"Su Bai..." Yu Xiaogang muttered, then shouted madly at him, "Stay out of this! This is an internal matter of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan."

"Internal matter?" Su Bai chuckled, "Then I should get involved."

"What do you mean? Are you just looking for trouble?" Yu Xiaogang said, "Get out of here, you're an outsider. What right do you have to meddle in other people's affairs?"

"If it were other clans, perhaps I wouldn't care," Su Bai shook his head, "But the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan pledged their allegiance to my Dragon God Hall just yesterday. Don't I have an obligation to protect them?"

"Allegiance?" Yu Xiaogang looked incredulously at Yu Yuanzhen.

Yu Yuanzhen solemnly nodded and then bowed towards Su Bai.

"Then you'll have to die with them," Yu Xiaogang shook his head, "Blame your bad luck."

Yu Xiaogang's confidence made Su Bai almost doubt himself.

"It seems your extreme inferiority complex has turned into extreme arrogance," Su Bai sighed with a smile.

"Hmph, prepare to die," Yu Xiaogang pointed at Su Bai, powerful energy gathering at his fingertip, golden light flickering.

Su Bai remained motionless, calmly waiting for Yu Xiaogang's attack.

But this made Yu Yuanzhen break into a cold sweat for Su Bai.

Yu Yuanzhen knew that Yu Xiaogang was now a 99th-level Titled Douluo, even possessing the power of the God of Pride.

Although Su Bai had blocked Yu Xiaogang's power earlier, Yu Yuanzhen still worried.

A dragon's roar echoed from Yu Xiaogang's body.

"How is this possible? Isn't his martial soul a waste, like a pig or dog?" Yu Yuanzhen's face was filled with disbelief upon hearing the dragon's roar.

A golden dragon's shadow appeared behind Yu Xiaogang.

"A golden dragon..." Su Bai smiled, "It seems a mutated martial soul has its advantages."

The golden dragon's quality was clearly better than a typical Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon.

It appeared that the mutated martial soul's evolution had given Yu Xiaogang his current power.

This beam's power was far greater than all of Yu Xiaogang's previous attacks combined.

"Die with the regret of underestimating my power," Yu Xiaogang said confidently. No one had ever survived this attack before.

"You seem to be under a misapprehension," Su Bai shook his head, "You think I'm weaker than you."

Su Bai's words reminded Yu Yuanzhen of Su Bai's terrifying potential.

Then...

"Roar!"

A dragon's roar exploded in the sky.

The shadow of the Ancient Azure Dragon appeared behind Su Bai.

Without even glancing at the incoming golden beam, Su Bai said, "I'll stand here. If this beam makes me move even half a step, consider it your win."

"You are too arrogant!" Yu Xiaogang's face twisted, "If you want to die, don't blame me."

But as the golden beam hit Su Bai, Yu Xiaogang realized something was wrong.

It didn't harm Su Bai at all.

This scene nearly shattered his spirit.

"Impossible, I'm a 99th-level Titled Douluo! I'm among the strongest in the world!"

Yu Xiaogang stumbled back, the arrogance gone from his eyes.

"No! I refuse to accept this!"

"Nine Heavens of Pride!"

Suddenly, seven layers of light appeared behind Yu Xiaogang, with two ethereal rings floating above them.

Instantly, the power of pride surged.

All of Yu Xiaogang's abilities seemed to be amplified over tenfold.

A 99th-level Titled Douluo's power multiplied by ten was terrifying...

"Die, Su Bai! I won't allow my revenge to fail!"

Yu Xiaogang flew at Su Bai, clearly aiming for a direct confrontation.

"The God of Pride, huh..." Su Bai moved behind Yu Xiaogang in a flash, striking his back in an instant.

Su Bai didn't use his full strength, or Yu Xiaogang would have died instantly.

Yu Xiaogang's performance had shown Su Bai that he couldn't harm him.

"Indeed, you have another grudge to settle, don't you? Stop targeting the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan," Su Bai replied.
