"What do you think, Duke Bell?"

Looking at the quiet tribal chiefs, Asher spoke again.

"Do you trust my judgment, or would you rather trust your own eyes?"

Looking at the Knights of the Round Table behind him, Duke Bell, after a long silence, spoke in a low voice:

"I believe King Arthur's judgment. This is a deer."

"What do the others think?" Asher asked, looking at the rest.

"King Arthur is right, it's a deer." Milo had a gentle smile on his face, but his eyes sparkled.

He doesn't seem to be an incompetent king... He doesn't brainlessly use force to suppress people, but understands how to use influence to pressure others.

"Yes, it's a deer."

"I also think King Arthur didn't see wrong; it is indeed a deer."

Watching a group of people nod in agreement, Asher showed a faint smile:

"It seems everyone has some judgment. Let's return to the palace now and discuss repelling the outsiders together. I imagine none of you want to wait for Vortigern to lead his troops to attack us directly, right?"

Upon hearing that name, several people's faces turned serious.

"If possible, it would be best to catch them by surprise," Duke Bell said seriously.

"Indeed, as long as Vortigern isn't eliminated, we'll never be able to drive out the outsiders. His very existence represents the outsiders." Milo's gentle smile also faded considerably, his expression becoming more severe.

"After all, creatures like demon dragons shouldn't exist. Their blood should have been drained long ago, and their blood and flesh fed to other beasts, don't you think, King Arthur?" She looked at Asher, clearly trying to please him.

Asher coughed twice softly and nodded:

"You're right, that despicable dragon deserves such a fate."

Although he hadn't eaten the white dragon's flesh, he seemed to have drunk most of its essence blood... So what this pink-haired girl said didn't seem entirely wrong.

The only problem was that he was inexplicably cursed as a "beast."

The group walked towards the palace, talking as they went. Asher walked ahead of them, secretly breathing a sigh of relief.

That was close. I played a big gamble. If these people hadn't been intimidated just now, I would have been the one losing face.

Frankly, he was a little afraid that the straightforward Artoria would suddenly say something like,

"My King, isn't that a horse?"

But it seems Artoria is quite smart, just a bit rigid about everyday matters.

As the group stepped towards a table in the palace, preparing to discuss repelling the outsiders, someone suddenly spotted a woman sitting on a chair at the table from a distance.

"Princess Mor... Morgan?!" Duke Bell exclaimed. Upon seeing the smiling woman, despite marveling at her beauty, he felt more genuine fear.

"Hello everyone, I've been waiting for you here for a long time, and I thought you wouldn't come," Morgan le Fay waved her hand, a charming smile on her face.

"It seems that when facing a great enemy, everyone can still unite."

As she spoke, Morgan le Fay casually twirled a strand of golden hair with her fingers. Her pair of narrow, sacred blue eyes seemed gentle, yet no one dared to relax.

Duke Bell quickly reacted, a fawning smile on his face:

"After all, it's Vortigern. If Britain is in danger, we naturally cannot stand by and do nothing."

As he spoke, he sat down several chairs away from Morgan.

Morgan le Fay sat with her legs crossed, sandals encasing a pair of delicate white feet. She slowly swung her feet, seemingly unbothered by the current scene, just watching them.

The other tribal chiefs also quickly reacted, secretly cursing Duke Bell's cunning, and took their seats. However, they all kept several chairs between themselves and Morgan le Fay.

Fortunately, Morgan le Fay's chair was at the very end, so even if they sat on the sides, it wouldn't look out of place. But the later they sat, the closer they had to be to Morgan le Fay's side, which was something no one wanted to experience.

After all, who knew what would happen when near the witch?

The Knights of the Round Table also took their seats, but similarly, they sat as far away from Morgan as possible. Although some of them were Morgan's "children," for the sake of secrecy, they naturally couldn't easily reveal themselves.

Artoria was about to sit closer, but Kay secretly pulled her back.

"Don't go over there, just sit next to big brother," Kay whispered.

Watching a group of people take their seats, with the space beside her still empty, Morgan's smile remained unchanged, as she silently watched Asher.

Asher seemed to notice Morgan le Fay's gaze, and a faint smile appeared on his face. She also smiled, her smile bright and gentle.

Under everyone's gaze, Asher walked to the seat beside Morgan le Fay and sat down, maintaining his composure throughout.

Thus, Morgan le Fay's smile grew even wider.

It didn't matter how others viewed her; as long as this person didn't disdain her, it was enough.

"Next time, let's use that big round table for the meeting," Asher said with a smile, looking at the people on both sides and ignoring the strange looks they gave him.

"Rather than me controlling Britain alone, I hope everyone can sit fairly at a round table and discuss important matters."

Duke Bell nodded slightly,

"King Arthur makes sense."

"If it's King Arthur's suggestion, we are naturally willing to listen."

"A big round table? Sounds pretty good."

After the previous incident, the tribal chiefs had shed their previous hostility and chose to listen to Asher.

This was not only because Asher was now sitting next to the witch, but more importantly, Asher's previous method of asserting dominance had also gained their approval.

If he had only used brute force, they still wouldn't have acknowledged him. How could a true king, without sufficient kingly magnanimity, gain the recognition of others?

To confidently make a decisive judgment... even if it was blatant falsehood, it still deserved others' respect.

Morgan le Fay observed the attitudes of these people, and a look of surprise appeared on her face.

She had originally intended to come here to build momentum for Asher, but it seemed he had already handled it himself?

She naturally knew that brute force wasn't enough, which was why she wanted to use her identity as the "witch" to intimidate these people. If even she, the witch, had to obey the King's arrangements, what reason would others have to be defiant?

But now, it seemed she didn't need to help at all...

This child had really grown a lot.

Or rather, did he possess the aptitude for kingship from the start?

Morgan le Fay looked at Asher beside her, appearing thoughtful.

And then, she heard Asher's voice:

"So, let's begin the first meeting, regarding the temporary unification of your forces to repel the outsiders, and subsequent arrangements."
