Chapter 22: The Korin Tower
"Technical products?" Dr. Brief looked wary.
"Mr. Link, with all due respect, you seem very powerful. The Earth's weapons..."
"No, Doctor, you misunderstood. Let me be clear. There are only two technological products I need right now: one is a body healing machine and the other is a gravity chamber."
Dr. Brief was stunned: "A healing device? A gravity chamber?"
Link glanced around and pointed to the garden outside. "Dr.Brief, let's go over there and I'll show you something."
After saying that, Link walked toward the garden. Dr. Brief's family is so wealthy that their garden is as large as a park.
Link quickly found a flat spot, waved his right hand, and took out a treatment device from his system space—a device he had brought from Planet Vegeta.
The device that appeared out of thin air left Dr. Brief dumbfounded.
"This... this, Mr. Link, how did you do that? Is it a capsule?"
"No, just think of it as one of my special abilities," Link replied calmly. He patted the device and said,
"This is a recovery device we use that can help even seriously injured people recover completely in a short time. Doctor, I hope you can copy it exactly and make them for us!"
"After the these devices are made, I will also need at least 10 gravity chambers that can adjust artificial gravity. Our planet's gravity is 10 times that of Earth, so the chambers need to adjust to at least 20 times normal gravity."
"These things are crucial for us Saiyans! The gravity chambers can be built later, but I need at least 100 treatment devices within a month."
Dr. Brief looked confused. "Mr. Link, based on your kindness in saving our family and Tights, I can promise you these things."
"But the truth is, whether it's the treatment device or the gravity chamber, I've never worked with these before, and I'm not sure if they can even be built."
Dr. Brief was indeed a genius who had invented many miraculous technologies, but even geniuses have their limits. The items involved biotechnology and gravity control—areas Dr. Brief had never explored before—so his confidence was a bit low.
At that moment, a voice suddenly sounded:
"Dad, if there's already a prototype for the treatment device, it shouldn't take long to copy one and let the robot mass-produce them!"
"Really?"
Dr. Brief and Link turned to see Bulma running out from behind a tree. The little girl looked at the treatment device with excitement and then smiled at her father, as if she wanted praise.
"Really? Bulma, are you sure?" Dr. Brief asked in a flat tone.
"Yes! And by the way, Brother Link, is there a ready-made prototype of the gravity chamber you mentioned? If there is, I should be able to copy it quickly. I've been studying anti-gravity systems recently..."
Dr. Brief smiled and said, "I'm sorry, Mr. Link, but this is my daughter Bulma. Despite her young age, she's actually a genius—maybe even smarter than me."
"Really?" Link replied without surprise. After all, Bulma is known as the smartest person in the Dragon Ball world.
"Thank you, Bulma. You have helped me a lot. If you have any wishes, just let me know, and I can make them come true," Link said with a smile as he gently touched Bulma's head.
Bulma's pretty face turned red at the touch.
"Um... Brother Link, I just heard from my sister that you can fly! Can you take me for a flight?"
"That simple?" Link asked.
"Yeah!" Bulma nodded confidently.
"Dr. Brief, may I take Miss Bulma for a flight for a while?" Link asked.
"Okay, okay, please do," Dr. Brief agreed, though he looked a bit worried.
Link then took Bulma's hand and led her away to fly.
"Oh my god! Hahaha, I'm really flying! This is so awesome!" Bulma exclaimed.
Bulma surely was Tights sister, she wasn't afraid of flying at all. Instead, she urged, "Brother Link, can you go faster?"
"Sure," Link replied. He pulled Bulma closer with both hands and then sped up. Thanks to the protection of his aura, even though their speed quickly surpassed that of a fighter jet, Bulma felt no discomfort. However, her face flushed with excitement; the flight had clearly left a deep impression on her.
"Bulma, shall we go back?"
"No, Brother Link, can we fly a little longer?"
"Fly a little longer?" Link mused for a moment, then his eyes lit up. "In that case, how about I take you to see the gods?"
"God? Where? Are there really gods in this world?" Bulma asked, looking around.
This world has legends about gods. Although Bulma is that one of science, she is still curious about myths and legends.
"Yes, just wait. I'll take you to see them now!"
Link replied.
The place Link wanted to show Bulma was the Korin Tower and Kami's Temple. These places were already on his agenda, but now he moved the trip up to treat Bulma to a tour.
Korin Tower is in a remote area, far from human settlements—it takes several hours to fly there. But with Link's speed, it didn't take them long to see the towering Tower.
Just as they were approaching, the body of the Cat Immortal on the Korin Tower began to tremble, "What a terrifying aura! How could that alien know about this place?"
In the Temple, the green-faced Kami grew pale, "Did that alien discover me?"
"Wow!" Bulma gazed at the tall tower in the distance, her jaw nearly dropping. After all, she was from Earth and had never known such a place existed—a tower taller than any building in the world. "Brother Link, is that where the gods live?"
"That is Korin Tower, the residence of the immortals. The god actually lives above it."
"Are we going up there to?" Bulma asked excitedly.
Bulma felt that today was incredibly exciting. Not only had she seen aliens, but she was also going to see immortals and gods. Her little face flushed with anticipation.
Moments later, Link had flown Bulma up to the hall of Korin Tower.
"Brother Link, where is the immortal? Where is the immortal?" Bulma asked as soon as they landed. She looked around but paid no attention to the astonished Cat Immortal beside her.
"Ahem!" the Cat Immortal coughed, "Sorry, I am an Immortal."
"Huh?" Bulma was shocked. "Brother Link, the cat actually spoke!"

Thanks to a dear reader I been able to fix some things and have made changes.
Soo the most important ones are how Link's transformation back in chapter 10 was being compared to Super Sayian, when it only multiplied his power by like 7x.
But it should actually 50x So I have fixed that, is not being compare to that anymore. Is just a incomplete transformation.
And Link's ability from instant transmission as been changed to Kai Kai which is better.
So yeah that sums it all. Other than many other minor things.
From now on any changes I will just put in the end of the chapter so you guys are caught up!
Btw we are just 2 reviews away from 10! Drop a review!
