[Want to hear a story about witnessing my boss’s car sex?]
Wow... I knew it, but being an executive secretary really is an extreme job.
Right now, I’m hit hard by reality and just finished drinking.
The person I serve is an executive. I can’t mention details for fear of identification, but he’s quite famous in the industry for being young and handsome.
Anyway, recently he’s been seeing an omega he’s completely hooked on.
The problem is, the personal schedule like dates outside of work also has to be followed up by the secretary. And of all days, I had to act as his driver too. Things were going well until they had a huge fight in the car. Up to that point, I was just going with it.
Then suddenly it got quiet. I heard a ton of kissing noises from the back. Suddenly, he told me to pull over and get out.
What could I do? When ordered, you obey.
I stopped on the shoulder and got out of the car. I was looking at my phone from afar when the car started shaking hard. It was obvious what was happening inside. That image of the car rocking still won’t leave my mind.
When I got back in, the windows were completely fogged up. And the smell... I really wanted to run away.
They say executive secretaries see a lot of dirty things, but I never expected to experience something like this. I truly discourage changing jobs.
Summary in one line: Please book a room. Why would someone with so much money do this…
Heewon slowly rubbed the screen of his phone. He was dumbfounded and could only laugh.
Just before dawn, a post appeared on an anonymous platform for office workers, and because of its provocative title, views and comments were flooding in.
No wonder — it wasn’t just simple gossip but a story about witnessing sex.
“Who is it? That’s bold.”
While everyone guessed the identity of the executive, Heewon wondered who the author was. To display one’s boss’s disgrace on the internet, you have to be quite a lunatic.
The site is anonymous, but if you want, you can identify people. How so? Power and money easily expose secrets.
Comments were going wild, saying “Who would do such a thing?” and speculating on the identity, but sadly, this kind of thing happens quite frequently in the secretary world, so no one can pinpoint the culprit.
That doesn’t mean the author did the right thing. Surely, the person involved must have sensed it was them, and a huge uproar probably followed.
Secretaries are supposed to have tight lips. It’s the absolute basic.
“Your Americano with an extra shot is ready.”
Just then, the coffee arrived. Heewon put away his phone and headed to the counter. His order was always the same: Americano, extra shot, very hot.
The short-sized paper cup was so hot it was hard to hold. Heewon skillfully grabbed two napkins and wrapped them around the lid where he’d sip.
“Enjoy your drink.”
“Thank you.”
After a brief, formal exchange with the café staff, he stepped outside. ❀ Nоvеlігht ❀ (Don’t copy, read here) The time showed exactly 7:20. It was a routine he kept from Monday through Friday without fail.
Though he only stayed at the café for about five minutes, the dark sky had already brightened. Along with the early morning’s fresh green air came the deep aroma of coffee, making him realize that another tough day was about to start.
Still, he sympathized with at least one point in the exposé post: being an executive secretary really is an extreme job.
Exiting the café and turning down an alley, a low hill appeared. In front of a huge stone wall was a sleek black large sedan parked. When Heewon approached, a man pressed tightly against the car straightened up.
“Secretary Kim.”
“Good morning, Driver Jung.”
Heewon greeted lightly and opened the rear passenger door. He lowered the center armrest and placed the coffee he had picked up in the cup holder. Of course, he didn’t forget to closely check the car’s interior condition.
“Driver, please turn off the heater and turn on only the seat warmer. Executive Director hates dry air.”
“Ah, yes!”
“Please maintain the temperature inside the car at about 24 degrees. The Executive always drinks coffee on the morning commute. Since the drink is hot, please drive slowly as much as possible. And answers should always be short — no unnecessary chit-chat.”
The driver’s expression visibly stiffened. It was his first day, and being assigned to a difficult boss, he was beyond nervous.
Heewon’s eyes softened.
“You seem nervous.”
“Phew, I don’t know why I’m shaking.”
“Don’t worry, even if you make mistakes, I’ll cover for you.”
The two stood side by side facing the firmly closed gate. Heewon lifted the sleeve of his suit jacket and checked his watch again.
“Three minutes early.”
“Do you always come out right on time?”
“Yes. For six years without change.”
Come to think of it, it had already been six years since he became Youngjae Kwon’s executive secretary. Time flies.
At 7:30 sharp, the gate opened with a hollow sound. Executive Director Kwon appeared through the opening.
The dominant alpha, wrapped in a black suit, looked colder than usual today. To others, he might look just handsome, but Kim Heewon, who had served him for six years, caught the slightest change in expression at once.
His mood is not good.
Heewon bowed politely, and Kwon nodded slightly in return. As soon as he lifted his foot, the driver opened the rear door. Fortunately, getting into the car went smoothly.
Meanwhile, Heewon got in on the passenger side. The car was filled with the scent of coffee. The boiling hot coffee must have cooled to just the right temperature by now.
Heewon buckled his seatbelt and checked the rearview mirror. In the small palm-sized mirror, Executive Director Kwon’s figure was clearly reflected.
He had just taken a sip of coffee. The slight crease between his brows had yet to relax. Heewon took out his phone from his jacket pocket. While checking the schedule, he also left a brief message in the secretary office’s group chat.
[Yellow. Caution advised.]
Executive Director Kwon’s mood is classified into seven stages following the color spectrum: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet.
Green is a normal state, and as irritation grows, it moves into the red range; when mood sinks, it shifts into darker tones. Of course, Kwon had never been gloomy. Usually, only the red, orange, and yellow states came and went.
After greeting him every morning, Heewon was responsible for understanding Kwon’s mood and sharing it. It was a kind of notification. He confidently claimed he was the person who best understood Kwon’s mood in the world.
“Executive Director, may I start the briefing?”
“Let’s do it at the office.”
The reply was curt. The voice felt as if it carried a blade; it even prickled the skin.
The driver, uncomfortable with the silence, looked around nervously and pressed the buttons on the steering wheel. The soft piano melody grew louder.
“Turn off the music. Do I have to give instructions for this too?”
As usual, a reprimand flew. Though he usually enjoyed classical music, today it seemed to bother him.
“Sorry. I’ll be careful.”
Heewon apologized instead. Once the music was completely off, the car was so quiet you could hear breathing.
The driver was frozen and only looked forward. When the car stopped at a signal, he swallowed dryly and glanced sideways. Kim Heewon lowered his gaze but moved only his thumb. The speed of typing messages was as fast as keyboard tapping.
