Since everyone agreed to continue the mission, they set off again.

The group skied across the snowfield.

The four-person squad was in front, followed by the entire film crew.

After traveling for an unknown amount of time, they finally reached the revolutionary army's stronghold mentioned in Sandayū's plan.

"We're here." Sandayū led everyone to a valley.

He knocked a few times on the ice wall. Concealed by ice and snow, a door was pushed open from the inside.

It was quite impressive.

The interior space was vast, and everyone filed in.

"Mr. Sandayū."

"Mr. Sandayū, you're here!"

"Sandayū, Princess Koyuki, is this?"

As soon as they entered, they heard a group of people waving and greeting Sandayū. It seemed Sandayū's prestige was not insignificant.

Sandayū began to explain the reason for Koyuki Kazahana's unconsciousness.

"It's what should be done."

"You did the right thing."

"Just leave matters like fighting to us..."

Naruto didn't know what to say. He secretly pulled Sandayū over and asked in a low voice, "Sandayū, is this everyone?"

"Rest assured, although their numbers are few, they are all valiant warriors capable of fighting one against ten."

Doesn't your conscience hurt saying that? I can already see that guy over there coughing so hard he can't even stand up straight.

If these guys can be considered valiant warriors, then wouldn't Hayate Gekkō be a peerless general in your eyes?

"I'm going out for some air." After informing them, Naruto turned and walked out.

He really couldn't stand it anymore. The original story was released too long ago, and Naruto hadn't watched it many times, so he didn't remember how many people Sandayū actually led to fight Doto Kazahana. He only remembered that after a volley of kunai, they were all dead.

Now, seeing them, Naruto felt their deaths weren't unjust.

No matter what, Doto Kazahana was a man of unyielding integrity. He betrayed his country for ambition and rose to power by killing his older brother through sheer strength, not by betraying his country over a bowl of fried rice and poisoning his brother with soy sauce.

And you're planning to use these fifty old, weak, sick, and disabled individuals to storm the royal palace and kill him?

Are you underestimating him or overestimating yourselves?

Besides, this is a war of restoration. Can't you make the scene a bit grander? Even our middle school brawls had more people than this.

Naruto, too exasperated to complain, walked out of the stronghold, found a rock, and sat down on it to admire the snowy scenery.

Although this group was a bit simple-minded, their choice of location was quite good. The surrounding towering peaks were perfect for climbing snow-capped mountains. There was no wind in the valley, and snowflakes fell slowly. After getting tired from climbing, one could sit in the valley, eat hot pot, and enjoy the snow.

Naruto hadn't forgotten his purpose for coming to the Land of Snow: one, find a place for a date with Hinata; two, have Koyuki Kazahana sing a few songs for him.

The first goal was now accomplished; only the second remained.

The second goal required some maneuvering; it couldn't be done straightforwardly.

"Not here yet?" Kakashi, who hadn't been inside for even half an hour, also came out with Sasuke and Sakura.

"No."

The two were talking about Doto Kazahana.

They hadn't concealed their tracks at all along the way, swaggering openly to this stronghold. The purpose was to make Doto Kazahana find them.

Although storming the royal palace was simple and direct, you couldn't just escort an actress and casually kill another country's official king. Kakashi couldn't bear this responsibility, not even Danzō could. It would be too damaging to Konoha's image.

Killing some random person was one thing, but killing a king was really unacceptable.

If they did that, dignitaries from other countries would say, "Oh, your Konoha is impressive. You can casually kill a king while escorting an actress. Too scary, too scary. We'll find another village to issue missions to. You guys can play by yourselves."

So, when Naruto first proposed the plan to infiltrate the royal palace, go on a rampage mowing down enemies, and finish off Doto with a Rasenshuriken, it was immediately vetoed by Kakashi and Sasuke.

Kakashi cared about Konoha's image.

Sasuke, on the other hand, was because Tsunade had told him to cause her less trouble. If they did as Naruto suggested, it would undoubtedly bring Tsunade a heap of trouble.

Therefore, their main consideration was how to kill this country's king without interfering in its internal affairs.

After some discussion, the only solution was to wait for Doto Kazahana to make the first move.

Then, they could publicly declare: I was just passing by, he attacked me, I counterattacked. If I killed him, it was because I couldn't hold back. Not a big deal.

"He's here!" Sasuke had sharp eyes and spotted the mechanical airship slowly descending through the clouds.

That's right, a mechanical airship. In an era where other countries didn't even have trains, the Land of Snow already had mechanical airships.

Clearly a country so poor it was "pissing blood," yet black technologies kept popping up one after another. Where could one even reason about this?

After the airship descended to a certain altitude, Doto Kazahana jumped directly out of it.

Ropes also descended from the hatches behind him, and soldiers began to disembark.

"Thud."

Doto Kazahana landed, not a single snowflake on him, all blocked by his chakra armor: "Kakashi, you've improved quite a bit."

His three subordinates hadn't returned yet, but Kakashi appeared in the Land of Snow unharmed. The implication was self-evident.

"People always have to improve." Kakashi stood protectively in front of the three.

"I don't want to waste words. Hand over Koyuki Kazahana!"

"And if I say no?" Kakashi pulled up his eye patch.

"Beating three pieces of trash gives you the confidence to beat me?" Doto Kazahana sneered.

[Sorry, I only fought one of them.]

Kakashi looked back and saw Naruto starting to remove his weights again, and lightning began to flicker around Sasuke's body.

"The ones who fought weren't me," Kakashi said proudly.

These three subordinates indeed made him very proud.

Sakura's excellent chakra control and talent for genjutsu would surely make her an outstanding medical-nin in the future, and a medical-nin with exceptional self-preservation skills at that.

The other two would definitely become one of the strongest in the ninja world.

And what he could do was to protect and guide them!

"Hahaha, are you sending these two brats to their deaths? Hahaha."

"Stop your blabbering!" Naruto activated his Wind-Coil and began to charge.

He hated people who babbled endlessly during a fight; couldn't they just talk after it was over?

If you don't finish talking before you die, I'll ask Uncle Snake to reanimate you with Edo Tensei so you can talk your fill.

"Bang!"

Naruto and Sasuke struck Doto Kazahana almost simultaneously, their fists blocked by his two hands.

[Sasuke, how did you keep up with my speed?]

Naruto, puzzled, glanced over and saw that both of Sasuke's eyes were fully three-tomoe Sharingan.

Holy crap, did your brother also pay to get you a cheat?

Hmm? Why did I use "also"?

"Two brats who don't know the immensity of heaven and earth, how did Kakashi teach..."

Before he could finish, Naruto and Sasuke successfully "joined hands" again.

Using their hands as a pivot, they both leaped up for a side kick, their two legs striking Doto Kazahana's chest, sending him sliding back over ten meters.

Kakashi felt a little melancholic. If he and Obito had had such coordination back then, would the outcome have been the same?

He watched clearly from the side with his Sharingan. While attacking, the two were also coordinating hand seals, and even the difference in their leg lengths was utilized by them.

Tossing a roll of steel wire to Sasuke, Naruto gathered chakra and activated Wind Style: Air Blowing.

Naruto had hooked the steel wire onto a crack in Doto's armor with his foot.

Sasuke's legs were a bit longer than Naruto's. When he kicked Doto back, Naruto's foot just reached, and he conveniently hooked on the prepared steel wire.

"Fire Style: Dragon Fire Jutsu!"

"Wind Style: Air Blowing!"

The fire, fanned by the wind, became a fire dragon that surged along the steel wire into Doto Kazahana's embrace.
