Floating Island - Triple S Talent

Chapter 392: Arrive in the Divine Sky Realm

"Princess Elen, I apologize for making you wait. They should arrive shortly," said Elder Ming Zhao in a friendly tone. His words conveyed neither arrogance nor humility, but carried a hint of respect for the young woman beside him.

Glancing at Elen, Elder Ming Zhao noted how youthful she appeared from her aura. However, her strength, already on par with his at the Grandmaster level, spoke volumes about the extraordinary potential she possessed.

"It's no problem, Elder Ming Zhao. Let us wait a little longer," Elen replied with a warm smile. Her face remained calm, showing no signs of nervousness, reflecting a maturity beyond her years.

Across the platform, rows of reporters were busy preparing their equipment. Advanced cameras with high-grade lenses were aimed at the portal, while reporters checked their tools to ensure no important moments would be missed.

A reporter, neatly dressed with a microphone in hand, spoke enthusiastically in front of the camera. "Viewers, soon we will witness the arrival of distinguished guests from another realm. This is a historic moment for the Heavenly Divine Realm! From today, a new era of human civilization in the cosmic universe will begin!"

The words were delivered with great enthusiasm, slightly exaggerated, but enough to stir excitement among viewers across the Heavenly Divine Realm. The broadcast aired on television stations, social media, and even mega video billboards scattered on tall buildings and flying displays in the sky.

"Look! Someone is coming out!" shouted a reporter, causing a sudden uproar. All cameras swiveled, focusing on the multi-dimensional portal that gradually emitted a bright light.

From within the portal, dozens of people began to emerge slowly, stepping into the vast area around the portal. At first glance, they appeared similar to ordinary Earth humans. However, there was something different. The security personnel stationed at the edges of the area felt an unusual energy vibration. Their expressions reflected both surprise and an instinctive sense of respect.

The individuals from the other realm continued to pour out, forming neat lines in the middle of the field. The sound of their footsteps echoed clearly on the sturdy metallic platform.

"That building is so tall and oddly shaped," murmured a middle-aged man with a thin frame, his gaze fixed on the futuristic buildings in the distance.

"I heard this is the realm of the players. Their buildings are, of course, different from those in our realm," replied his companion, who appeared more educated and dressed in the neat attire typical of a noble. He observed the surroundings with a curious expression.

The eyes of the other nobles shone with curiosity. Behind their sharp gazes, their minds were already busy processing every detail they saw. They tried to understand this new environment, seeking opportunities to exploit the situation. As nobles, they were aware of the existence of players, even though in the Guandu Realm, players only had a minor influence, such as their floating cities.

"Their buildings seem newly constructed, and there's also a lot of empty land here," said a stout middle-aged man, his gaze lingering on some towering modern structures. A slight furrow appeared on his brow, showing his deep sense of wonder.

"Yes, you're right. I wonder if the society in this realm is already aware of the presence of outsiders," replied his friend, a thinner man, his eyes full of questions.

"No," answered a bespectacled woman standing not far from them. Her face appeared calm, but her voice carried a strong confidence. "This Heavenly Divine Realm is a new realm. From the information I've gathered, we are the first external race to set foot here."

The two men turned to her in shock, staring at the woman as if they had just heard groundbreaking news. Soon after, wide smiles spread across their faces. "We must establish a foothold in this realm," they said almost simultaneously, their tones filled with optimism. Their eyes sparkled as if seeing a golden opportunity not to be missed.

Meanwhile, the area around the portal grew increasingly crowded. Nearly two thousand people had gathered, creating a slightly cramped atmosphere. The sound of conversations mixed with footsteps, filling the air with a buzz of curiosity and excitement from the newcomers.

"Elder Ming Zhao, it might be better if those who have arrived earlier are transported directly to the event location by bus. What do you think?" Elen, standing beside Ming Zhao, suggested in a gentle yet thoughtful tone.

Ming Zhao nodded in agreement. "Very well, Princess Elen."

He floated slightly into the air, his body moving effortlessly like a leaf carried by the wind. In a firm yet non-intimidating voice, he addressed the crowd below, "Everyone, proceed to the buses—those large vehicles over there. These buses will take you to the event venue."

The newcomers, most of whom were still unfamiliar with player technology, stared at the buses with curiosity. Even so, their fear of Ming Zhao compelled them to comply without many questions.

"Immortal? Let's go there," whispered a man, tugging his friend's sleeve.

"Yes, don't stare too long. He might notice you," his friend replied softly but with palpable tension.

Ming Zhao's tone wasn't threatening, but his presence carried an inexplicable pressure. Without hesitation, the mortals began walking toward the buses provided. Each bus could accommodate more than a hundred people, and in no time, all those present began boarding the vehicles in an orderly manner.

Once the mortals had passed through the portal, it was the turn of the immortals from the top sects of the Guandu Realm to emerge. They walked gracefully, wearing distinctive robes that reflected their status as elite individuals. They said little, their sharp gazes sweeping across their new environment with keen curiosity.

One of the elders from the Eternal Swan Sect, clad in a striking black uniform, led a group of disciples standing neatly behind him. The elder's face furrowed as he noticed Ming Zhao standing beside the portal, though it wasn't Ming Zhao who captured his attention. His gaze lingered on the young woman next to Ming Zhao, her calm demeanor unshaken by the commotion around her.

"Your Excellency Ming Zhao," he greeted respectfully, though his eyes remained fixed on Elen, filled with profound curiosity.

"Who is the woman beside him?" he murmured softly, loud enough for a few nearby to hear. He sensed a powerful aura emanating from her, as though she stood on equal footing with Ming Zhao.

"Her strength... rivals that of His Excellency Ming Zhao," he added in a near-whisper, his tone tinged with both admiration and wariness.

One by one, sects began to form orderly lines, grouping themselves according to their distinctive uniforms. Their discipline was evident in their silent formation, accompanied only by the steady rhythm of their footsteps.

The longer they observed this new realm, the more awe appeared on the faces of the sect disciples. Their eyes sparkled, some even seemed mesmerized, as if witnessing something beyond their imagination.

"The air quality in this realm is so pure, no less than in the Grand City," a sect disciple remarked, taking a deep breath to savor the fresh air brushing against his face.

"And look at those towering structures!" another disciple exclaimed, his eyes fixed on a star-studded tower standing majestically in the distance, radiating a soft yet elegant glow.

"The Star Tower," a more knowledgeable disciple interjected, his tone akin to that of a teacher, drawing the attention of those around him. "According to the information, that tower protects this realm from cosmic monster attacks. A marvel that could only be crafted by the players."

While most disciples were engrossed in discussions about their surroundings, some began to focus elsewhere. Their gazes shifted to a young woman standing not far from the portal. Elen, with her upright posture and face radiating graceful beauty, stood beside the figure they knew as Ming Zhao.

"That woman is incredibly beautiful," murmured a handsome young man, his eyes glued to Elen, his face betraying an admiration he couldn't hide.

"Brother Yon, remember what Sister Ling-Ling said. Don't stare at other women too much," a female disciple nearby scolded sharply but with a touch of camaraderie.

The young man snapped out of it, averting his gaze with a hint of embarrassment. He sighed softly and said, "I need to compose myself better."

Many male disciples couldn't help but be captivated by Elen's charm. She stood calmly, her aura exuding an uncommon majesty. Her flowing hair swayed gently in the wind, enhancing her resemblance to a goddess from ancient myths. Some disciples even compared her to the elf fairies often mentioned in stories. Yet, Elen's gaze remained cold, focused on her duty, undisturbed by the admiration she garnered.

After all the sect disciples passed through the portal, the core disciples of the Eternal Swan Sect began to emerge. They appeared slowly, one by one, forming a perfectly arranged procession.

The core disciples exuded a stronger presence compared to the regular disciples, making their arrival more striking. Following them, the inner disciples marched in equally disciplined steps, concluded by the elders who exited leisurely yet with undeniable dignity.

Those who had just stepped out of the portal immediately noticed Ming Zhao standing beside it, observing with poised elegance. Without hesitation, all the elders bowed in unison.

"Greetings, Lord Ming Zhao," they said, their voices filled with reverence.

Within the sect hierarchy, Ming Zhao's status was akin to a star in the heavens, unreachable for ordinary elders. His presence reminded them of Guardian Aleron, the ultimate symbol of power within the sect.

Ming Zhao gave a small nod, his hand gesturing lightly toward the buses lined up not far from the portal.

"Please board the buses provided. They will take you to the event venue." His tone was calm yet brimming with authority.

The elders nodded obediently, preparing to move. However, their steps faltered momentarily as they realized something. Their gazes collectively turned to Elen, standing not far from Ming Zhao. Quietly, they felt a jolt of surprise—how could they overlook the presence of a woman with such a commanding aura?

"Greetings, Senior," the elders said, bowing respectfully, this time directed at Elen.

They realized that despite Elen's youthful appearance, her aura was no less formidable than Ming Zhao's. Some even speculated that if it came to a clash, Elen might prove even more intimidating.

Elen simply nodded slightly, unbothered by the elders' gestures. To her, this was merely part of her duty. Without saying much, she remained standing tall in her place, emanating an unignorable sense of authority.
