Born as Gojo Satoru Cousin

Chapter 33: Embarking on the Final Journey Part

Eiji is not one to easily feel satisfied. Therefore, he conducted another experiment.

In the second alternate world, he appeared on the rooftop of a school building.

The Six Eyes granted him vision for several kilometers. Observing the surroundings, he was left speechless as he saw zombies filling the city streets, including the school area.

Eiji even suspected whether there was an error in the Limitless Technique, thinking he had arrived in the previous world, Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead.

Perhaps because it was nighttime, zombies became very active in roaming.

Eiji's first step was to find survivors to gather information. He wanted to make sure if this world was different from the previous one or not.

So, he left the rooftop and explored the school.

It didn't take long for him to encounter a survivor, a beautiful girl with long dark purple straight hair tied in a double ponytail style with purple ribbons on each side.

Thinking he was a zombie, the girl immediately attacked Eiji with the shovel she carried.

Not wanting to reveal the Limitless Technique, Eiji dodged her attacks and explained that he was human and not infected.

Later, the misunderstanding was resolved, although the girl remained cautious.

Next, Eiji learned that the girl's name was Ebisuzawa Kurumi, and this place was Megurigaoka Private High School.

Accessing Lin Fan's memory, he found out which anime this world was based on, and it was Gakkou Gurashi!

Knowing this, Eiji no longer hid his true abilities.

Although he was strong, he wasn't foolish. Before knowing if there were individuals who could threaten his safety, he would keep a low profile. However, after ensuring that there was no one who could be a threat to him, he wouldn't act like a coward.

Kurumi, who was previously cautious, changed her attitude after seeing Eiji demonstrate supernatural abilities when they were suddenly surrounded by a group of infected students.

She pleaded for him to help her leave the school with her friends.

According to Kurumi's explanation, the reason she and others could survive in the midst of the outbreak without supplies from the outside was that Megurigaoka Private High School had facilities that could sustain a group of people for a long time, such as solar-powered electricity, underground water collection and filtration systems, a garden for cultivation, and an underground shelter.

However, their lives changed after a storm that caused a power outage in the school.

Hearing her explanation, Eiji decided to help her as a form of gratitude for providing information.

He took Kurumi to their hiding place, and Eiji briefly introduced himself to Naoki Miki, Takeya Yuki, and Wakasa Yuri.

The girls were surprised to see him bringing a handsome man. Initially, they didn't believe her explanation about Eiji's superhuman abilities and thought Kurumi was experiencing delusions like Yuki did before.

But all the girls' disbelief was refuted by the facts in front of them when Eiji displayed Scarlet.

Eiji used his left hand as a bow, created flaming arrows in his right hand, shot an arrow, and destroyed a building in the distance.

The explosion sound attracted zombies there, and the bright flames illuminated the dark night.

Miki, Yuri, and Yuki were stunned for a long time, witnessing the spectacular scene in front of them. Even Kurumi didn't expect Eiji to be so powerful, resembling a humanoid nuclear bomb.

With this show of strength and Eiji's promise to take them to the nearest refugee shelter, Kurumi and the others began preparing supplies before leaving.

Before leaving, Yuki wanted to hold an emergency graduation ceremony. Eiji agreed; after all, it wouldn't take long.

Eiji wiped out all the zombies in the auditorium and watched the girls conduct their makeshift graduation.

Once everyone was ready, he led the four girls away from Megurigaoka Private High School.

Throughout the journey, any zombies that approached were incinerated into ashes by Eiji without letting them get close.

Unaware of the location of the refugee shelter, Eiji caused a lot of commotion, hoping to attract the attention of survivors.

Although his methods were rough, they were effective. After two hours of walking, some JSDF soldiers approached him cautiously.

Anyway, the abilities Eiji displayed weren't something ordinary humans possessed.

Hope rekindled in Kurumi's eyes and her friends upon learning that there were still JSDF personnel maintaining order and rescuing surviving individuals.

Eiji wasted no time; he revealed his identity as an 'Otherworlder,' and his goal was to find a refuge for the girls behind him.

The JSDF soldiers were shocked and didn't believe what they heard. But facts were harsher than words. Later, Eiji and the girls were escorted by them to the refugee shelter.

The next events unfolded as Eiji expected.

The top JSDF officials personally invited him for a 'tea party.'

Unfortunately, Eiji declined. After safely escorting Kurumi and the others, he teleported in front of the JSDF, who aimed their weapons at him.

After 24 hours passed, Eiji returned to the Jujutsu Kaisen World and found the timer indicating that 24 hours had passed.

In other words, the flow of time in Gakkou Gurashi and Jujutsu Kaisen was synchronized!

The next day, Eiji decided to conduct the final experiment. If the time flow remained 1:1, he would start his journey to become stronger with a peaceful mind.

In the third world, he appeared on the rooftop of a school building. When he saw the bloody scene in front of him, his heart went numb.

It was daytime, and the school area was chaotic due to students running to escape from zombies wanting to devour them.

Another zombie world!

Eiji wondered if he had karma with zombies.

Why did every alternate world he visited have a zombie theme?

This time, he had no intention of any intervention and watched the hysteria with a calm expression. After two previous experiences, Eiji estimated that this world was an ordinary world without any power system.

As the students tried to save themselves, one group of students caught their attention as they headed to the parking area and entered a car. Apparently, they planned to leave the school using the school bus.

Eiji was interested in them because he recognized them all.

Takashi Komuro, Marikawa Shizuka, Busujima Saeko, Takagi Saya, Miyamoto Rei, and Hirano Kohta.

After seeing them, Eiji knew which anime this world was based on, High School of The Dead!

Next, everything was the same as the plot in Lin Fan's memory.

Eiji didn't plan to interact with them even though they were important characters in this world. He just watched the bus leave.

He spent 24 hours while strolling through the zombie-filled city. When he returned to the Jujutsu Kaisen World, the timer showed that 24 hours had passed.

After these three experiments, Eiji was no longer worried about the flow of time.
