Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 4168: Location Found?

The two Elders of the Quake Fist Sect had heard of the Voidslime Realm Eater and the Space Veer Worm before.

One was said to be capable of consuming mini-realms, and the other was said to be a worm that attaches itself to two coordinates of space from a long distance and is capable of transporting what it ate from one side to the other as long as one doesn't get digested during the process.

It sucks plenty of energy from one place, forcing the lifeforms to go to the other space if they want to survive. Usually, it only appeared in enclosed spaces, but it wasn't like it would be found in open places.

"Don't worry. If it gets dangerous, you can leave." Heaven's Warrior Runalise softly said.

"Heh~" However, the black-haired Elder looked smug, "I, Nonek, the fifth Elder from the Quake Fist Sect, am not a coward. I will follow you all the to the depths of danger and protect Fairy Runalise with my life. My bosom friend, also the sixth Elder of the Quake Fist Sect, Ramus, will also protect you."

"…"

Ramus, the green-haired man, wryly laughed while glaring at Nonek.

This idiot was actually flirting with a female Heaven's Warrior who was a Level Three Autarch. Not mentioning her cultivation, he didn't know how to interact with a female Heaven's Warrior. He heard that they were called unmoving dolls because they didn't know how to interact with common people either.

The general consensus was they were far above normal people. After all, a female Heaven's Warrior would always be courted by a male Heaven's Warrior. It was also said that female Heaven's Warriors were not interested in romance, so he could only inwardly curse Nonek for making needless trouble.

Fortunately, Fairy Runalise didn't seem to take offense. She didn't react to Nonek's words either.

They continued traversing the wild rocky terrain before they finally seemed to discover something strange.

"This is a spatial veil, a natural one…"

Mystic Diviner Oscar moved closer to a cave that was not so obvious. It seemed like a solid rock, but in truth, it could be passed through. This rock was the veil. It was like an illusion, but it wasn't, as the spatial density here was heavy, so it contorted the space and brought the surrounding space together in a converging fashion, helping it appear like a rock.

He moved past it, feeling heavy, but since space here was stable, the crushing pressure wasn't too much. It automatically adjusts to the passerby, allowing them to pass through it for the same reason that it doesn't crush the rocks around it.

Once he entered the open cave, he was shocked.

"This… this is an entrance to a mini-realm…"

The others also followed suit and saw the vortex spinning at the end of the tunnel.

Nonek and Ramus were shocked as they looked at each other. Why did their sect not have any record of this? Did it always exist, or was it something that had just recently appeared? If it was the latter, it was understandable.

"We got it… the space here is incredibly stable, and the heaven and earth energy from outside is pouring inside. We couldn't notice it due to the dense spatial veil outside…"

Mystic Diviner Oscar laughed and turned to look back as he explained.

"Yes, it's obvious here…" Ramus also laughed.

He couldn't help but think that they chanced upon a treasure trove. After all, unfound mini-realms, pocket realms, and other types of unexplored space that appeared out of nowhere tended to have treasures in them!

Mystic Diviner Oscar and the two Elders were pretty excited to find new resources. However, the Heaven's Warriors were still calm. They didn't seem to be shaken by greed at all, even if they liked the prospect of finding treasures.

"I better go back and report it to the sect." Elder Ramus took a step back.

Elder Nonek shook his head, "Just send a- wait."

He reached out his hand towards Mystic Diviner Oscar, who couldn't seem to wait and jumped into the vortex.

The two Heaven's Warriors also entered. However, Fairy Runalise waved her hand, etching her mark over the walls. It seemed to function both as a pathway trace to return and also a mark for people to discover if they chanced upon this place.

It resonated with the heaven and earth energy here and broadcasted outside, seemingly announcing that this place had been crossed by whoever had left the mark.

Watching the three of them enter, the two Elders also no longer waited despite their misgivings. This was the territory of their sect. How could they be late and allow people to take their treasures?

As soon as they entered, they squinted their eyes and looked up. They blinked in disbelief since it was a starry night sky. Wasn't it supposed to be daytime outside? Wouldn't a mini-realm also follow the same thing since the sun's light is ever present in every region?

Then they realized it was daytime here too, but the starry skies were still visible, making them feel breath taken.

"This is…"

Mystic Diviner Oscar appeared to be crouched on the ground as he picked up the purple-gray sand and rubbed it with his fingers. He seemed to be browsing through his knowledge to find what this was when the expressions of the Heaven's Warriors changed at the same time.

"Void Dust Sand… this is the mini-realm of a Void Dust Tree!" Heaven's Warrior Yubin shouted as he took a battle pose.

Fairy Runalise also took out her sword, appearing imposing as she gazed around, her soul force radiating with an immense suppression effect on the two Elders present.

They shuddered.

"It's a Void Dust Tree." Mystic Diviner Oliver frowned, "Why are you two alarmed? Aren't they said to be peaceful in nature?"

"Yes," Fairy Runalise lowered her voice, "But it is speculated that a Void Dust Tree could be one of the Divine Emperor of Death's allies! She is called the Void Dust Empress of that world. Be careful."

"What!?"

The two Elders jumped upon hearing that from Fairy Runalise.

However, they barely managed to react when everyone around them disappeared, and the atmosphere became intensely silent. Their surroundings were instantly covered in fog, making their heart sink.
