I had expected some gains from all of these battles, but I never hoped to end up completing a World Quest out of nowhere. It seems that because I’m so tied to these Demon Kings and their factions, whenever a battle occurs, its treated as a World Quest.
Oh well, there’s no point in complaining about that, more rewards mean I can prepare even better against the enemies that are to come. Merlinus battle is… very soon. His power is tremendous, but with everything I’ve earned and grown, and with what’s left that I can develop, plus Erebus and everyone else…
I think we finally started to have a decent chance against him. Nonetheless, it’ll still depend heavily on who are backing us, the allies we make and also Erebus information regarding this old, demonic wizard.
Nonetheless, those notifications weren’t everything, not at all. There were several notifications next of some Skills leveling up.
However, I decided to just check my entire Status instead, that gave me a better insight of everything that changed.

My Stats at max Level 300 are very decent, and they had been increasing permanently over time as I accumulated Titles or used consumable items that granted more Stats, I suppose.
Then there were the Skills themselves, several of the Guardian Skills already reached Max Level! And the Evolved Divine Beast Skills I possessed had been leveling up rather nicely.
Now I also have five World Boss Skills, four of them which I had to learn while fighting that vessel of the Demon King of Death to make things a bit even.
Apparently the other World Bosses all come with these Skills already, so they use them as if they’re a natural part of their powers!
I should have learned them earlier, the thing is, before I didn’t even have enough World Boss points, just recently I was able to accumulate a lot and was able to purchase several of them.
With them, I finally began to shape as a World Boss… Player thing. I guess I’m still a strange combination of many things at the same time.
"And we’re here…" I sighed in relief, landing inside of Titania’s castle, just as the doors opened and my friends and family entered.
"Planta!" Titania cried, rushing towards me and hugging me tightly. "You did it! You did something amazing! I-I can’t believe it! You’re so amazing Planta!"
Titania was in tears as she hugged me, and then she started kissing my forehead, nose, and cheeks constantly…
"Thank you so much!" she kept crying. "Thank you so much for being here…"
"T-Titania…" I felt embarrassed. "It’s alright, there, there." I patted her head; she reminded me of her younger self.
I guess she’s still the same little girl from before. Seeing the forest of the past being revived like this must have made her feel incredible nostalgia.
"Shall we have a meal while we talk about what happened?"
