After feeding Kaguya, she smiled happily, asking for green tea. I quickly made some for her using green tea I had stored, I couldn't do it the classic Japanese way, so I made it like the… the normal people do it.

"Hmm, it's quite different, the sweet sugar you added is interesting," she smiled. "It's nice, it refreshes the palate."

"I'm glad… Kaguya-sama," I sighed. "So, I was wondering, what do you do? Like…"

"Yeah how will you actually help?" Katherine asked. "Stop asking Elayne to do things for you! She's your master, you know? Not your servant!"

"Ooh? The little fairy has a big mouth I see!" giggled Kaguya. "If you were on Mount Fuji a angry Mountain Kami would have already eaten you, girl. You should always mind your manners, especially when in front of a venerated- I mean, in front of an ancient Dryad such as myself."

"Sorry but we don't follow Japanese customs around here," Katherine said. "Please adapt to this domain's customs instead of asking others to adapt to yours! I think you're just full of yourself, Kaguya! That's not how a Nature Spirit should act!"

"Hmph! A-And what do you know anyways!" sighed Kaguya, crossing her arms. "Anyways, you want to see what I can do? Very well, watch."

She waved her fan around and then, several Japanese letters materialized out of pink light, rapidly gathering into a spinning magic circle with Yin and Yang symbols.

It spread around the entire Domain within seconds, creating a large pink colored barrier that constantly let out small cherry blossom petals made of light.

"Woah, what's this?" I wondered. "I suddenly feel… stronger? Magically powerful… Also my Mana is recovering very quickly!"

"This is my {Cherry Blossom Blessing}!" said Kaguya. "It reinforces domains defenses, adding an additional defensive layer which durability is based on the total Mana of the domain! Also, anybody that is an "ally" within the Domain has their Magic Power and Mana Regeneration Speed enhanced."

"Oooh, that's really amazing a useful, Kaguya!" I clapped. "Really great!"

"Fufu, naturally!" Kaguya giggled, waving her fan around. "And I can do many other things. From Divination of the future by reading the stars, to summoning friendly yokai for battle, but I will show such things later on. I will now expand my influence and slowly get used to this Domain. I'll be only staying for a month but even then, I must prepare. If you excuse me…"

After that, she disappeared into particles of light and returned to the tree.

"I guess she's still really useful, Katherine," I said. "I know she's a bit… peculiar and unique. But she's a good person I think."

"Ahh… fine, I am just a bit disappointed, I have a lot of Dryad friends, I would've loved to see them here," Katherine sighed. "It almost feels like she just snatched that scroll and took the opportunity of someone else to come. But I'm fairly sure that's not possible, right? Though it feels that way, why would a scroll that explicitly says it can summon Dryads summon a Kodama from Japan?"

"As she said, maybe she really wanted to visit the countries overseas! We are nobody to tell her that it's wrong or something, right? So let's leave it at that, Katherine," I said. "Do you want to join us in lunch? Do you eat other food than sweets and fruits?"

"I don't know, I can't really eat meat…" she said. "But if you have normal salad and desserts, I'm in!"

"Okay then, come over and let's eat together!"

We walked back home where the rest of my family and friends were, and we enjoyed a delicious lunch composed of a lot of fish from what we caught in that lake full of fish monsters.

The fish was indeed delicious just as Kaguya said, very flavorful and full of energy and mana. While eating, I also told everyone about Kaguya, our new guest, and how she was.

"So you summoned a Japanese Yokai?!" asked my daughter.

"S-She's not exactly a Yokai!" I said. "I just researched on the internet and she's more like… a Kami. Which are usually what Japanese call gods. But she's certainly not really a Kami, something in between I guess? They call Kami almost anything supernatural."

"Kodama…" muttered Anna. "The only thing I find is some old granny in front of a tree, is that what she is?!"

"No she looked more like a princess…" I said. "Anyways! She's strong and useful so uh, I'll endure for now."

"She's sus," said Katherine. "There's just something about her that doesn't sit quite well with me…"

"Maybe because she isn't your dear Dryad friend or something?" the Great Spirit sighed. "Girl, I did not feel a single bad thing from her, she's a pure nature spirit, her personality is weird yeah but that's about it. Don't go talking such things about other people without knowing them."

"Ah, well… W-What would an otherworldly spirit like you know about this world's spirits anyways?" Katherine sighed. "Completely different things!" Stay tuned to empire

"They're quite literally the same," said the Great Spirit. "It's one of the interesting things I've found out, how close this world is from Arcadia in terms of spirits and everything else. They're so similar even when born in different worlds… well, there's still quite a lot of unique things, but yeah."

We continued talking about what to do next, what awaited us in the future, and what happened today. The bears got used to the place quite quickly, and the plant monsters also easily spread around the domain and seemed comfortable.

The bear Spirits were still going to appear at some point, so the little bear cubs will get even happier I suppose, so that's good.

Once we were done eating our feast, it was time to log back into BNLO, I wanted to check how the Luminous Kingdom was, amongst many other things.

Unlike before, the Domain had grown a lot, there were many more guardians, and the SWORD agents were stationed right outside the house, so I believed there wouldn't be many problems for the time being.

I still wanted to learn more about those cursed sorcerers… but we might as well work on what's in front of us.

And as we logged in and we were greeted by the underground workshop below Ambil's house…
