"Sister, this is not fair. You are showing partiality." Latha complained after seeing the bowl of noodles in Das's hand.

"Latha, she is his wife. Stop complaining." Before Das could say anything, one of Ruth's students stopped Latha from throwing a tantrum. Stella just smiled shyly and left the kitchen.

"Hey, she is not my wife. Stop speaking nonsense." Das cried out as all the girls were thinking Stella is his wife and the baby is a byproduct of Das and Stella.

"If she is not your wife, why are you sleeping with her in the morning?" Latha cried out with a shaming look.

"Hey, half ticket... I even kissed your sister, but that doesn't mean your sister is my wife." Das said in a berating tone. But he immediately regretted what he said, as Geetha is staring at him with bloodshot eyes from a distance.

The girls who were interestingly watching this interaction got dumbfounded after hearing his statement. All the girls turned their heads towards Geetha like antennae.

"What are you staring at? Eat your food." Geetha said angrily and lift inside Das's room with her food plate.

All the girls surrounding Latha wanted to know what actually happened. Latha, who always likes gossiping, revealed everything that happened between Das and Geetha.

"How could she have agreed to that type of request?" One of the girls muttered as she couldn't believe ice-cold Geetha kissed a man.

"I think he is a good kisser." Latha uttered to justify her explanation. Das, who is listening to their gossiping, laughed silently and left for kitchen to wash his hands.

"Stella, mostly, we will change to a new house in the evening, so prepare to move out. As for the lunch, don't worry yourself. I will look after those arrangements. Please took good care of the baby and take some rest." Das said before leaving for the Reddy family villa.

After saying good-bye to Ruth, Das took out his Range Rover from the garage and drove it towards the Malabar Mountain area. Das reached the Reddy family villa at nine o'clock in the morning.

Strangely, Das saw the old man of the Farus family, who was standing outside the luxurious car in which he met the Farus family princess last night. As the old man is waving his hand towards him, Das stopped the car at the foot of the mountain and walked near the old man.

"Don't you understand the meaning of early morning? You wasted two hours of my princess time." The old man said angrily after pointing a finger at Das.

"Sorry, I have encountered a problem late at night. It won't happen next time." Das apologised, saying it was his mistake to come late. Before the old man could say another word, the Farus family princess, who sat in the back seat, tapped the glass window and signalled the old man to sit inside the car.

Das also opened the car door and occupied the other corner in the back seat of the car.

"Das, as promised, we have already dealt with the Reddy family. They agreed to transfer 90 percent of the black market control to you."

"The Abdullah family will help you grasp the black market, and Maria will help you grab the official business in this city." The princess continued to explain all the details nonstop.

Das took a minute to understand what she was saying, and he interrupted her in the middle of the conversation because he couldn't believe what she was saying.

"When did this all happen? Did the Reddy family really agree to this?" Das asked with a confused face.

"You are too late to see all these things. My princess has already arranged everything for you. What Reddy family?!... In front of my Farus family, everyone should bow down." The old man replied with a proud face.

"What did you do? Do you threaten their lives?" Das asked again, as he couldn't believe the Reddy family would agree to all this with a single-family name.

"Hmmhh... don't underestimate the power of hidden families. We just played a small game with Reddy family stocks and business secrets. I still remembered that old man's pale face when he begged to submit like a dog." The old man who sat in the driver's seat replied again with a loud laugh.

"It doesn't matter how we did it. I have completed my duty by making you king of this city. All you have to do is rule it as you like. But never forget that there is always a Farus family above you."

"Don't even think about betrayal. Because I hate people who show their backs after receiving my favour." The princess spoke with a stern tone, not caring about his constant staring at her face.

"Hmmhh... she is just treating me like a loyal dog. Let it be... First, I need to survive in this world with the baby. In the future, I can always choose my own path." Das thought after hearing her threatening statement.

"Das, why are you not saying anything?" The princess asked again as Das sat silently without saying anything.

"I have nothing to say. You did what you promised, and I will hold on to this city for you." Das said before preparing to leave.

"Is that all you want to say? Don't you have any gratitude? My princess helped you a lot by placing this city in your hands, and she personally waited until you came here."

"But you didn't even say a single thank you. What an ungrateful man you are...!" The old man continued to blabber angrily after seeing Das carefree behaviour.

That old man really felt upset, as he expected Das to bow his head to the princess. But Das didn't even say a single word of thanks.

"Old uncle, that's enough." The princess stopped the old man, who was going all out on Das.

Das opened the car door and stepped outside.

"I never wanted to rule this city or hold the power in my hands. I agreed to this deal to protect my loved ones."
