Depraved Noble: Forced To Live The Debaucherous Life Of An Evil Noble!

Chapter 268: It's A Bird, It's A Plane, No It's Skadi!

Skadi's eyes sparkled, her heart soaring with infectious excitement as she bounced on her toes, her tail wagging furiously, while Cassius leaned closer, his tone teasing like he was teaching a dog a new trick.

"Now, who's a good girl? Who's my good girl? Who's my best Skadi?" He cooed, his heart thrilled by her enthusiasm.

"I'm a good dog, Master!" Skadi yipped, her voice bursting with glee as she jumped around, her heart caught up in his energy. "I'm a good dog! Skadi's the best puppy in the world!"

She barked, her tail thrashing as she spun in circles, her excitement bubbling over despite not knowing the plan. Her heart raced, fueled by Cassius's infectious zeal.

Cassius's grin widened, his voice rising with excitement as he clapped his hands, his heart pumping with anticipation. "That's right! So, does that mean my little puppy's ready to fly? Fly all the way up into the sky?" He asked, his tone brimming with encouragement as he leaned closer, his eyes glinting with mischief.

"Fly?" Skadi's jaw dropped, her voice erupting in a thrilled squeal as she leaned toward him, her heart bursting with wonder. "Master, you're serious? I'm gonna fly?" She gasped, her tail wagging so fast it blurred. "It's not you flying? It's me? Oh, that's so cool! How? How am I gonna fly?"

She spun around, her hands patting her back as if searching for wings, her voice bubbling with excitement.

"Am I gonna grow wings or something? I've always dreamed of flying like the birds in the trees!...That's why I chase 'em all the time! Tell me, Master, how's it gonna happen?"

Cassius chuckled, his voice warm as he shook his head, his heart amused by her enthusiasm.

"No wings, puppy, don't worry." He said, his tone reassuring as he stepped closer. "All you need to do is trust me. Do you trust your Master?" His eyes locked onto hers, his heart steady with confidence.

Skadi nodded vigorously, her voice eager as she rubbed against his chest, hugging him tightly, her heart overflowing with trust.

"Of course I trust you, Master! Who else would I trust?" She chirped, her tail swishing as she clung to him. "You're the best! Tell me what to do!"

Cassius's smile softened, his voice gentle as he patted her head again.

"Good girl, good girl." He cooed, his heart warmed by her loyalty. "Since you trust me so much, give me both your hands."

He held out his palms, his tone inviting as he gestured for her to grab them and Skadi complied instantly, her hands clasping his, her heart racing with anticipation.

He then gripped her wrists tightly, his voice steady as he looked down at her, his heart pulsing with excitement.

"Alright, puppy, you ready? This might feel weird, maybe a little dizzy at first, but it's gonna make you fly." He said, his tone brimming with confidence. "You good with that?"

"I'm ready, Master! I'll do anything to fly!" Skadi's eyes widened, her voice bursting with enthusiasm as she nodded, her heart fearless.

Cassius's grin turned mischievous, his voice vibrant as he nodded. "Alright, then, let's start!"

To Aisha and Julie's shock, watching from the sidelines, he tightened his grip on Skadi's hands and began to spin, twirling her around like a child playing with her father.

Skadi's feet lifted off the ground, her body spinning in wide circles, her laughter ringing out as if she were on a carousel, her heart soaring with delight.

Seeing her Skadi spin around, Aisha stepped forward, her voice sharp with disbelief as she gestured at them, her heart prickling with jealousy.

"Cassius, what are you doing? Why're you spinning her like that?" She demanded, her tone tinged with envy as she crossed her arms. "You're just playing around! This isn't gonna make her fly!"

Deep down, her heart yearned to be the one twirling with him, her confidence shaken by Skadi's gleeful closeness.

Julie's brow also furrowed, her voice laced with concern as she stepped closer, her heart wary.

"Yeah, Cassius, what's the plan here?" She asked, her tone skeptical. "Spinning her like that might lift her feet off the ground, but that's not flying. You're not seriously thinking this is gonna get that hog, are you?"

Cassius glanced at them, his smile unwavering as he kept spinning, his voice calm but teasing.

"Oh, this isn't flying yet." He said, his heart brimming with mischief. "But what if I spin her faster—much faster and then let her go?"

His eyes glinted, his tone hinting at something bold as he increased his speed, Skadi's body blurring as she spun.

Aisha and Julie's eyes widened, their voices silent as realization dawned, their hearts racing with shock, while Cassius's voice rose, his tone commanding as he looked at them.

"Take a few steps back, you two. I don't want to hit you since Skadi is basically a spinning hammer at the moment." He said, his heart focused as he spun faster, the wind whipping around him and Skadi like a storm.

The campfire flickered, dust swirling as he moved at inhuman speeds, his arms steady as he whirled Skadi like a shot put, her laughter echoing through the night.

"This is so fun, Master! Faster, faster!" She squealed, her excitement unwavering despite the dizzying speed. "Go faster! I wanna fly!"

Her heart soared, her fear nonexistent as she trusted Cassius completely, while Julie's voice also broke through, her tone sharp with worry as she shielded her face from the dust, her heart pounding.

"Cassius, you're going too fast! Slow down!" She shouted, her eyes wide with concern. "If you let go of her now, she'll go crashing into a tree and break something! This is crazy!"

Cassius's smile didn't falter, his voice steady as he kept spinning, his heart resolute.

"Sure, it'd be bad if I let her go now, she'd tumble right into the forest." He said, his tone teasing as he glanced at Julie. "But what if I aim her at the sky instead?" His eyes flicked to Skadi, his voice firm. "You ready, puppy? You know what to do?"

Skadi, still spinning, nodded eagerly, her voice bright despite the whirlwind, her heart clear with understanding.

"I'm ready, Master! I know what you want! Let's do it!" Skadi cheered, bouncing on her heels like an excited puppy, her tail whipping the air so fast it made a faint buzzing sound.

Cassius's grin curved wickedly, his eyes glinting like a scheming villain about to unleash his ultimate move. "Alright then...it's time for you to take flight!"

Before anyone could protest, Cassius swung his arms back dramatically like a catapult charging for release. "And liftoff!" He roared, letting go with such force Skadi shot into the sky like a cannonball, a whistling sound trailing after her as her tiny form rapidly shrank against the blue horizon.

"Waaaaaaahhhh!" Skadi screamed gleefully, wind flattening her cheeks as she flailed her arms wildly. "Ooooh! I'm flying! I'm flying like a biiiiiiird!" Her hands smacked together in a desperate attempt to "flap" like wings, even as she spun like a pinwheel. "Flap flap flap!..Fly, Skadi, fly!"

As she soared higher, a flock of actual birds flew past her, and she waved frantically. "Hello, feather friends! I'M ONE OF YOU NOW!" The birds scattered in panic as if they knew she didn't belong.

Meanwhile, on the ground, Ayesha and Julie were frozen, jaws hanging so low it was a miracle they didn't hit the dirt.

"Did he just—?" Julie muttered, eyes twitching.

"Yep..." Aisha whispered back, still staring at the speck that was Skadi. "He launched her like a freaking cannon."

Cassius, however, stood proudly with his arms crossed and a heroic breeze blowing through his hair.

"Magnificent...Truly magnificent."

He murmured as if he'd just painted a beautiful painting, while somewhere in the distance, Skadi's fading voice echoed back like a war cry.

"BIIIIIIIIRD POWERRRRRR!!!...WHO SAID A DOG NEEDS WINGS TO FLY!"
