Emperor of Mankind (Naruto X Marvel )

Chapter 119: Chapter 12

In the vast emptiness of space, an orbital station drifted silently, hidden from the eyes of the ordinary world below. It was a fortress unseen by satellites, unknown to governments, and a refuge for those deemed too dangerous by human society.

Asteroid M.

Inside, in the grand chamber at the heart of the station, a man sat upon his throne—a throne of metal, forged through sheer force of will. Magneto.

He listened intently as his subordinates relayed reports of the strange encounter that had taken place on Earth. As the final words were spoken, silence settled in the chamber, thick and suffocating.

Magneto's expression was unreadable, but his mind was in turmoil.

An outsider.

Unknown power.

Unpredictable.

He despised unknown variables. He detested being blindsided, controlled, or forced to alter his plans because of an external force. This "Naruto" had entered the picture without warning, turned the situation on its head, and left Charles's people shaken.

Will he interfere with my plans?

Magneto's fingers curled slightly, the metal of his throne groaning in response to his irritation.

From what little was gathered, this man had spoken casually, almost playfully, yet his warning to the X-Men had been clear—disobedience would lead to erasure.

How bold. How arrogant.

But was it mere arrogance?

Is he truly powerful enough to carry out such a claim?

There was no way to be certain. Not yet. Magneto had faced many so-called "immortals" and "invincible" beings before. Many had underestimated him, only to find themselves crushed under the weight of their own hubris.

But something in the report unsettled him. Even Jean Grey—the host of the Phoenix, a force of untold destruction—had spoken with a hint of unease when discussing this man.

Magneto leaned back, his piercing eyes narrowing. He did not fear power. He did not fear war. But he would not be reckless.

If he is as dangerous as they suggest, then I must know for certain before I act.

A plan formed in his mind.

"Let us observe… and test him out," he murmured, almost to himself.

His gaze turned to one of his many contingency pieces—Cain Marko. The Juggernaut. A force of pure, unstoppable might. If this Naruto was as strong as he claimed, then Cain would be the perfect measuring stick.

The air in the chamber grew heavy as Magneto pondered further, already setting things in motion.

Not far from the throne room, Wanda Maximoff—the Scarlet Witch—wandered the metallic halls of Asteroid M.

She had listened from the shadows, unseen by the others, as Magneto plotted. She had watched him as he sat upon his throne, ruling from the stars, determined to shape the world to his will.

She owed him everything.

He had saved her when the world turned against her. Given her and Pietro sanctuary when they had no place to call home. She understood why he fought, why he hated, why he refused to compromise.

Yet…

Why must it always be this way?

She glanced out a viewing window, watching the Earth far below, spinning in its endless dance through the cosmos.

Would it not be enough to simply live? To exist in peace, up here, where no human could touch them?

Must war be the only path?

A deep sigh escaped her lips, and she turned, her crimson cloak trailing behind her as she sought out her brother. Perhaps, if she could not change their father's heart, she could at least keep Pietro from being consumed by his cause.

Perhaps there was still another way.

The first rays of morning light filtered through the curtains, bathing the room in a soft golden hue. A new day had begun, a fresh start—but for Naruto, it was almost impossible to pull himself away from the warmth beside him.

He lay still, savoring the sensation of Hinata's delicate, yet powerful form pressed against him. Her bare skin was soft and smooth, her breath slow and even as she remained nestled in his arms. Even in her slumber, she looked serene—her long, dark hair cascading over the pillows, strands gently shifting with each breath.

A smirk played on his lips as he recalled the events of the night before.

They had long transcended human limitations, their bodies no longer bound by exhaustion or aging. And yet, Naruto had taken full advantage of his limited time-control abilities, slowing time within their room to stretch their intimate moments into what felt like days.

And now, Hinata was still asleep, completely worn out.

Naruto chuckled softly to himself. She was usually the one to wake up before him, always ready with a gentle greeting, her presence like the morning sun. But today was different. He had pushed her far beyond her usual limits, and now, she lay there, utterly at ease, lost in peaceful dreams.

His gaze roamed over her, admiring every curve, every inch of the woman he loved. No matter how much time passed, no matter how many times he held her in his arms, he could never get enough.

His golden eyes gleamed as desire flared once more, his chakra stirring involuntarily.

Leaning down, he brushed his lips against her shoulder, trailing feather-light kisses across her collarbone before moving lower. His hand found its way to her abdomen, his touch reverent yet possessive, while the other slid down, tracing over her toned thighs before gripping the soft curves.

A pleased hum escaped Hinata's lips as she stirred, her body instinctively responding to his touch. Her lavender eyes fluttered open, meeting his with a lazy, satisfied smile.

"Good morning," she murmured, her voice husky from sleep.

Naruto grinned. "Morning, beautiful."

She could already see the hunger in his gaze.

There was no need for words.

Hinata reached up, tangling her fingers in his golden locks, and pulled him down into a deep kiss. Within moments, their bodies entwined once more, and what started as a morning greeting quickly turned into another round of passion.

For two more hours, their bodies danced in perfect harmony, their love-making slow yet intense, filled with whispers, caresses, and the unbreakable bond they shared. When they finally moved to the bath, they spent another hour lost in each other, enjoying the warmth of the water as they cleaned and indulged in lingering touches.

By the time they emerged, Hinata's body was thoroughly relaxed, her usual grace mixed with an unmistakable afterglow. Naruto helped her settle back into bed, brushing his fingers over her cheek before kissing her forehead.

"Rest up, Hina," he whispered, covering her with a light sheet. "I'll check out the area."

Hinata only gave a content sigh, her body still tingling from his affection.

Naruto finally turned his attention elsewhere, stretching his limbs as he accessed the Herald Chat Group. It was time to see what the world beyond their private paradise had in store for him today.

After leaving Hinata to rest, Naruto sat on the edge of the bed, stretching his arms before swiping his hand in the air. A golden screen materialized in front of him, displaying messages from the Herald Chat Group—a collection of his chosen warriors and guardians from across different dimensions.

Each of them was powerful, experienced, and carried a deep understanding of their respective worlds. And yet, despite their overwhelming strength and wisdom, they had one fatal flaw—they were a bunch of shit-talkers who treated this group more like a hangout spot than a serious organization.

As expected, the chaos was already in full swing.

Son Goku [Monkey King]: Man, I still don't get why you won't let me go to Marvel! I could clean up all those weaklings in, like, a second!

Naruto [Emperor of Mankind]: And your mission?

Son Goku [Monkey King]: Ugh…

Naruto [Emperor of Mankind]: Exactly. You still haven't convinced Beerus to join us, dumbass.

Son Goku [Monkey King]: Bro, that cat literally does NOT care! I tried to explain, but the second I mentioned "universal threat," he yawned, said "wake me up when it gets fun," and went back to sleep.

Ichigo [Strawberry Slayer]: So… standard Beerus behavior?

Son Goku [Monkey King]: EXACTLY! I might as well be explaining calculus to Majin Buu.

Issei [Dragon King]: Does Majin Buu even know how to count?

Batman [Dark Knight]: Buu has a better chance at understanding calculus than Goku does.

Son Goku [Monkey King]: HEY!

Luffy [Pirate King]: Wait, what's calculus?

Naruto [Emperor of Mankind]: ...I'm ignoring that. Look, that's why I put Gohan on this. He actually has a functioning brain.

Gohan [Silent Beast]: Gee, thanks.

Toriko [Gourmet Hunter]: Hey, can we get back to important topics? Like food? Who's making lunch?

Shirou [Faker]: I can cook something up.

Toriko [Gourmet Hunter]: Oh hell yeah! Make something exotic!

Shirou [Faker]: What do you want?

Luffy [Pirate King]: MEAT!

Issei [Dragon King]: MEAT!

Goku [Monkey King]: MEAT!

Toriko [Gourmet Hunter]: A MEAL THAT WILL BRING ME TO HEAVEN!

Death [Endless Aspect]: I don't even need food, but I want to join in just to experience the vibe!

Wan Ling [immortal Scholar]: By the Heavens, you guys are insufferable. If I have to hear about food one more time, I will obliterate something just to restore my peace of mind.

Batman [Dark Knight]: Somehow, I find this level of stupidity more terrifying than actual cosmic threats.

Ichigo [Strawberry Slayer]: So… just to confirm, Gohan is the only person in the DBZ world that still has common sense, right?

Gohan [Silent Beast]: Yes. And it's EXHAUSTING.

Luffy [Pirate King]: You should eat more meat. It helps.

Gohan [Silent Beast]: That is NOT how intelligence works, Luffy.

Luffy [Pirate King]: Then why is Naruto smart and super strong?

Naruto [Emperor of Mankind]: Because I actually train my brain. Unlike you clowns.

Tsuna [Reluctant Boss]: Hold on, hold on. If we're talking about intelligence, why is Batman here?

Batman [Dark Knight]: I keep all of you idiots from blowing up your own universes by accident.

Naruto [Emperor of Mankind]: That is fair.

Ichigo [Strawberry Slayer]: Damn, can't argue that one.

Issei [Dragon King]: Wait, has anyone actually blown up their universe?

Naruto []: Not yet, and I'd like to keep it that way.

Toriko [Gourmet Hunter]: One day, I'm gonna find a meal so good it actually breaks reality.

Batman [Dark Knight]: And on that day, I will be fully prepared to throw you into a different dimension to save existence.

Death [Endless Aspect]: Ooooh, if that happens, I wanna watch!~

Naruto groaned and rubbed his temples. This was his elite squad of dimension protectors. This was the team responsible for handling cosmic threats. And yet, 90% of the time, they were too busy roasting each other, making food plans, or bullying Goku.

Still… it worked.

Despite all the nonsense, when the time came, every single one of them would rise to the occasion. They had each faced immortals, demons, eldritch horrors, and universe-ending threats—and they were still standing.

That was why Naruto trusted them.

Even if they were the dumbest, most chaotic group of badasses in the multiverse.
