Element x the one with unimaginable power of will

Chapter 17: The Silent Strength and the Hidden Identity

Ken's journey toward inner strength began. Their training didn't start with weapons or warcries—it began with stillness.

They sat together in silence, meditating deeply, surrounded by the endless void of Infinity.

Elder L's voice broke the silence, calm and steady.

> "Ken… power doesn't always scream in battle. Real strength isn't always loud. Sometimes, it works in silence… from behind the curtain. But when the moment is right—it strikes with precision and changes everything."

Ken nodded, letting the words sink in. And as they continued to meditate and focus, Ken quickly began to master his elemental abilities. Fire, water, wind, lightning—all bent to his will. But something was missing.

Though he could summon his powers with ease, he couldn't hold them for long. His control faltered.

"You're progressing," Elder L said. "But your foundation still needs work. Train harder."

And so, Ken did.

Days turned into weeks. Their bond grew deeper—teacher and student, and something more. A deep respect was born between them.

Then, one day, Elder L stood at the edge of the training grounds, looking toward the horizon.

> "Ken… our time together has come to an end. I've taught you all I can."

Ken's heart sank.

> "No! Please stay a little longer. I still have so much to learn. With you by my side, I'll become stronger."

Elder L smiled faintly.

> "You don't need me anymore. You already possess something greater than my teachings—your will. That's your true power."

But Ken kept insisting. Moved by his determination, Elder L finally made a proposal.

> "Very well. If you can defeat me in battle—I'll stay."

Ken nodded. "Then prepare yourself."

And so, the final test began.

This time, Ken wasn't the same student who had once struggled. He fought toe-to-toe with Elder L. Every move, every strike—they clashed like two storms colliding. But still… he couldn't defeat him.

Ken gritted his teeth. "Enough holding back. I'll use my full elemental power now!"

Inside his mind, Elder L thought,

> If I don't hold back… all of Infinity might collapse.

Ken unleashed a barrage of elemental attacks—firestorms, icy spikes, lightning blasts, earthquakes—but Elder L dodged every strike effortlessly. When Ken launched his ultimate blow, Elder L stopped it… with a single finger.

Then, with one powerful counter, he sent Ken flying across the battlefield.

L stood still, thinking it was over.

But Ken rose again.

And again.

Every time knocked down, he stood back up, his resolve burning hotter each time.

L watched him with admiration… and tested him once more.

> "You're strong, Ken. But strength isn't enough. You don't have the will to defeat me. And you speak of saving the universe?"

That provocation cut deep.

Something awakened in Ken. His eyes lit up with blazing fury. His aura exploded outward like a supernova of raw willpower.

He charged one final time—and when he struck, Elder L tried to block it with his finger again.

But this time, his finger snapped.

Elder L's eyes widened.

> This power… it's not elemental. It's… his will.

Realizing the seriousness, Elder L unleashed his true power. With a final devastating blow, he knocked Ken unconscious.

Time passed.

Ken woke up on the ground, aching but alive. Elder L sat next to him, his expression soft.

> "You gave me one hell of a fight, Ken. You're evolving. Your power… your will… it's something rare."

He stood up.

> "But remember—there are threats far beyond me out there. You must become even stronger. The power you hold… it's unimaginable."

Ken sat up, still dazed. "So… this is goodbye?"

Elder L nodded.

> "For now. But next time we meet—you better be ready."

And then he vanished.

Ken stood, staring at the horizon. He clenched his fists, filled with a new sense of purpose.

> "It's time," he whispered, activating the ring.

A glowing map appeared in front of him, leading him across galaxies, across time and space—until he reached a place like no other.

A massive door stood before him. Golden, ancient, radiating divine energy. As he stepped closer, he felt a presence.

He pushed open the door—and his eyes widened in shock.

Inside, standing in the divine hall, was Elder L.

But something was different.

He stood taller now, wrapped in an aura of unmatched might. His calm demeanor shifted into one of supreme confidence.

> "Welcome, Ken," he said. "I was waiting for you."

Ken's eyes filled with realization.

> "You're not just Elder L… are you?"

The man smiled.

> "I am Lexus. The legendary Guardian of the Sword… and the God of all Sword Techniques."

Ken stood frozen.

> "All this time…"

Lexus nodded.

> "Your training wasn't just to master elements. It was to awaken the one thing that makes you greater than gods or demons—your will. And now… your true journey begins."
