Iskandar chuckled, clapping Waver on the back. "Come now, don't you trust El-Melloi II's insight?"

With some reluctance, Waver finally chose C, going along with his companions' decision.

["It's getting late," Tokiomi said, moving toward the door. "I hope this didn't make you miss your train."]

[In one swift, chilling motion, Kirei drew the dagger and plunged it into Tokiomi's back, piercing his heart.]

[Tokiomi's eyes went wide with shock and confusion as he fell to the ground, never fully understanding his betrayal.]

[Kirei's voice was calm, cold. "I didn't book a ticket, after all."]

[Gilgamesh appeared beside him, smirking in amusement. "Pathetic until the end."]

[Kirei glanced at Tokiomi's lifeless body. "Just like my father, he never understood me."]

Chihiro: "Gilgamesh, I'll give it to you. You really led him down a dark path."

Gilgamesh: "And what exactly do you mean by that, Chihiro?"
