RISER'S JEALOUSY Location the Underworld, Phenex Territory: Phenex' Mansion, Riser's Room

In a flamboyant bedroom. A group of devils were resting on a large bed. Clothes discarded as several girls were sleeping around a short-haired blond punk, his name is Riser Phenex. Riser went to the bar area of the mansion, needing a drink to calm his anger. As all he could think about is how Laharl, was surpassing him, when in his mind it should be the other way around. When he saw the soo called "Undefeated King" and his expanded peerage, he immediately burst into phoenix fire out of anger. Not only was he still beating him in a greater score now 8-0 without any lost pieces, his harem was honestly better than his!!! While Riser, he admits he cares for his girls Yubelluna, Karlamine, Isabela, Ile and Nel, and the others. Ever since that lost after some encouragement from his mother and father, he has made his mission to beat Laharl in everything.

But he couldn't!!! His overall score in the Rating Games currently is 11-3, while he has more victories over Laharl, they pale in comparison in quality. He has given everything to getting stronger, even developing some new attacks and techniques. Plus making sure his harem was strong and filled his every need both in and out of battle. Karlamine and Yubelluna shared his desire to settle the score with their rivals, while Isabela, she was quiet but also seething at a chance against that blue antennae haired yankee of Laharl's. As he arrived at the bar area, he scrunched around a pulled out a crystal glass, and a brown round bottle.

Pulling the cork off the bottle, and pouring a glass of thousand plus years, old whiskey and swung it back. Enjoying the taste and quick regeneration for any aftereffects, one of the perks of being a immortal phoenix, all the joy none of the brawbacks. He sat down and pour himself next drink. Riser, he thought about his hated...self-proclaimed...rival, Laharl Krichevskoy Bael again. Not only have Kyoko, Albedo, and Ruby become even more beautiful, sexy, and amazing in the eyes of the perverted phoenix, but then their were the newest additions to his rival's harem. The dog-eared triplets giving a adorable want to "spoil you" vibe, their names from what he understood are Vii, Kii, and Mii Cerberus. The red-skinned strict and dominant Kneesocks Daemon, and he cold aloof girl, Mizore Shirayuki, that he'd hear is a rare kind of youkai, a yuki-onna in fact. And lastly the eastern almost geisha like seductress Daki Ume-Shabana, as he drank his fifth glass of whiskey, he will give his hated rival some compliments...he has good taste.

His thoughts turned to his own harem. How great they've have become Yubelluna a true queen has been strengthening her explosion magic to crush Laharl's queen for the humiliation she's done to her. Not only making her magic look like a joke, but beating her in such a ridiculing fashion, has cemented his Queen's hatred over Albedo. Isabela after losing in such a manner that wounded everything she had pride on, her strength, speed, and power, she has taken to train non-stop...with exception to do as he ordered. Karlamine, has double her swordsmanship and fire magic, swearing to never be defeated in such a dishonorable way again, she'd also has a grudge with Laharl's ninja girl, Kyoko Needleworker. Poor Ile and Nel were crushed by Laharl himself, they've have taken every opportunity to grew stronger so they'll never be a burden to him again, their words exactly. His eighth glass, since that utter defeat, he has doubled his efforts to completing his peerage and outshining the damned branch heir of the Bael House, he gained several new pieces, since then.

Siris his second knight piece. A zweihander user, a tall young woman with long black hair with a dark blue tint and brown eyes. Her hair features five thin ponytails, a cold woman that is willing to do everything to win for him. Next is his only bishop, Mihae. His sweet girl and own version of a Nadeshiko. Young girl that always wears a kimono with a color pattern of purple, orange, and pink with her black hair tied on the opposite side. She's a quiet individual but is perhaps the most kind and well-mannered in his peerage. Then is Xuelan, a Chinese girl. A skilled martial artist making her a fitting second rook, black-haired, as she has it styled in a pair of two Chinese-style buns on both sides of her head, while the front features bangs that form a slight V-shape across her forehead. Always wearing a navy blue qipao with gold accents, a white sash around her stomach.

For now that was all his pieces and harem. He has much focus on finding new girls to add into his peerage, but the nine of them are still out number by the ten devils that make up his rival peerage. As he drank his seventeenth glass of whiskey, he though of one thing he was beating that bastard in. This actually made Riser feel better, as he finished the bottle of whiskey, tossing and breaking the worthless thing on the floor. Reaching over at the bar to drink something else...

A MOTHER'S THOUGHTS Location Phenex's Mansion-West Wing, Ravel's Room

In a light purple, and very girlish styled room, was the youngest member of the Phenex Clan with her mother. The only daughter of the heads of the Clan, Ravel Phenex, in a light purple dress with dark purple accents and a blue bow at the front. At the back, three feather-like extensions mimicking a bird's tail protrude from the dress, which, when combined with her wings of fire, give her a bird-like appearance. As she was brushing the hair of her doll, while her mother was helping her, maintain her drill-like curls and using blue ribbons keeping them in place. She is still not ready for the responsibility of managing a peerage, so despite her being thirteen, her parents refused to take her to her Coming of Age ceremony and get her own Evil Pieces. Being always much more mature and understanding that her brother, Riser, she didn't fuss to her parents on the news. Especially when she saw the current rising star of the Rating Games, Laharl Krichevskoy Bael, known as the Undefeated King, the Destroyer of Peerages, the Red-hooded Heir of Conquest, and...her secret crush. As her mother subtlely look over at the white make-up table and mirror off the side with a hooded figurine of Laharl wielding his Vritra Zanbato on his shoulders.

Making Lady Sitri, smile as Laharl and his peerage have inspired her little girl to improve herself. In studies, tactics, and training her phoenix flames. Originally the plan that she and her husband came up with was to have Ravel, join Riser peerage as his Bishop. In order to help her gain some experience in Rating Games, obtaining battle alertness, commanding pieces, and manage a peerage...but also secretly keep Riser in check. But after he lost to Laharl badly years ago, with him having more experience and a slight number advantage, her son still lost and would have been beaten worse. If not for Laharl showing a bit of mercy, allowing Riser to talk and surrender on his own. Her son was traumatized, his self-made arrogant view of himself, shattered, and his pride crushed. Originally she and her husband saw this as an opportunity for Riser, to finally learn some humility, and gain some maturity. It took a lot of talking to him, in order to avoid him becoming a shut-in, but instead of the outcome they'd invisioned...in her thoughts, Riser has gotten worse. Indulging in greater levels of lust, gluttony, and pride...he was borderline obsessed with outdoing Laharl, and fearing what might happen to poor little Ravel, she put her foot down, and prevented her little girls from joining Riser's peerage.

Then came the engagement. Another scheme that her husband cooked up, behind her back. Hoping for one last chance in teaching Riser some humility and growth. Her husband engaged him to the Rias girl, the heiress of the Gremory Clan. While beautiful and capable, Lady Phenex, saw also immaturity and self-delusions in the girl. Rias was utterly ignorant of what their race is, in several aspect, from actual customs, culture, and behavior. When the first Lucifer and Lady Lilith birth their race, he bestowed the devils with actual freedom...to be free from restrains, morality, mortality, and consequence. But that girl...in her opinion, is too pure to be a devil, she'd would be better off being born a human...sighing as she finished with her daughter's drill-curls. Ravel, she turned and hugged her, thanking her, making her smile, and rub her daughter's head affectionately. Deciding to let her daughter play for a while, before afternoon lesson, she left Ravel's room and made her way through the mansion, returning to her original thoughts.

She disagreed with Riser and Rias' engaged. Only a blind, delusional fool wouldn't see that trainwreck. And her son...her poor son, he didn't see Rias as anymore than a tool to finally get a one-up over his believed rival. With Laharl returning into the Rating Games, she feared on what would happen in the future. She has no doubt that her son will provoke the Bael heir again, and this time Riser might...as she was plagued with grim thoughts. Her husband couldn't see that Riser, because they'd spoiled him too much and expected him to grow as a good of man, as his older siblings. Resulted soo wrong... While defeat did inspired Riser to become better, it also made all his bad qualities worse. She sighed, as she hopes that this whole bad situation, at least end in a good way...

THE ADVENTURES' CLUB Location the Humanworld, Japan-Kuoh: Kuoh Academy

A week since Laharl, Sona, and Rias, along with their peerage have returned to school. During that time Laharl and his girls have been busy laying the ground work, to start their own club. As Rias did the same taking the iconic Old School Building and creating the Occult Research Club. Sona was still deciding on what is her headquarters will be the academy...Laharl, he gave it a couple months she'll start to make her spot in the Academy Council Room...apart from that Sona has dedicated herself to her studies and improving her magical power. He'd heard that after the whole Saji fiasco, she along with her peerage have been doubling down in their training. She later came to see him and the girls to join in the future training trip with Rias, apart from that during their return to Kuoh Academy.

Daki became the school Madonna. Wearing a lot of accessories, make-up, and nail polish. Plus she only wears the white shirt, skirt, and her usual leg-warmers from her human disguise. She gained a following among the gyaru of the school, seeing her as their leader and idol. Daki, she was flashy, bold, proud, and sexy, but whenever a guy tried anything, they'll mostly end on the floor from a strong kick in the nuts!! Gaining her more admiration from the girls, as a strong onee-chan!! Aside from that Laharl he took a old storage building, near the school back area to establish his base. A club called the Advertures' Club, a cross between outings, survival, and outdoor related activities, but the guys started calling it the "Haven of the Great Ladies" since obviously his girls were all club members. The real purpose of this club in a huge building is to entertain themselves with music, books, movies, and games, while taking on some requests of hunting down stray, excusing themselves as their going on a "adventure". With their headquarters in the academy established, Laharl, he and the girls were able to have some peace and respite from the mundane school drama, and focus on dungeon diving, stray hunting, and rating game matches, already his cousin Grayfia managed to get them two matches and they've won, leveling up their stats. And gaining quite a bit of charge for his Demon Summoning System. Whenever he wants he can summon a new member to their group, but he'll decide on it after the training trip they have with Rias and Sona's group, coming up later in the week.
