BTTH: Breaking The Simulation

A dead silent space stretched endlessly, with a crescent moon hanging in the sky, casting its glow upon the vast white desert.

It was clear that Xiao Feng had truly extracted Hueco Mundo. Though it was far less prosperous than the Human World or the Soul Society, it was indeed a small independent world.

Unfortunately, the Hueco Mundo Xiao Feng obtained did not include the Hollows from the original work—it was merely an empty world.

If Xiao Feng wished to cultivate Hollows similar to those in the original, he would need to introduce new souls into Hueco Mundo.

To test its capabilities, he immediately retrieved several Soul Sealing Bottles and released the souls within into Hueco Mundo.

Since Xiao Feng often required human or magical beast souls to enhance the spirituality of his artifacts and puppets, he had already collected a significant number.

Once the souls were introduced into Hueco Mundo, they gradually began developing Hollow-like traits due to the environment's influence. However, the transformation was slow, taking several months to fully complete.

Xiao Feng lacked the patience to wait that long, so he directly transferred a portion of the malevolent energy he had absorbed from the world into the souls.

Hollows were originally humans who succumbed to negative emotions, degenerating into evil spirits.

Thus, when the malevolent energy—filled with sinister thoughts—was infused into the transforming souls, they underwent the change at a visibly accelerated rate, turning into Hollows before his eyes.

Seeing this, Xiao Feng immediately began testing the abilities of these newly formed Hollows and their connection to Hueco Mundo.

After a series of simple tests, Xiao Feng gained a detailed understanding of Hueco Mundo's capabilities:

An Independent World – Hueco Mundo functioned as a standalone small world, allowing Xiao Feng to use it like an enormous storage ring—even capable of holding living beings.Soul Conversion – Hueco Mundo could transform souls into Hollows, and these Hollows' life and death were entirely at Xiao Feng's command, much like the relationship between a Demon King and his Demons.Strength Retention – The strength of a transformed Hollow was proportional to the original soul's power.A soul equivalent to a Dou Spirit became a Gillian (Menos Grande).A Dou King-level soul turned into an Adjuchas.A Dou Emperor-level soul became a Vasto Lorde, even capable of evolving into an Arrancar.

Perhaps due to absorbing vast amounts of malevolent energy during their transformation, the Hollows' strength also saw significant enhancement.

The First Arrancar

After contemplating for a moment, Xiao Feng used his Cursed Spirit Manipulation technique to summon Han Feng's soul, throwing him into Hueco Mundo.

As Xiao Feng continuously infused Han Feng's soul with malevolent energy, his body swelled and distorted, letting out agonized screams.

Under Hueco Mundo's influence, a mass of eerie white liquid erupted from Han Feng's mouth and nose, gradually forming a terrifying white skeletal mask over his face.

"ROAR!!"

Now fully Hollowfied, Han Feng let out an earth-shaking roar, releasing visible shockwaves through the air.

BOOM!

When Han Feng's body expanded to a critical point, a dense white mist erupted from within, engulfing his massive frame.

As the mist dispersed, Han Feng reappeared—now in a humanoid form.

Dressed in a black robe, a fist-sized hole pierced through his chest, and a half-broken skeletal mask adorned his face.

From the aura radiating off him, his soul strength had reached a level comparable to a seventh-tier alchemist.

Ordinarily, souls under the control of Cursed Spirit Manipulation would lose the potential to grow further.

However, compared to this technique, Hueco Mundo was clearly on a higher level, making it easy to break such limitations.

Xiao Feng studied the newly Hollowfied Han Feng for a moment, then thoughtfully stroked his chin before etching a "10" on his body using spiritual energy.

He planned to follow Aizen's example—creating his own Arrancar Army and granting the ten strongest ones the title of Espada.

To qualify for the Arrancar Army, one must have the ability to independently remove their Hollow mask, meaning they needed at least Dou Emperor-level strength.

To earn the title of Espada, a candidate had to be at least at Dou Ancestor-level strength.

Though Han Feng was now comparable to a Dou Ancestor, he was only at the One-Star Dou Ancestor level, making him the weakest among the Espada.

Assembling the Espada

To quickly fill the remaining Espada positions, Xiao Feng threw all his currently unusable soul reserves into Hueco Mundo.

Accelerated by the infusion of malevolent energy, these souls rapidly Hollowfied, producing five Dou Ancestor-level Arrancar, whom Xiao Feng designated as Espada.

Primera Espada (No. 1): A former Black Robe Guardian of the Soul Hall, now an Arrancar with the power of an Eight-Star Dou Ancestor.Segunda Espada (No. 2): Eagle Mountain Elder, previously a Four-Star Dou Ancestor in life, now elevated to Six-Star Dou Ancestor after Hollowfication.Tercera Espada (No. 3): Mo Tianxing, his transformed soul reaching Five-Star Dou Ancestor.Octava Espada (No. 8) & Novena Espada (No. 9): Two former Dou Emperor peak-level beings, who barely broke through to One-Star Dou Ancestor, similar to Han Feng.The Birth of Zanpakutō

With his Arrancar Army settled, Xiao Feng turned his focus toward the remaining nine simulation rewards, ultimately locking onto the four Zanpakutō.

A Zanpakutō was the signature weapon of a Soul Reaper. Every student who entered the Shin'ō Academy was assigned an Asauchi—a nameless, generic blade.

Through training and spiritual bonding, the student could imprint their soul's essence onto the Asauchi, forging it into their own unique Zanpakutō.

Each Zanpakutō possessed a name, and when a Soul Reaper learned their blade's true name, they could call upon its Shikai, releasing its true form and abilities.

From the original story, Soul Reapers who had mastered Shikai were considered powerful enough to hold seated officer positions within the Gotei 13.
