Dragon Ball: Birth of a New Saiyan Legend

Chapter 46: [46]. Return to Planet Sadala

At that very moment, two small figures appeared in the clear blue sky.

"Lord Kaso!"

"It's Lord Kaso—he's back!"

Down below, the Saiyans who were training erupted into excited shouts.

The Saiyan race was proud and warlike—they would never tolerate a weakling standing above them, let alone leading them.

But Kaso was different. Ever since he had saved their people and single-handedly defeated Bardock, he had become the undisputed strongest among the Saiyans.

To follow the strong was embedded in the Saiyan instinct.

No one could say exactly when it began, but before long, the title "Lord Kaso" had become widely accepted among the Saiyans—spoken with absolute respect and without question.

Outside a wooden hut, the noise was growing louder.

Bardock stepped outside, frowning.

He was still unsure what to do about the two hundred mysterious black domes that had appeared on Planet Sadala. If they belonged to an enemy, he would've destroyed them without hesitation.

But then again—Kaso had been away for two months.

If it really was something Kaso had arranged... destroying them would've been a grave mistake.

After all, Kaso had helped the Saiyans survive the destruction of Planet Vegeta. What couldn't he do?

Stepping outside, Bardock looked up and saw the two figures descending from the sky—it was Kaso and Ausbi'er.

"Kaso, were those black domes across the planet your doing?" Bardock asked directly.

The moment the words left his mouth, the entire training ground erupted into a frenzy.

"Those buildings showed up out of nowhere half a month ago—I was scared out of my mind!"

"Yeah! I thought Frieza had come to wipe us out again!"

The Saiyans buzzed with excitement.

Now that they'd heard Bardock's question, they realized—this might be yet another miracle from Kaso.

Kaso slowly descended to the ground.

Seeing that everyone was already here, he decided to explain directly.

"These are gravity chambers. They allow you to adjust gravity levels and are the best tools for us Saiyans to train."

Without waiting for a response, he looked at Ausbi'er.

"Little Bi'er, show them what you've got."

"Mm!" Ausbi'er nodded obediently and floated toward an open space away from the homes.

Everyone held their breath.

Even Bardock and Garis tensed, their eyes glued to her every movement.

Ausbi'er understood exactly what Kaso meant—he wanted her to show the effect of training in a gravity chamber.

She clenched her tiny fists, holding them at her sides, letting her hair flutter in the rising wind.

Then—

BOOM.

An immense, thunderous aura burst from her body, centered around her small form, creating a powerful pressure field.

Cracks spread rapidly beneath her feet.

Leaves were blown into the air, and the very ground trembled under the weight of her ki.

"She's so powerful!"

"No way!"

"Even Lady Ausbi'er is this strong?!"

The Saiyans instinctively began referring to her as "Lady" Ausbi'er—and no one questioned it. It felt natural.

Bardock stared at her, narrowing his eyes. He could tell she hadn't shown her full power yet.

Sure enough—

"Haaah!!"

With a shout that shook the earth, Ausbi'er released her full power—9,000 battle power—in an instant.

BOOOOM!

The earth cracked. The sky roared. A tidal wave of energy surged outward, overwhelming everything in the area.

Beneath her, the rocks exploded into fragments.

Deep fissures tore through the earth in all directions.

The shockwaves were so intense that every Saiyan was forced back several steps.

Only Kaso and Bardock stood firm. Two others—Garis and Chris—barely managed to hold their ground.

"She… she's really…"

Bardock swallowed hard. Words failed him.

"Alright, that's enough. Reel it in," Kaso said calmly.

"Okay~" Ausbi'er chirped sweetly.

She quickly withdrew her aura. The pressure vanished, and the air returned to calm.

But the devastated battlefield around them left the crowd speechless.

"That," Kaso said, "is the result of gravity chamber training."

He went on, "These chambers can increase gravity up to 100 times normal."

Gradually, the crowd started to recover from their shock.

Kaso explained the chambers' features and, more importantly, the risks.

Yes, they could dramatically increase strength. But using them recklessly could cause serious internal injuries—or even death.

Even Saiyans, with their strong physiques, weren't immune to the dangers of overtraining.

But because they'd grown up on Planet Vegeta under 10x gravity, they had a natural advantage.

They could start directly at that level.

"Kaso," Bardock asked, grabbing his small shoulders, "is it really that effective?"

Kaso nodded. "Absolutely."

"YES!!!"

"It's real!"

"HAHAHAHA!!"

The Saiyans exploded with joy.

Even though two months had passed since Planet Vegeta's destruction, the trauma was still fresh.

And now, with these gravity chambers, they felt the spark of hope once more.

They could grow stronger—and finally get their revenge.

"Uncle Bardock, the chambers can also do this—"

Kaso took out a capsule and demonstrated how to shrink and deploy the gravity chambers using the Earth's capsule tech.

"What the hell?! They can turn into that?!" Bardock exclaimed in disbelief.

He'd never seen technology like this. The idea that something so massive could become a tiny capsule blew his mind.

Kaso chuckled inwardly. Bardock's expression made him look like a clueless villager discovering technology for the first time.

But that was understandable. Capsule technology had only been invented recently by Dr. Brief—and it hadn't spread beyond Earth.

"Uncle Bardock, I'll leave the gravity chambers to you. I've got more important matters to handle."

Kaso's tone was calm but commanding.

He had returned—not just as a prodigy, but as the pillar of the Saiyan race.
