DBZ Goten : Become Stronger By Defeating Your Opponent

Tension gripped the tournament stage as only a few fighters remained from the weaker universes. Champa, the God of Destruction for Universe 6, watched anxiously. He wasn't the only one feeling the strain—Quitela from Universe 4 and Sidra from Universe 9 were just as tense, each of them down to their final two fighters.

In contrast, Beerus of Universe 7 and Belmod of Universe 11 sat more calmly, assured that their powerful lineups would carry them to victory. The tournament was slowly boiling down to a showdown between their two universes.

On the competition stage, Botamo of Universe 6 stood surrounded by enemies, momentarily unsure of where to turn. His hesitation proved costly as Toppo and Dyspo from Universe 11 advanced on him.

From the stands, Champa's frustration boiled over. "It's despicable, Universe 11! Ganging up on Botamo like this!"

Belmod, God of Destruction for Universe 11, smirked at Champa's outburst. "Champa, if our universe were down to its last fighter, would we got mercy from you? Besides, this is a free-for-all tournament, not a one-on-one contest."

Champa ground his teeth, his retort caught in his throat as he seethed with silent rage.

Meanwhile, on another part of the stage, Gohan, Piccolo, and Tien found themselves facing off against two unusual-looking warriors from Universe 9. One was a purple, feline-like woman named Hop, and the other a green-skinned, fish-like warrior named Comfrey.

"Comfrey, let's go together!" Hop called out to her teammate. Both of them had been doing their best to avoid fighting, but with the stage shrinking and the stakes rising, it was impossible to stay hidden any longer.

Comfrey nodded, and together they readied themselves for a fight.

Not far away, Goten's group had re-formed their ranks after Krillin's elimination. Android 18 had joined Goten and Android 21 to strengthen their team.

On Gohan's left side, two more opponents from Universe 4 appeared: a dark green, werewolf-like warrior named Shosa and a short, blue-skinned alien named Shantsa with three "horns" on his head.

Gohan glanced at the two newcomers, then turned to his allies, Android 21 and Android 18. "Android 21, Aunt 18, why don't you two handle these guys?" he suggested.

The androids nodded in agreement, taking up defensive stances as they prepared to engage.

Just then, a commotion caught their attention. Botamo, Universe 6's last remaining fighter, had been knocked off the stage.

"Botamo from Universe 6 is out. All contestants from Universe 6 have been eliminated and will now be erased!" the Grand Priest announced.

"Oh my!" Vados cried out, feigning tears. "Lord Champa, I didn't expect us to be separated so soon. Go with peace of mind—I'll never forget you!"

Champa shot her an exasperated look as she casually moved over to sit in the Universe 7 section. "Vados, why are you already sitting in Universe 7's area?"

Vados chuckled. "Well, since you're about to disappear, I might as well get comfortable over here in Universe 7."

"Ha!" The Omni-Kings raised their right hands in unison, their eyes gleaming as they erased Universe 6.

Champa, feeling the end approach, turned to Beerus, his brother. "Brother!" he called out.

Beerus looked back at him, and for a brief moment, the two exchanged a silent farewell. Champa stuck out his tongue and made a funny face at Beerus, a final jest between brothers. Under normal circumstances, Beerus might have been annoyed, but now, he only felt a pang of sadness. Despite their constant bickering, they had known each other for millions of years. But nothing could change the inevitable. Beerus took a deep breath and returned his focus to the tournament.

Goku and Vegeta watched as Gohan and the others took on the fighters from Universes 4 and 9. Deciding to shift their attention, they set their sights on Toppo and Dyspo.

As soon as Toppo spotted them, he motioned for his allies to join him, calling over Dyspo and a short, purple-skinned warrior with horns named Zoire, another member of the Pride Troopers from Universe 11.

"Toppo!" Goku called, a spark of excitement in his eyes. He had yet to fight Toppo, but he could sense the power radiating from him.

Toppo acknowledged Goku with a nod. "Dyspo, you and Zoire handle Vegeta. Leave Goku to me."

"Understood!" Dyspo replied, charging forward with Zoire as they launched a coordinated attack on Vegeta.

Vegeta let out a fierce roar, transforming into Super Saiyan Blue. Without a moment's hesitation, he braced himself as Dyspo and Zoire closed in, their fists and feet flashing as they assaulted him with incredible speed.

BANG! BANG! BANG!!

Vegeta blocked and countered as best he could, but the combined attacks forced him back, raising clouds of dust in their wake. Meanwhile, Goku, still in his base form, found himself completely overpowered by Toppo's relentless strength. With a mighty kick, Toppo sent Goku flying into a wall of debris, the impact throwing up a massive cloud of dust and shattered rock.

"Hop and Comfrey from Universe 9 are out. All contestants from Universe 9 have been eliminated!" the Grand Priest's voice resounded.

The two Omni-Kings raised their hands, erasing Universe 9 with a flash of light. Then, as the dust began to settle, another announcement echoed across the arena.

"Shosa and Majora from Universe 4 are out. All contestants from Universe 4 have been eliminated. The entire universe will be erased!"

The Omni-Kings once again lifted their hands, erasing Universe 4. The stage was rapidly emptying as more universes faced annihilation.

Beerus and Belmod, who had initially felt confident, now found themselves uneasy. In a matter of moments, the number of remaining universes had dwindled from eight to just two—their own. The pressure mounted as they realized the stakes had never been higher.

The Omni-Kings spoke in unison, "Now only two universes remain!"

"Yes!" the Future Omni-King nodded eagerly.

On the competition stage, Gohan and his allies, having defeated their opponents, regrouped and prepared to support Goku and Vegeta. Universe 11 still had several fighters in play, including Toppo, Dyspo, Jiren, and a pink-skinned, purple-haired woman named Cocotte.

Cocotte, another member of the Pride Troopers, had a unique ability: she could create isolated spherical dimensions that were nearly impossible to break from the outside. This skill had allowed her to avoid being knocked off the stage, keeping her in the competition.

At this moment, Goten stood face-to-face with Cocotte, his stance calm and focused.

Cocotte looked down at him with an amused smile. "You're such a cute little boy," she cooed. "If you weren't from Universe 7, I'd almost feel bad about fighting you."

Goten smiled back, unphased. "Well, if you don't want to fight, you don't have to!"

Cocotte chuckled, shaking her head. "Oh, I don't think so. Even though you're strong, I can't pass up the chance to see just how powerful you really are!" With a wave of her hand, she summoned one of her unique dimensional spheres, enveloping Goten inside the isolated space.
