I am Lan Xuanyu, the owner of this shop, and welcome to my 'WISH GRANTING SHOP.' Sitting beside me are Qian Renxue, the Angel Goddess, and Bibi Dong, the Rakshasa Goddess."

Shisui and Almight were taken aback when they heard Xuanyu describe Renxue and Bibi Dong as Goddesses. Yet, despite the shock, they kept their composure, not daring to voice their disbelief.

With a quiet nod, Shisui greeted, "Greetings, my name is Uchiha Shisui."

Almight, showing his usual calm demeanor, smiled and said, "Greetings, I am Almight."

Xuanyu's smile widened. "Since you may have already received the necessary information directly in your mind, let's move on to the wishes."

Despite the utter disbelief still lingering in their minds, both Shisui and Almight nodded, secretly hoping that what they were experiencing wasn't a dream or a figment of their imagination.

Xuanyu continued, "As my first customers, you both are entitled to an additional wish. That's right—double the wishes. And as a bonus, I can heal all of your injuries."

Once again, Shisui and Almight were stunned. Their eyes widened as they processed the implication of Xuanyu's offer.

Suddenly, Almight, unable to contain his curiosity, asked, "How exactly will you heal me? Half of my respiratory organs are severely damaged, along with my stomach."

Both Shisui and Almight turned toward Xuanyu, their gaze filled with anticipation. How could this mysterious boy claim to heal them so easily?

Xuanyu smiled knowingly, reached into his inventory, and pulled out two gleaming fruits. "These," he said, holding up one of the fruits, "are Life Origin Fruits. They contain pure life energy that can heal almost any injury, regenerate lost limbs, and even restore damaged organs. They can also enhance your Origin."

Almight raised an eyebrow. "Increase the Origin?"

Xuanyu nodded and began to explain. "Every living being has a core made up of four essential components: the soul, the body, blood, and supernatural energy. Together, these form a person's Origin."

He looked at Shisui and Almight before continuing. "Let me break it down for you. Uchiha Shisui's core consists of his soul, body, chakra—which is the supernatural energy in his world—and his bloodline, the Uchiha Clan's genetic power. His chakra is a vital force, and his bloodline grants him the Sharingan, a special eye technique."

"By eating this fruit, Shisui, all of your physical injuries will heal, and your right eye will regenerate back to its peak, thanks to the Origin-boosting effects of the fruit. There's even a possibility it could purify your bloodline."

Shisui, his curiosity piqued, nodded thoughtfully. But before he could respond, Xuanyu turned to Almight.

"Now, Almight. Your core consists of your soul, body, and your bloodline. In your world, your bloodline provides a unique ability called a 'quirk,' a supernatural power. You possess the quirk 'One For All,' which amplifies your physical strength to incredible levels."

Almight listened intently, his expression unreadable.

"By eating this fruit," Xuanyu continued, "your body will heal completely, and the fading embers of One For All will reignite, growing stronger. However, because you no longer possess the full power of One For All, it will gradually diminish with each use, leaving you without a quirk unless you continue to eat Life Origin Fruits or find another way to acquire a new quirk."

Shisui and Almight exchanged glances. It was evident that Xuanyu had knowledge of their worlds and their deepest secrets—secrets they hadn't shared with anyone. This revelation left them both awestruck, unsure of what to make of it all.

Almight nodded thoughtfully but didn't respond immediately.

Turning to Shisui, Xuanyu noticed the Uchiha's curiosity. Shisui, with his usual intensity, asked, "Will my Sharingan return to its peak form, the Mangekyō Sharingan?"

Xuanyu smiled again. "Indeed, your regenerated eye will be a Mangekyō Sharingan. However, I cannot guarantee that the specific technique you once had will be the same."

Shisui nodded, his thoughts already swirling with the possibilities of what could be. The room fell into a comfortable silence as both men seemed to contemplate their next steps.

Seeing that both of them were lost in thought, Xuanyu chuckled softly and handed each of them a Life Origin Fruit. Then, he turned to Renxue and Bibi Dong, offering them each a fruit as well. The two women smiled warmly, accepting the fruit without a word.

In unison, the group devoured their fruits. The fruits dissolved almost instantly, filling their bodies with a gentle, soothing energy.

For Almight, the effects were immediate. As soon as he swallowed the fruit, he felt the energy spread through his body, healing his damaged organs. He marveled at the sensation—his injuries weren't just healed, but some hidden wounds, ones he hadn't even realized were there, also mended.

He could feel his body returning to its prime, stronger than ever. The remnants of One For All flared, reigniting and growing stronger with each passing second. It was as though someone had poured oil onto dying embers, and now the flames were burning brightly once more.

Almight couldn't believe what was happening. Not only was he fully healed, but he felt more powerful than he had in his prime. He stood there, stunned, his heart racing with newfound vitality.

As the residual energy began to fade, he felt his body settle, and the sensation of power lingered. He was left speechless, staring at his own hands as if seeing them for the first time.

Seeing that nothing unexpected had happened with Almight—except that he appeared younger and more powerful—Shisui, eager to experience the effects himself, moved to take a bite of the fruit.

But just as he was about to devour it, a sudden thought flashed through his mind. His eyes narrowed, and in an instant, all the shop's occupants watched in shock as Shisui gouged out his remaining eye.

Without hesitation, he bit into the Life Origin Fruit, consuming it in a few swift bites. The fruit's energy immediately coursed through his body, healing every injury, both visible and hidden. His body seemed to vibrate with the powerful energy that surged through him.

As the healing process continued, Shisui felt the energy concentrate around his head, where the fruit seemed to focus its restorative power. Soon, he felt the bleeding from his eyes stop, and he sensed his both eye regenerating.

Moments later, he opened his eyes, revealing his both eye now glowing with the familiar crimson hue. The Sharingan's iconic tomoe appeared, first one, then two, and then the third.

The three black tomoe spun rapidly, merging into a star-shaped pattern, a mark of his newly awakened Mangekyō Sharingan.

The entire shop fell silent, the air thick with anticipation as everyone gazed at Shisui's blood-red eyes. There was no doubt now—his Sharingan had been restored, and it was more powerful than ever before.
