“And even if you had truly just come to ask for directions, you’ve delayed me for so long, you should pay a price. Don’t you understand the rules of the Outer Domain?”

“I’m at a disadvantage because I’ve expended a great deal of energy. Do you think you’re invincible?” Logan snorted coldly, very displeased with the other’s overbearing attitude. Even though his own strength was only of the Saint Seat First Level, he did possess an Emperor Weapon, and his mastery of the Thunder and Lightning Laws had already reached Great Achievement.

If he’d been at his peak, fighting a desperate battle with his opponent might not have ended in defeat. Right now, Logan was vexed because, disdainful as he was, the situation was indeed unfavorable for him.

Wyatt Nango’s eyebrows furrowed, dismissing Logan’s words. He was much stronger than his opponent, and even multiplying Logan’s combat power by several times wouldn’t be enough to defeat him. But it was clear that Logan wanted to keep fighting. If Wyatt insisted on killing his adversary, what if Logan detonated his Dantian?

“Kneeling is out of the question. In fact, you should be the one apologizing to me. It was clearly you who attacked first. Now you’re pretending to be righteous? It’s true this is my first time in the Outer Domain, but that does not mean I will let myself be butchered. Living is about having pride, even in death.”

Logan stepped forward, his aura bursting forth, “I see no reason to talk further. I also do not wish to waste words with you. Let us decide this with a fight to the death here and now.”

“What a fool. I’ve already given you a way out, why won’t you agree?” Wyatt Nango was infuriated. For someone of his standing to concede was a big deal, allowing Logan to save his life was no small feat. Anyone else who had offended him in the past…none were still alive.
