Clark says "My price is half of everything you have. Your money, techniques, artifacts, resources and weapons. This is not up for negotiation it either is or isn't. Also if the deal is made Giauss is to broker the deal and make you dont try to cheat me. Unless Giauss tell me yeah your meridians stay closed." Clark then continues eating with a straight face.They all look at Clark with a dumbfounded face. The chief then spoke up "This is outrageous. How could you even ask for this much?" Clark just continues eating not even acknowledging the chief. The chief realizes he isnt gonna budge and his words that no negotiations will be had are true. After a few minutes of silence The chief reluctantly says "Fine we have a deal."

Clark looks at Giaus and says "I'm leaving it to you." Giauss then nods and says "Don't worry I'll even make sure to check underneath his pillows." They leave for about 2 hours then Giauss and the chief come back. Giauss then gives Clark a thumbs and and the chief hands clark a ring. The chief then says "This ring is part of my treasures but its now yours. Put the ring on your finger and give it some of your Qi. Its a spatial ring it can hold a lot of stuff." Clark then channels his Qi into the ring and in his mind he can see everything. There's a lot of money. Some books which he assumes are techniques and a lot of weapons. Clark said in his mind "I'll check these out later. I wonder how good the techniques and weapons are.

Clark then looks at the chief and says "Ok i need you to get in the lotus position. When I start opening your meridians you need to control your energy. If you start to spiral out of control I can't do anything to stop it and you will die if energy overload." The chief nods and gets in the lotus position then says "I'm ready." Clark puts his hand on the chiefs head and then activates his skill. He starts opening the chiefs remaining meridians 1 by 1. After Clark opens a few the chief has trouble controlling his energy and they need to pause so he can get a handle on his energy. They whole process took another 2 hours.

Giauss had a worried look on his face and thought "Clarks not gonna be able to open all mine. I dont have as good of a cultivation technique or control of my energy as the chief." Clark sees Giauss expression and says "dont worry I'll open yours during the rest periods of our trip as well. So you'll have plenty of time to open as many as we can. If we cant open them all at least you'll have a lot more open than now." Giauss then says "Yeah I guess your right. Even if you were to open half of my remaining meridians youll save me decades of cultivation time."

They leave the chiefs house and Giauss says "The chief said the guide arrived safely back to the village during your tour. We will set out tomorrow morning for the human town. We should head back to the general store so you can buy supplies for our trip." So they walk back to the general store. Clark starts buying all the stuff they need. He gets a couple tents and bedding for the tents. Some cooking equipment and some non perishable foods just in case they can't hunt something. He find some self purifying waterskins. They're a bit expensive but he still buys a couple. After looking around a bit more and not seeing anything else they paid and left.

They get back to Giauss' house and Clark says "You ready to open some of your meridians?" Giauss nods and gets in the lotus position. They then follow the same routine as the chief and after opening a few Giauss said "I'm at my limit Im going to need to cultivate for a few hours to get a hold of all this energy." Clark nods then walk to the kitchen to grab a snack and Sarah says "By the time we make it to the human town we can return to our world. I wonder if anything has happened while we were gone." Clark says " Yeah I keep thinking about everyone. I hope nothing major happened. I've gotten a lot stronger just in this short of time. I wonder how surprised everyone's going to be." Sarah yawns and says "Im tired I think im going to call it a night and go to bed." Clark nods and says "Yeah me too let's go." They were going to go tell Giauss goodnight but they noticed he was still cultivating. So they just let him be and went to sleep.
