Blue Deathster: STARFALL NEXUS

Chapter 4: Chapter 3

Blue Deathster Headquarters

Inside the Blue Deathster headquarters, Commander Lorkin stood at the center of a large table. Seated around him were Blue Deathster's top fighters:

Sora Period, Hanada Halfway, Sabine Merkmal and three other elite members

Lorkin looked at them seriously before speaking.

"Alright, as you know, earlier we sent Sora Period outside the northern side of the domes to investigate an unregistered Cyber Golem."

He tapped a console, and holographic images of the golem appeared above the table. Its body was colored white, red, and black, its mechanical form unlike any typical cyber golem.

"The appearance of this golem is unknown… but not unfamiliar." Lorkin's voice became heavier. "It resembles something that has been gone for over a millennium."

He looked around the room before stating:

"The Link Joker."

One of the members at the table leaned forward. "You mean… the ones from another planet?"

Lorkin nodded. "Correct. This golem has a striking resemblance to Link Joker's golems, cyber dragons, and droids. Though this is only a hypothesis for now, we will be dispatching an investigation team to an old ruin on the far side of Brandt Gate to extract any relevant data."

He glanced at two of his pilots.

"I'm assigning this mission to Lieutenant Halfway and Period. You'll begin the assignment tomorrow."

Hanada smirked. "Understood."

Sora nodded. "Roger."

Blitz Industries Hangar

Inside the massive hangar of Blitz Industries, the damaged Gigamobiles lay on repair platforms, surrounded by busy mechanics. Sparks flew as engineers worked to restore their mechanical bodies.

A man in a Blitz Industries uniform, wearing a white jacket with black accents, barked orders at the workers.

"No, no, no! I said move it left! Not too much!" he snapped.

Strazer, standing nearby, smirked. "Maybe you should give clearer instructions, Schtart."

Schtart scoffed. "Hey, I do my job, you do yours, alright? I handle the repairs, and you do… whatever it is you're doing on that laptop."

Strazer adjusted his glasses. "I'm optimizing the Gigamobile's inner software. Upgrading its performance takes priority."

Before Schtart could retort, footsteps approached. Jagt entered the hangar, his long white hair swaying slightly as he walked. He wore his Blitz Industries pilot uniform, his expression unreadable.

"So, how's my machine?" he asked.

Schtart sighed. "You fried the inner circuits using all those energy blasts against the golem. Seriously, who designed this crap?"

Strazer crossed his arms. "Geed has been under a lot of pressure. He hasn't left his research room for days. He's been trying to recreate the stolen blueprints from years ago."

Schtart frowned. "That guy needs to take care of his own health if he wants to keep designing quality machines."

Jagt nodded. "I agree."

Schtart stretched his arms. "Anyway, I've got an important matter to attend to at Hangar 12."

He turned toward one of the mechanics—a young woman with short brown hair, sharp eyes, and a brown tail. She wore the Blitz Mechanics uniform, her posture upright and disciplined.

"Iskra!" Schtart called.

Iskra quickly stepped forward. "Yes, sir?"

Schtart handed her a tablet. "You're in charge of the repairs here while I'm gone. Make sure everything gets done properly."

Iskra nodded firmly. "Understood."

As Schtart left the hangar, the sounds of machinery continued, echoing through the massive hall as Blitz Industries prepared for the battles yet to come.
