"Deep underground lies a labyrinth of danger, secrets, and power... welcome to the Black District."

🌑 What is the Black District?

The Black District is one of the 13 Major Territories of the Story World, on equal standing with places like the White Clouds and Dark Town. It has existed for ages — shrouded in mystery and danger. The surface is a rotted, trap-laced wasteland stretching for kilometers, riddled with ruins and remnants of a forgotten era. Many parts have been explored, but the full scope remains unknown. Even now, countless Players continue delving into its depths.

Beneath this bleak surface lies a massive underground dungeon, built by an unknown architect. This dungeon stretches down floor after floor, forming a massive labyrinth — one that even Z Rankers fear to fully explore. As of now, the lowest floors remain a mystery.

🏢 Who Governs the Black District?

The governing body is the CEM Hunters, an elite organization that focuses on hunting down the only creatures officially referred to as "Monsters" in the Story World — the Concept Eating Monsters (CEMs).

⚠️ These are not to be confused with monster-like Species. CEMs are unique, devouring concepts rather than just physical targets.

The Black District has become a major zone of operations for the CEM Hunters, who regularly investigate, hunt, and study these dangerous beings.

🔥 Famous Visitors

Some of the Story World's strongest Players and Reciters have visited or explored the Black District:

🦉 [Owl] – A Z Ranker known for his precise information gathering and tactical mind.

█ [Last Note of Black] – Another Z Ranker shrouded in symbolism and chaos, often arriving unannounced for cryptic purposes.

But perhaps the most impactful individual tied to the Black District is the legendary Z Ranker known as:

📚 [Library of Power] — Creator of the Story Book System

[Library of Power] invented an entirely new way to gain strength in the Story World, outside the traditional methods like:

📖 Learning from scratch

🧬 Merging with a story

🎭 Borrowing

🌌 Being Sponsored

🧬 Inheriting

✨ The Story Book System:

A Story Book allows Players to collect Cards representing powers, events, or concepts. Once merged into your main story, the book becomes yours alone — severed from its original creator.

Two ways to get Cards:

Create them manually — very expensive and difficult.

Buy from the Blue Trade Records' Cards Library — a profitable alliance between:

🧠 [Library of Power]

📘 The Blue Trade Organization

🃏 Players who upload and sell Cards

📌 Card Facts:

Some cards are single-use, others multi-use.

Some can be integrated into your main story — others cannot.

Integrated cards must align with your story's nature.

📉 Risk of merging: high difficulty, but...

🔒 Advantage: integrated powers cannot be stolen. (Cards can be.)

🧱 The Infinite Prison — Seventh Floor of the Dungeon

On the Seventh Floor, the early pioneers cleared out monsters and created what is now the largest prison in the Story World.

"An infinite floor, endless cells, and legends who fell too far..."

⚔️ Famous Prisoners:

🪓 [Blood Axe] – An S Ranker infamous for wiping out entire villages, one of the most hated figures in Story World history.

💧 [Black Tear] – An SSS Ranker who once convinced an entire squad of X Rankers to commit suicide through manipulation and persuasion alone.

This prison is still operational, ever-expanding, and used by numerous organizations as a maximum-security facility.
