Devil Slave (Satan system)

Chapter 1335: At The Gates

At the gates of the Garden, just as the last glimmer of Enel and Allison faded into the clouds, Lucifer stood still, unmoving, eyes locked on the heavens as if trying to read the stars.

Then, with a simple, fluid wave of his hand, the air parted—as though creation itself responded to his call.

A moment later, the skies trembled.

Descending in a slow, majestic fall was a being whose form bent the very horizon.

An angelic titan.

He landed gracefully, and though his weight should have cracked the earth, the ground kissed his feet like an old friend. Four times the size of Lucifer, clad in shifting plates of cosmic armor that shimmered like galaxies captured in silver, he radiated a power that made the trees whisper and the wind retreat.

He bowed low before Lucifer, placing one knee on the ground and tilting his massive horned head in reverence.

"Banes to Exault, my Lord Lucifer," he said, voice like echoing thunder.

Lucifer turned only slightly, the wind playing with the ends of his dark cloak.

The towering angel remained bowed, then slowly raised his head. His face, though scarred, was still angelic—his eyes glowing like ancient suns.

"Will you leave these new worms of creation and return, my lord?" the angel asked, voice heavy with hope. "Will you lead us—the fallen angels—again? Will you raise us in war against Heaven as you once did?"

Lucifer said nothing at first. He took a long stroll toward the titan, each footstep a whisper, a story.

And when he stood before the kneeling giant, he reached out and gently lifted his chin, forcing him to meet his golden gaze.

There was something cold and beautiful in his expression. Something broken—and yet whole.

If Enel had been here…

He would have been stunned.

For this towering being, this ancient fallen angel now bowing before Lucifer—

Was none other than Uriel.

The same Uriel Enel had once watched die in his arms. The one who had whispered forgiveness with his final breath.

Lucifer slowly turned his head, pointing toward the skies where Enel and Allison had vanished.

"There is something… wrong," he said. "With those two."

His voice dropped lower, dark and sharp like a dagger drawn in silence.

"I want information on them."

He looked back at Uriel, eyes burning like coals in the dark.

"At any cost... and as of if ill return, I wonder..." lucifer peeped into the garden, his eyes tearing through the shrubs to land on Lucifer in the far distance, as if to capture his smile.

Uriel could see it. This master of his was not going to return... not any time soon at least. Uriel was a Cherubim.

This mearnt that he was aa kind of angel who's specialty was one of incredible intelligence and knowledge. It is said that the universe interacted with them in such a manner as if telling them.its secrets.

Uriel could tell... also, he knew his master very well. He knew that lucifer was not going to come back anytime soon.

Uriel bowed low, his large frame humming with restrained energy. Then, without another word, he launched into the sky, a golden streak that tore through the clouds like a divine arrow. As he ascended, his form shimmered and bent with the light, blending into the atmosphere, until he vanished completely—invisible, cloaked by the sky itself.

Meanwhile, far above the garden, Enel and Allison had broken free from the bounds of the world. The blue curve of Prime Earth hung beneath them like a jewel set against the velvet black of the cosmos.

Allison turned to look down, and her breath caught in her throat.

It was stunning.

Big. Beautiful. Alive. A miracle in every right.

She couldn't help but ask herself: Why?

Why would anyone want to destroy something so perfect?

A gentle sigh escaped her lips, her gaze heavy with sadness and wonder.

Enel didn't look back. He didn't need to. He already knew what she saw. And thinking too long on it would only deepen the ache in his chest. So they flew on, cutting through the stars like whispers in a sleeping sky.

He had been right.

The universe was still young—a canvas untouched by the corruption of sin.

It was peaceful in a way that defied reason. Asteroids drifted like lazy whales across space, but none collided. Planets hovered so close they could almost touch, yet moved in perfect harmony.

If the physicists of Enel's time had seen this, they would have gone mad with awe.

By all known laws of gravity, everything should have already collapsed into itself.

But this was a time before laws. A time before consequence.

The cosmos breathed in a rhythm that only the Creator could compose.

And in that rhythm, Enel felt himself expand.

It was as if this ancient universe whispered to him, teased him, as though all of existence was subtly pointing out his imperfection—despite his power, despite his knowledge.

Yet he did not resent it.

He smiled.

He welcomed the feeling.

It reminded him that growth was still possible… that he had not reached his ceiling.

Then, they reached it—the edge of time.

And beyond that veil, two titanic presences waited.

One was a storm of dark clouds, so dense, so furious, it looked like a black hole made of wrath and sorrow. It gnawed at the edges of creation, thirsting for the light. Just one glance and Enel knew.

The Nether.

So close. So very close. He shivered to think that once, this realm of 'Nothing' and chaos had merely been a neighbor.

The Nether was one of those places Enel never ever wanted to go again. Escaping had been a miracle, but then to say he was not curious woukd be a lie. After all, that place should not have the castle of Accords at this time.

And then…

On the opposite side.

Light. Peace. Harmony.

A place that didn't need signs or names.

Heaven.

Enel's breath caught in his throat, and for a moment, he could feel something old stir in his blood.

He had found it.
