Just then, the little girl on the other end of the phone heard her father's muttered words and shouted loudly, "Daddy, in the school warehouse, you can see a big chimney from the window!"

As soon as her words fell, the little girl's mouth was covered by the kidnapper. The kidnapper then said into the phone, "I'll call you back in an hour. I'll tell you where to pay the ransom then."

After saying that, the kidnapper hung up. After the kidnapper hung up, Uncle Mouri began to instruct the owner to help him locate the school that could see a big chimney. To be safe, he also had the owner prepare the ransom.

Conan, at this moment, pulled out a map from somewhere and began to look at it. Under Ran's curious questioning, Conan stated that not much time had passed since the kidnapping occurred, so it was highly likely that the little girl and the kidnapper were still nearby. This statement reminded Uncle Mouri, who immediately mumbled, "With a little girl, they definitely can't run far. If it's limited to a school..."

But before Uncle Mouri could mutter much, he heard Ran shout loudly, "Conan, where are you going?"

The others turned their heads and saw that Conan, the kid, had somehow climbed onto Jumboman. He then slapped Jumboman, and the whole person, urging the dog on, rushed off...

Muten-en's mouth twitched as he watched Conan, who was almost out the door, and muttered, "Damn it, a dog knight!"

He knew what a wolf knight was, but this was the first time he'd ever seen a dog knight! Was this a biological evolution of a wolf knight or a reserve for a wolf knight?

And when Uncle Mouri saw this situation, he immediately shouted at Ran, who was still worriedly watching Conan ride the dog, "Follow that dog!"

With that, he took the lead and chased after them. Ran, seeing her father and Conan run off, followed suit. Muten-en exchanged a glance with the little fox, then also took off running. The problem was that Conan was truly a genuine dog knight.

By the time Muten-en and the others chased out the door, Conan had already run far away. Helplessly, Muten-en and the others could only sprint wildly. As he ran, Muten-en muttered, "Damn it, is that girl inherently a sprinting champion among canines, or does she get a speed boost from merging with a knight? He's running a bit too fast, isn't he?"

Conan, riding the dog, was having a grand time running, but Muten-en and the other two, who were scrambling to catch up, were miserable, especially since Conan, that kid, kept leading them on a wild goose chase.

Ultimately, Conan, relying on his deductions, found the kidnapper's hiding place. The most crucial part was that the kidnapper was just about to kill the little girl. Righteous Conan naturally couldn't let this happen before his eyes, so he immediately charged in with that tough girl named Jumboman.

While Jumboman and the kidnapper were biting each other, Conan slipped away to the little girl's side and tore off the tape from her mouth. But before Conan could show off his heroic rescue, his teammate let him down.

Jumboman, that tough girl, was hit by the kidnapper with a baseball bat he'd picked up. Then she yelped, tucked her tail between her legs, abandoned Conan and her little master, and ran away.

Seeing this, Conan didn't flinch, but then problems arose. Conan had originally intended to show off his good skills in front of the little girl, but unfortunately, being miniaturized, he was no match for the kidnapper.

Not only was he thrown around like a sack of potatoes, he was also hit with a baseball bat as if it were a baseball. Just when Conan thought he was done for, he heard a voice from outside the warehouse door: "Hey, Mr. Kidnapper, you want to kill them because they saw your face, right? Well, congratulations, you now have one more person to eliminate."

"Who?!" The kidnapper, who was just about to deliver a heavy blow to Conan's head, immediately turned his head to look. Conan, who had also given up hope, immediately said excitedly when he heard this voice, "Xiao Mu!"

Damn it, I didn't expect this guy to show up at such a crucial moment! Just for saving my dog's life, I won't hold a grudge against you for bullying me before!

"You should call me Big Brother Xiao Mu, you impolite brat." Muten-en said with a smile, looking at Conan. Damn it, you're just a brat now. You should call me 'brother' just by looking at my height!

The kidnapper was quite nervous at first, but when he clearly saw that the person standing at the door was a high school-aged boy, he immediately relaxed. Although the boy was over 1.8 meters tall, the kidnapper wasn't intimidated. He immediately grabbed his baseball bat and walked towards Muten-en with a sinister smile, "You're right. In that case, I'll take you along too!"

"Tsk tsk, do you know why I'm late?" Muten-en wasn't scared by the kidnapper at all. Instead, he smiled and asked the kidnapper. Not to mention his enhanced body, even before the enhancement, Muten-en wasn't afraid.

This single kidnapper, let alone holding a baseball bat, even if he was holding a knife, Muten-en was confident he could take him down. His only worry was if the kidnapper were to hold Conan or the little girl hostage, that wouldn't be fun.

Fortunately, this Mr. Kidnapper seemed to have his intelligence offline, or rather, he simply didn't take Muten-en seriously, which allowed him to brazenly abandon his hostages and walk towards Muten-en.

The kidnapper, after hearing Muten-en's question, first paused, then was about to say something, but before the kidnapper could speak, Muten-en said, "Because I went to find help halfway, and here it is!"

With that, Muten-en waved his hand and threw a rope-like object at the kidnapper. Before the kidnapper could react, he found a snake suddenly coiled around his body. The kidnapper was startled.

What the hell, I've seen a lot of fights, and I've seen people throw bricks, but this is the first time I've seen someone throw a snake! You're breaking the rules, you know?! Referee, quickly give him a red card and send him off!

Muten-en, on his way running, found this snake hiding in a flower bush, in the city for some unknown reason. Muten-en, who had already run past, thought about it for a moment, then ran back and took the snake with him.

The Alpaca Sect's teachings weren't just about simply talking to animals. The animal affinity it brought him was also somewhat useful. At the very least, regular animals wouldn't actively attack him.

If there was a friendship level, it would definitely be above sixty points, a passing grade! And Muten-en also found that this effect was not only useful for animals and birds, but also for snakes, fish, and insects! However, it might be because these reptiles, fish, and insects had small brain capacities or simply no brains that he couldn't talk to them, but he could give them some simple commands.

Since he had this skill and happened to encounter a snake eager to help, Muten-en naturally had to make good use of it!

The helper Muten-en found was very useful, at least Mr. Kidnapper liked it very much. He immediately jumped up and down happily with the baseball bat. But just as he reacted and was about to get the snake off him, Muten-en leisurely said, "I advise you not to move recklessly. This is a venomous snake. If you're accidentally bitten and I can't find a phone in time to call a hospital, you'll be in danger!"

Upon hearing Muten-en's words, the kidnapper immediately froze as if under a spell, not daring to move an inch. Although he didn't know if the kid in front of him was lying, what if it was true? What if he was bitten to death by a venomous snake? Whose fault would that be?

Just then, Ran suddenly rushed over. Upon finding Conan lying on the ground next to a tied-up little girl, and then seeing the strange man, Ran immediately understood that this man was the kidnapper. She didn't know that the kidnapper was already too scared to move.

She thought Muten-en was still confronting the kidnapper. Especially seeing the kidnapper holding a baseball bat, and not knowing Muten-en's skill, Ran, fearing Muten-en would suffer, rushed forward without hesitation. The next second, Ran's high school karate champion skills were displayed. Ran fiercely pummeled the motionless living target, hitting him with all her might...

Muten-en's mouth twitched for a long time, looking at the kidnapper who had been kicked flying by Ran and was now unconscious, then he said to the little fox, "She's a real tiger girl..."

The little fox, shrinking its head, drooping its ears, and tucking its tail, nodded vigorously. "You're right, you're right, she's too much of a tiger!"

They knew Ran was skilled, but Muten-en had never truly witnessed it himself; he had only seen it in the anime back then, but what he saw in the anime was far less shocking than in reality! Look at that guy! How many punches did he take, and his face was even flattened by Ran's last kick! It's too tragic!

And the little fox had only heard Muten-en mention it, but usually, Ran always looked gentle and kind with a smile. This made the little fox think that Muten-en was probably tricking her. Even though she knew Ran was a karate champion, the little fox didn't take it to heart. But today, she realized she was wrong, and terribly wrong!

Then the little fox suddenly turned to Muten-en and said very seriously, "Muten-en, I just want to ask you one thing now: are you still planning to tease this Ran in the future? I think if Ran gets mad someday, she could really beat you to death! At that time, I'll really have to burn offerings for you!"

Muten-en, hearing the little fox's words, shook his head very seriously. "I swear, from now on, I will never tease Ran again! This entertainment is too damn dangerous!"
