Borderlands Multiverse of Madness

Nero had woken up from his bed in a nice small habitation that was located in the sewers underground the city streets of Eden 5.

He had created a rather nice, comfortable, advanced and habitable home for himself similar to the Batman's Bat Cave or the HQ of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles + Master Splinter.

All his wishes were granted because Nero had his wishes to have limitations and restrictions so that he isn't instantly OverPowered but has to stay balanced with the beings he faces and will face otherwise he will one shot everything, and in turn so will the Champion of Tet.

Tet was actually generous enough to reincarnate him on Eden 5, thankfully. Along with listening to Nero's pleas to weaken his powers so that he doesn't give the Champion more power then he needs to if he can help it

This means he basically has to gain strength like a Cultivation Novel character to increase his own physical and abilities' power, since he has Noah Balvan's capabilities, especially his Dantian, Mind and Body of up to the 3rd Tier Gaseous Stge.

When he had Tet weaken himself this now meant that even though he has Time Manipulation, it won't work against other Sirens or Vault Creatures.

Furthermore, he can only use his power by consuming the energy which he Cultivates by either ging naturally, since he will passively generate Siren energy like a mana pool.

When he had experimented with it, it seemed like he was removing the life from his very body, which he promptly stopped upon learning this thanks to the Divine Deduction Technique mostly.

However, powers like Talion Wraith powers (a/n default Shadow of War level of strength. Look on "VsBattle wiki") are allowed to use unlimited times and no limitations placed on them.

Nero had faked his death at 8 years old with his myriad of abilities, as his family is an okay/good and loving family but he knows he'll have to leave them one day and that he is wasting that time when he could be preparing and training his powers, plus he wants freedom, bound by no government, laws, obligations or family…at least not the family he will have in the future.

He isn't like those idiots that listens to others and bows down to those of higher positions than himself. He is only like this since he is in a universe like Borderlands. If he was in his old universe then he wouldn't mind. But in an Isekai universe, bowing down to royalty or lords that are useless shits. Yeah, no thank you!

That's why he had asked Tet to put him in a random family as he would do this regardless. The only difference being is if he was born in a wealthy family then he would milk the greedy bastards before doing the same thing as he had done to his birth family.

He had altered the families memories into thinking he died in an accident and made them held a private funeral, as they were very sad and 'wanted' to do it that way.

In Addition, that one day they will move on, but still remember their son because they had loved him and so they had twins eventually.

A daughter called Isabella and a son whom they named after Nero

Nero had also altered one police officer's memories as proof with a written report of the body being cremated shortly after death due to the 'families request'.

Nero then mind controlled powerful and influential people, shortly after faking his death, to give him (as an anonymous identity) what he wanted and needed.

He did this since he wanted to avoid the possibility and threat of Angel watching him already. In fact, Angel could very easily hack into anything she is connected to. Luckily for him she is only 12 right now and has only recently gotten her Siren powers as her mother should have died by now.

However, this does not eliminate the threat of an adult Angel simply being able to hack into the security footage of Nero and scan for his DNA, face recognition, name and so on.

That is why he is being very secretive. He will simply use an alias for now and when he is Vault Huntig he will just cnceal his identity every time with a new persona to throw Angel of his tracks. He basically wants to do a 'Zer0' Reverse Uno card on Jack by doing the same thing Zer0 had done to Angel and confuse her with is real identity.

"Why couldn't Tannis just show me Goddamn 'page 9'"

The page 9 he was referring to was a paper written by the Developers of Borderlands as Tannis answering the questions from numerous people. One of which asked for Zer0's identity but what was said was.

"Zer0's true name and identity is…(please continue to page 9)"

He raged so hard when he saw that and proceeded to play as Zer0 to instant kill the Dragons of Destruction with his one-shot Melee build on OP8. Unfortunately, he couldn't do a 1 shot on them on OP10, but they did do a 1 shot on him instead.

Nero is currently 14 and had learnt a lot with his enhanced 3rd Tier Mind and Divine Deduction Technique. He had gained every bit of knowledge that he could through and/or from the high ranking and influential people that he could mind control and brainwash.

As Nero was currently modifying his future gear that he will wear when the events of Borderlands 1 will start, he had heard a muffled sound.

"?"

When he listened again with is enhanced body's hearing, that's when he heard it.

"!"

He immedietly used his Nazgul shadow flight ability to turn into a dark cloud with a devilish green hue mixed within the mist of darkness. It left a trail of shadow as he flew and bypassed the gaps and cracks he had purposely mad to reach the surface.

Once he was outside he saw a bunch of gang thugs looking people surrounding a bag that was closed and writhing around uncontrollably.

Clearly, there was a person inside.

Nero promptly pulled out his imitation of recreating one of his more favourite weapons in Borderlands 3, 'The Flood'.

The Flood is actually a weak weapon but that is only aginst strong enimies unlike these thugs. The Flood is a Jackobs pistol that had an unique perk of being able to Auto-Rapid Fire by just holding down the trigger on the controller.

When he made The Flood he was able to recreate the same feature by having the trigger, while held down, to cause the gears inside to act like a sub machine guns and fire all the loaded bullets by rotation like a gatling gun.

The others looked at Nero and pulled out their knives and guns of their own.

"Kill him!" shouted dead guy no3

Dead guy no1 and no2 rushed Nero and tried to stab him with their blades.

But to Nero's 3rd Tier Body or more like 4th Tier Body…

The blades made contact with his skin…

…blades of this poor quality and material couldn't hurt him.

…and broke on contact.

"What the Fu- AGH!!" said dead guy no1 as Nero simply penetrated The Flood's barrel into the man's chest, making the barrel stick out of his back and pointed in line with dead guy no3.

Nero simply waved his hand at dead guy no2 and an Icicle was made and launched at his face, tearing a hole in it as it was lodged in the man's skull and a part of the spike's tip went and came out through the back of his head.

"WHAT?! HOW DID…NO WHO ARE Y- *cough*"

Nero didn't care for kidnapping scum and just shot him in the heart. He had said something else but Nero just ignored him and went to the bag which had stopped moving as it heard the battle going on.

Nero wasn't a murderer or a heartless killer. He just made rules that he will kill anyone that tries to kill him or those he cares about. He will spare those that he thinks may be innocent or redeemable.

But Nero knew that these guys were paid to kidnap this person and so will be killed if they fail or just to keep them quiet when the job is over or if they abandoned it. Thus, Nero mercifully killed them of. In fact, the dead guy no3 died in less then 6 seconds upon hitting the ground. By the time he had reached him and the bag he was already dead before Nero could finish him off.

Nero knelt down to open the bag and what he found shocked him to the core.

There was a girl inside the bag about his age, maybe a year younger. But that was not the issue here?!

The girl spoke up after being ungagged by Nero and said in a fearful and hesitant tone.

"H-h-hello sir? T-Thank You! For saving me! My name is E-Elika Melina!"

When Nero had heard what she said his eyes closed and tried to comprehend what he had just seen.

The girl Elika was a beautiful brunette haired girl in what used to be nice jean like clothing. But that wasn't what he cared about.

Because on her left arm was none other than Commodont Stelle's Siren Tattoos.

(a/n Each Siren has a different set of Patterns and Design for their Tattoos. I'll reveal Nero's next chapter. Also I just made it so Elika Melina is straight up Elika from the Prince of Persia: 2008 game cause let's just say Tet put her to mess around with Nero.)
