Crazy! Are You Really A Beast Tamer?

Chapter 696: Dimension Exploration!_2

"It's true that high-level dimensional beings have a strong ability to control lower-level beings, but we can't be certain that King-level alien creatures are the apex beings in this dimensional world."

"If a being stronger than these King-level creatures appears, the low-level minions under the control of these two King-level creatures will instantly be taken over by the stronger alien being."

"However, with their presence, exploring this dimensional world will undoubtedly become much easier for us!"

Lian Dai's gaze toward Fang Mu grew even more admiring after hearing his analysis.

Despite his young age, Fang Mu had already been accepted as a disciple by the Saint Creator, and because of Master Qixing, Fang Mu held an exceptionally high status among humans.

Even the Grandmaster Creators among humans treated Fang Mu with extraordinary courtesy.

Under such circumstances, it would have been easy for Fang Mu to develop an arrogant and overconfident personality. Yet, not only did he not succumb to pride, but he acted with remarkable caution and prudence.

These were all qualities Lian Dai found admirable in Fang Mu.

Just then, she heard Fang Mu continue,

"Aunt Dai, I believe I've located the root cause behind the tides. It's these three strange flowers."

"The alien creatures in this region are all likely attracted by these three sinister flowers."

Upon hearing this, Lian Dai glared bitterly at the three Sinister Dusk Empress Flowers. These three malevolent blooms had caused immeasurable losses to the Han Yang Empire.

"Little Wood, since it's these three flowers that triggered the tidal phenomena, why not just destroy them outright and prevent any further repercussions?"

With that, Lian Dai stepped forward, preparing to launch an attack on the flowers, but Fang Mu hurriedly stopped her.

"Aunt Dai, the reason these three flowers draw in so many alien creatures is because they can aid in the bloodline transformation of these beings."

"If we want to stop their aura from spreading, all we need is a Spirit-smithing Master to set up a restriction around them."

"I'd like to use these flowers to cultivate and empower the two alien creatures under our control. With luck, we might elevate their bloodlines and push them to an even higher level!"

"That would make exploring this dimensional world even more convenient for us."

"Otherwise, even if we eliminate these flowers, the spatial passage lies here. We still have no guarantee that similar tidal phenomena won't occur again."

"Look at how the pollen from these flowers continuously disperses. We have no way of knowing where all that pollen has already settled."

"It's entirely possible that new sinister flowers could grow from the dispersed pollen!"

Fang Mu's reasoning successfully halted Lian Dai's actions. While she deeply resented the losses the three Sinister Dusk Empress Flowers had caused to the Han Yang Empire, she also understood that the open spatial passage was bound to remain a persistent threat.

"Little Wood, after we're done exploring this dimensional world, I think it's necessary to station more powerful Sea Clan warriors here long-term."

"Since you've used that lightning-emitting Guardian Beast to clear out the sea pollution, Longze and his two battalions will soon be freed up."

"Why not deploy these two battalions to the dimensional world? Guarding this spatial passage from within would be the best protection for the Han Yang Empire!"

Even as she voiced her thoughts, Lian Dai had already made up her mind. However, she still sought Fang Mu's input, worried that her decisions might interfere with Fang Mu's plans.

Raising an eyebrow at her suggestion, Fang Mu realized this would allow him to plant the Blue Curse Orchid sooner within the dimensional world.

However, deploying the two Sea Clan battalions led by Longze into this dimensional world would leave their safety far from assured.

Fang Mu turned to Lian Dai and spoke with a serious tone,

"Aunt Dai, your decision could indeed, as you said, protect the Han Yang Empire from further alien creature disturbances."

"But don't forget, Sea Clan battalion members can't freely pass through this spatial passage. I would have to use Spirit Capturing Boxes to transport them through."

"I cannot always remain on the Sea Clan's side, and in the event of danger, you must be prepared for the possibility of both battalions being entirely wiped out!"

"I'm not saying this lightly. The dangers of the dimensional world are something we cannot yet define."

Lian Dai fell silent for a moment after hearing Fang Mu's words. Finally, gritting her teeth, she said,

"Little Wood, as long as my decision doesn't hinder Master Qixing's plans, I believe deploying the two Sea Clan battalions to defend this area is still necessary!"

"With your two King-level alien creatures controlling these flowers and preventing them from spreading their aura any further, I believe these battalions would suffice to build a fortress within the dimensional world."

"As long as the fortress is strong enough to hold for two days, you would have sufficient time to lead the battalions in a retreat regardless of where you are."

"By doing this, it would also assist Master Qixing in dimensional exploration and make it easier to gather intelligence on this world!"

Seeing Lian Dai's resolve, Fang Mu replied,

"Aunt Dai, if that's the case, I will transplant the previously planted Blue Curse Orchids from the exterior into the dimensional world."

"Additionally, I'll inform my Master. He will likely prepare some supplies for these two Sea Clan battalions as compensation for their assistance in exploring the dimensional world."

Lian Dai didn't refuse Fang Mu's proposal. The Han Yang Empire was already running low on supplies to support its battalion warriors.

The earlier battles with alien creatures had stretched their resources extremely thin, making Lian Dai desperately reliant on additional support from Qixing's resources.

With Qixing's supplies, all she needed to do was ensure the two battalions gathered more intelligence on the dimensional world.

A faint smile tugged at the corners of Fang Mu's lips. Lian Dai's suggestion had effectively accelerated his explorations of the dimensional world.

"Aunt Dai, for now, let's not bother with those three strange flowers. This is a good opportunity to observe just how far their influence extends."

"Let's explore this area in a spiral pattern outward from the spatial passage while clearing out any alien creatures we encounter along the way."

"This will also help us investigate how long alien embryos at differing power levels take to hatch after their hosts perish."

"Understanding this will be tremendously beneficial for the Sea Clan warriors when defending against alien creatures."

After finalizing their plan, Fang Mu and Lian Dai embarked on their exploration. Through multiple measurements, they calculated the hatching times for alien embryos ranging from D-class to A-class after the host's death.

It took them two days of searching to encounter an S-rank alien embryo, but they found no King-level embryos at all!

The sparse density of high-level aliens surprised Fang Mu.

During their exploration, Fang Mu observed that S-rank alien creatures exhibited significant territorial awareness. These S-rank beings reigned over their domains and, unless drawn by the Sinister Dusk Empress Flowers, rarely ventured beyond their territories.

Fang Mu began to suspect that the King-level alien creature Sky Abyss Pupil under his control might be the ruler of this region!

However, since the Sky Abyss Pupil had passed through the portal into the Beastmaster world, mapping this dimension without disruptions from powerful alien creatures proceeded smoothly.

If the areas explored by Fang Mu and Lian Dai could be fully secured, they would establish a solid foothold in the dimensional world.

Regrettably, alien creatures lost their memories upon death when transforming into embryos.

Otherwise, Fang Mu could have extracted a wealth of valuable information from the Sky Abyss Pupil and Swallow Gorge Waggle.

Standing beside Fang Mu, Lian Dai watched as the low-level alien creatures lined up and kneeled under the commands of the Sky Abyss Pupil and Swallow Gorge Waggle, waiting to be devoured. She found the sight absurd.

If this world truly operated as it appeared—high-level aliens feeding on lower-level ones—the low-level creatures should have been devoured to extinction long ago!

Recently, Lian Dai had observed an S-rank alien creature. Although it did hunt other aliens, it mostly fed on various flora growing from the ground.

Within its territory, numerous lower-level alien creatures lived peacefully.
