Fairy Tail: Strongest Creature

As soon as Su Yan touched down atop Nirvana, a figure launched a surprise attack from behind.

"Fangs of the Poison Dragon!"

A giant serpent's maw, formed by a poisonous mist, snapped at Su Yan.

"Hmph!"

Su Yan snorted. He spun and punched the poison-mist construct, dispersing it with a shockwave.

He peered up and saw Cobra from Oración Seis, standing on a large, purple-scaled flying snake—Cubellios—hovering just above the battered ancient rooftops.

"'Undead Demon Emperor' Su Yan!" Cobra snarled. "I won't let you stand in our way! Light must fall!"

"You're not much," Su Yan said dismissively. "Whoever gets in my way, I'll kill."

He raised his palm, conjuring a spectral, purple sword made of his overwhelming Conqueror's Haki. With a wave, the sword shot toward Cobra in a blur.

"Che—Cubellios, descend!"

Cobra guided the purple serpent downward at high speed, narrowly dodging Su Yan's sword. It smashed through several antique buildings, sending debris flying.

"Continue!" Su Yan willed multiple Haki blades to chase after Cobra, blasting more of Nirvana's ancient architecture into rubble.

"Fangs of the Poison Dragon!" Cobra unleashed another wave of venomous mist shaped like scales, clashing against the Haki blades in midair. Explosions of black-red energy lit the sky.

Yet there were too many Haki swords, and Cobra couldn't block them all perfectly.

"Cubellios, land!"

They dove between the buildings. Su Yan's sustained volley ripped apart walls and towers all around them.

"Die!" a sudden voice came from behind Su Yan.

Cobra appeared out of the wreckage, stabbing at Su Yan's blind spot.

Su Yan swiftly caught Cobra's punch with one hand.

Cobra flashed a sly grin. "A single Poison Dragon blow can end it all."

"Oh?" Su Yan responded without concern. His physique was nearly inhuman, and poisons rarely worked on him. "We'll see."

Su Yan balled his other fist to strike back, but Cobra twisted away, dexterously avoiding.

"Heh, I can hear your heart. Your every move is laid bare—useless," Cobra boasted, lashing a few more strikes at Su Yan, each one narrowly missing.

"My 'observation' may not be as refined as yours," Su Yan admitted, "but I only need one good hit. Don't worry—I'll land it."

Cobra frowned, and in that instant, Su Yan burst forward:

"God Kick!"

Thud—!!

He seemed to teleport in front of Cobra and smashed a fist into Cobra's crossed arms.

"Augh!!"

Cobra hurtled backwards, crashing through multiple decaying arches before skidding to a stop in a cloud of dust.

"Rgh—damn it! Cubellios!" Cobra glowered. He tried to listen to Su Yan's inner voice, only to hear fleeting thoughts of Su Yan wanting to "punch him again." No chance to react.

"Poison Dragon's scales alone won't be enough," he muttered.

Cobra inhaled, then exhaled a swirl of toxic gas around himself. Purple serpent Cubellios spewed more poison, which Cobra inhaled.

Su Yan recognized this signature. Natsu often ate flames to power up. Cobra, likewise, was devouring poison to bolster himself.

"Roar of the Poison Dragon!!"

A storm of lethal miasma erupted, engulfing Su Yan. The resulting explosion shook the remnants of the ancient city.

Once the smoke cleared, Su Yan still stood there—unharmed.

"Pointless," Su Yan said flatly.

Cobra's lip curled. "I only need one breath to infect you. The toxins will gradually paralyze and kill you! That's the Poison Dragon's ultimate—"

"Too noisy." Violet Haki flared around Su Yan, coalescing into the shape of a twisting Haki Dragon. He lifted a single finger, aiming at Cobra.

"Roar—!!"

The Haki Dragon unleashed a silent, savage shockwave that shattered the ground beneath Su Yan. Broken stones and rubble danced in midair.

Cobra hurled a "Poison Dragon's Claw!" at the oncoming Dragon shape, raking the air with black-and-red sparks.

Boom!!

The Poison claw collided with the Haki Dragon's skull, lightning-like arcs crackling. The poison slash gave way beneath the unstoppable Haki, forcing Cobra to dodge to the side with a startled cry.

Su Yan flicked his wrist, directing the Haki Dragon skyward. Then he slashed it down again.

Cobra winced. "Poison Dragon's Iron Fist—!" He punched upward, venom swirling around his arm.

Crash—!!

A violent crash echoed throughout Nirvana.
