And then—a Judge knelt.

Halix. His most trusted enforcer. The first of the Codeborn.

"You summoned me," Halix said, head bowed.

"There's… something changing in the west."

Kaito turned.

"What kind of change?"

Halix looked up.

And his eyes glowed red.

At the edge of a forgotten zone, black towers rose from beneath the earth.

Made of molten obsidian and frozen flame.

They weren't supposed to exist.

And inside the tallest one: Ashcore—a Devourer Judge gone rogue.

Tall. Elegant. Cloaked in ash and embers.

He stood before a pulsing orb of rewritten law. A copy of the system Kaito had built.

"You gave the world freedom," he said aloud.

"But freedom created chaos."

"So I've written a better law."

Rogue Judge: Ashcore

Status: Corrupted

Mission: Establish alternative divine law

[Scene: Kaito's Shock – A System Divides]

Back at the Cathedral, Kaito stepped back as Halix's armor split open, revealing burning sigils across his chest.

"You…?" Kaito whispered.

"You were supposed to be loyal."

Halix's voice was calm.

"I am loyal—to the system."

"Not to the boy pretending to be a god."

He vanished into flame.

And at that moment—Ashcore's message broadcasted to the world.

"People of the Rewrite."

"Kaito gave you chaos and called it power."

"I offer you structure."

"A new code. A safe one."

"Choose: Follow the Devourer…"

"Or follow Law Absolute."

"We begin with the cleansing of Sector 12."

[Scene: Sector 12 – Mass Reset Begins]

A peaceful city of new Awakeners suddenly froze.

Above them: Ashcore's rewritten system activated.

One by one, citizens' powers flickered—then died.

"Reset complete," drones echoed.

"Unauthorized code erased."

[Scene: Kaito's Rage – The Return of His Authority]

Inside the Cathedral, Kaito's fist struck the black glass wall.

The system trembled.

"They're rewriting over me."

"Ashcore didn't fall. He evolved."

He turned to Reina, who stood with her hand on her blade.

"What do we do?" she asked.

Kaito's voice dropped low.

"We burn the false law to the ground."

Standing on a molten bridge was Ashcore himself—smiling with no joy.

He raised a burning sword encoded with Law Absolute.

"Rewrite me—or fall to your own creation."
