I followed him as he led the way, we were both silent.As he opened the door all I could think of was how I was going to hug my bestie tight after all this while.

My bestie was one of the cutest and sweet friend, during my school days, she has now become more pretty and beautiful than before. I was quite astonished to meet her after such a long time.I pinched myself to check whether I was dreaming but actually I wasn't. She is now working at the Serenity of Spring hospital as a surgeon.We shared each other's memories till now.

I couldn't keep calm because I missed my bestie so much. I jumped at her hugging her and she hugged back too .We had been friends since we were kids. Our families were always close. We had always planned our life how we would settle down in this country after graduating, but her parents divorced and she moved with here to continue with school. We only kept in touch through messages and video calls once in a while.

I handed her the few gifts I brought and told her the rest were in the hotel. She was too happy.

My bestie was done with work so we headed back to collect my things and move them to her house. We also left Rui to take care of Rio but he promised to stop by and say hello when he can.

Seeing my friend again reminded me of the amazing memories we've shared together. We caught up on each other live's, sharing stories and experiences. We spent the next few days together, doing all the things we used to love. Every moment was filled with joy and happiness. It's moments like these that make me appreciate the true value of friendship.
