c45: Ten Times the Output of Kaio-Ken! Crush Hit
As soon as Beerus muttered the question, those familiar with Goku all revealed solemn expressions.
Vegeta said heavily: "Anyone who's fought Kakarot knows how dangerous Kaio-Ken is. People who've never used it can't imagine the toll it takes on the body. When I fought him the first time on Earth, he was far weaker than me… and yet it was Kaio-Ken that allowed him to match me. That memory has stuck with me ever since. I was the Prince of all Saiyans and still, I lost."
He paused, voice tightening: "Kaio-Ken amplifies power, yes. But prolonged use puts unbearable stress on the body. Muscle fiber tears. Internal bleeding. Organ damage. And now that Kakarot's power has grown exponentially, controlling Kaio-Ken at this level on top of Super Saiyan Blue should be near impossible! That guy won't use it unless he's got no other choice."
The crowd, including Whis and Beerus, went quiet.
"You're right," Luya added calmly. "Even Super Saiyan Blue alone burns stamina rapidly because of its need for perfect ki control. Adding Kaio-Ken to that is like trying to contain a supernova inside a glass."
Vegeta suddenly looked at Luya, voice sharp: "Tell me did he do this because of you?"
Luya met his eyes and nodded: "Yes."
"Che!" Vegeta turned his face, snorting coldly. Again Kakarot had one-upped him. The realization gnawed at his pride.
Back in the ring, Goku stood quietly, not launching an attack immediately. Instead, he was focusing.controlling his breathing, his mind, and the terrifying fusion of god ki and Kaio-Ken.
Then, a confident grin spread across his face: "I did it… I really pulled it off."
Hit stared at him, no longer hiding his unease. Though reluctant to admit it, he could feel it, Goku's strength now surpassed his own.
Goku exhaled slowly. "It wasn't easy… but I've learned to stabilize this power."
Then he looked up, flashing his familiar battle-hungry grin. "Hit! I'm coming at you with everything I've got!"
Hit's pupils contracted. He raised his arms and lowered into his stance. "I'll respond in kind."
In a flash, Goku exploded forward his Kaio-Ken Blue form radiating overwhelming power. The ground beneath him cracked with each step.
Hit's eyes sharpened. The moment Goku entered striking range, the air around him froze the world turned still and gray.
Time-Skip.
In the warped time-space, Hit moved fluidly. Goku was frozen mid-dash. Hit didn't hesitate, he thrust a fist at Goku's core!
But CRACK.
Shockingly, thin fractures appeared in the temporal shell trapping Goku. Hit's eyes widened. "What?!"
The fractures deepened then shattered like glass.
"HA!!!" Goku's roar echoed as he tore through Time-Skip by sheer force alone. His hand shot up and caught Hit's punch cleanly!
Hit's eyes trembled. "Impossible… my Time-Skip was just... broken?!"
From the stands, Vados narrowed her eyes. "So... he's compressed and stabilized the Kaio-Ken so tightly it pierces even frozen time... That's incredible."
Goku smirked, tightening his grip. "You're strong, Hit. But your Time-Skip can't reach me anymore. I've pushed past your 0.5 seconds. I'm moving beyond your perception of time."
BOOM!
Goku's fist rocketed into Hit's abdomen, the blow echoing through the entire arena.
"URGH!!" For the first time in this match, Hit coughed up blood, pain etched across his face.
Without missing a beat, Goku spun and smashed an elbow into Hit's side, sending him flying.
BAM!
Hit was knocked clear across the arena floor, tumbling until he skidded to a stop. He clutched his side, gritting his teeth.
"My strength… my speed… he's eclipsed me entirely. This power, it's beyond anything I've ever felt before…"
Goku stood firm, the dual blue-and-red aura swirling around him like a burning cyclone. His breath was steady, eyes sharp.
"And this…" he said quietly, "is just a glimpse of what Kaio-Ken can do."
Wukong smiled slightly, and in the next moment, he suddenly clenched his fists and let out a mighty roar as his power exploded!
"AHHHHHHH!!"
BOOM!!
The combined blue and red aura of Super Saiyan Blue and Kaio-Ken expanded to more than double its previous size, swirling violently around Goku like a divine hurricane. His ki pulsed with unfathomable energy, every blast shaking the very foundation of the arena.
"Wukong's power… it's increased again!!" Krillin shouted in astonishment.
Piccolo narrowed his eyes, his cape fluttering from the shockwaves. "That old fool... I never expected him to raise his energy to this level. His power is starting to rival the gods…!"
Even he, who had trained in divine techniques on New Namek, felt the terrifying weight of Goku's ki. "He's pushing past his mortal limits…"
Vegeta's face twisted in frustration. "Damn it, Kakarot! Every time… every single time, you leap ahead of me!!" His fists clenched, his pride burning.
Luya narrowed his eyes as he analyzed the explosive surge radiating from Goku. The effects of Kaio-Ken combined with Super Saiyan Blue were fundamentally different from its use in normal Super Saiyan form. Now fused with the divine energy of god ki, it had reached an unprecedented scale.
"Even if it's just ten times… the amplification under Super Blue is far more potent. This isn't just a numerical increase this is divine resonance," Luya muttered.
He quickly scanned Goku's current energy.
20 trillion… then 45 trillion… 47 trillion… 50 trillion?!
"Tch… this guy…!" Luya's expression turned serious. "At x10 Kaio-Ken, his output briefly grazes the level of a 1st-Class Angel."
The one most shaken by this transformation was Hit the Universe 6 assassin who stood just meters from Goku. He could feel the overwhelming pressure bearing down on him.
"His power… it's still rising! Not three times… not four—"
"It's TEN TIMES KAIO-KEN!!" Goku's shout cracked the air like thunder, and his aura erupted in a cataclysmic wave!
BOOM!!
And with that, he vanished.
Hit's eyes widened. "His speed, it's beyond my ability to follow!"
A voice whispered behind him.
"I'm here, Hit!!"
He whipped around but Goku was gone again, reappearing and disappearing faster than Hit's Time-Skip could adapt.
Not even afterimages remained.
SWOOSH!!
Suddenly, Goku materialized behind Hit and slammed a fist into his back!
BOOM!!
Hit was sent flying—but before he could stabilize, Goku appeared in front of him again and unleashed a flurry of blows! Fists, knees, elbows—all moving faster than light, each hit thunderous.
WHAM!! A punch landed square on Hit's face.
CRACK!! A brutal knifehand struck his collar, launching him high into the sky.
As Hit tried to recover in midair, he fired a barrage of energy blasts at Goku!
Zzzt! Zzzt! Zzzt!
But Goku remained calm. With a casual wave of his hand, he deflected the blasts one by one.
"It's no use. I've already surpassed your speed and your technique, Hit." Goku's voice was calm, confident.
Hit, panting, wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth. "Sun Wukong… I have to admit, your hidden strength is terrifying. But…" His eyes gleamed with resolve. "The more powerful you become… the more I'll evolve as well."
Goku narrowed his gaze. But in the blink of an eye, he appeared behind Hit once more—his fists locked together—and smashed Hit downward with immense force!
BOOM!!
Hit's body slammed into the arena floor, causing it to quake and crack beneath him.
RUMBLE…!!
The spectators gasped as debris scattered and ki waves surged in every direction.
But in that instant
GURK!
Goku suddenly winced. His muscles spasmed violently, his aura flickering.
"W-What…?!" he muttered, stumbling slightly as he clutched his side.
