trio walked toward the shop's entrance, leaving the underground training area behind.

Soul Society, Seireitei, First Division Barracks

In the barracks of the First Division, Shiba Isshin stood before the Senkaimon, clutching a report in his hand. His expression was serious as he planned the details of his upcoming mission.

Suddenly, footsteps echoed behind him. A young woman with long orange hair and a boy with short white hair approached hurriedly.

"Captain! You can't go on this mission alone! It's too dangerous!" the white-haired boy, Hitsugaya Tōshirō, protested earnestly.

Matsumoto Rangiku, with a wry smile, shook her head. "Captain, I've tried reasoning with him, but he's just too stubborn. If you're heading out, we're coming with you."

Isshin turned his attention from the report to his subordinates, feigning irritation. "Rangiku! Not only are you neglecting squad responsibilities, but now you're encouraging this nonsense?"

"Captain," Rangiku laughed, "you're terrible at pretending to be angry." Her tone softened. "But this mission really is dangerous. If you insist on going, let Tōshirō come along as backup!"

Isshin looked at the two for a moment before sighing. "Tōshirō, you're the most talented Shinigami in the Gotei 13. If something happens to me, you're the best candidate to take over the squad. Stay here and take care of the team."

"But Captain—" Tōshirō began.

Isshin raised a hand, cutting him off, then walked decisively toward the Senkaimon.

Karakura Town, Urahara Shop

After hanging up the phone, Aaron sighed. "So much for a relaxing weekend. Looks like I'll need to head to Naruki City for work."

Urahara and Tessai exchanged confused glances.

"The company called. There's a client in Naruki City who needs to be visited immediately," Aaron explained. "The hot spring will have to wait until next time."

Jinta and Xiao Yu, who had been silent nearby, whispered among themselves.

"Xiao Yu," Jinta asked, "even the 'Big Bad Teacher' has a job?"

Aaron overheard their murmurs but simply smiled. "If I don't work, where will the money come from? Don't worry, I'll be back soon."

As he prepared to leave, Urahara hurried over with an umbrella. "Teacher, it's raining! Please take this."

Aaron accepted the umbrella with a smile, patting Urahara on the shoulder. "Thanks, Kisuke. Take care while I'm gone."

Naruki City, Outskirts

The rain poured down relentlessly as Shiba Isshin faced off against a masked figure in the dense forest. He clutched his wounded side, his expression grim.

"Who are you?" Isshin demanded. "Why did you attack me? Are you responsible for the deaths of those Shinigami?"

The masked figure removed his disguise, revealing a calm, calculating smile.

"Aizen?!" Isshin gasped, his voice filled with disbelief. "How can it be you?"

"Captain Shiba," Aizen replied with a smirk. "Your strength is quite remarkable. I was hoping this experiment would yield better results. No matter—let's see how you fare against complete Hollowfication."

Isshin's heart raced. Memories of the Hollowfication incident over a century ago flooded his mind.

Before Aizen could strike again, a sudden, overwhelming surge of Reiatsu filled the area. Aizen froze, his smirk vanishing as panic crept into his eyes.

The sheer force of the spiritual pressure forced him to his knees, cutting off his escape.
