"Sucrose recently requested some wind-elemental materials to help her break through. However, with many knights applying for elemental materials lately, our supply has been strained. I just managed to gather enough for her today. Could you deliver it to her on your way?" Jean explained.

"Sure," Nolan nodded, taking the materials without complaint. He decided not to linger with Jean any longer and focused his thoughts, teleporting directly to Sucrose.

The surroundings shifted seamlessly.

The setting of Jean's office was instantly replaced by Sucrose's laboratory.

In front of him stood Sucrose, whom he hadn't seen in a few days. She was glancing around, seemingly searching for where Nolan might have teleported to.

When she didn't see him in front or to her sides, she began to turn around.

But before she could, Nolan suddenly pressed close to her back, wrapping his arms around her waist.

"Hehe, Sucrose, did you miss me?"

"Haha, I just wanted to see your cute reaction," Nolan chuckled, pulling her down to sit on the nearby chair next to her workbench. His hands didn't remain idle, gently caressing her soft stomach and thighs as he asked, "How's your research been going?"

"Uh… I've made progress," Sucrose murmured, her pale legs drawing inward shyly. She nervously fiddled with the elastic band of her over-the-knee stockings before continuing, "I successfully divided the healing ointment into two new formulations.

"One is called 'Advanced Healing Ointment Type 1.' It's highly effective for wounds—even those caused by Rift Beasts can heal rapidly with it.

"The second is 'Plant Cultivation Ointment Type 1,' which promotes growth and vitality in plants, including plant-based monsters. I've already organized the formulas and submitted them to Jean. I believe they'll be quite useful."

Talking about her area of expertise clearly relaxed Sucrose. Her voice grew more confident as she explained her achievements.

"Wow, that's amazing! Sucrose, you're incredible!"

Nolan felt genuinely happy for her, so as a reward, he leaned in and nibbled on her fluffy green beast-like ears.

"By the way," Nolan said, finally letting go to give her a moment to catch her breath, "I brought the elemental materials Jean prepared for your breakthrough. Do you want to attempt it now? I can guard you while you do it."

"Okay," Sucrose whispered, her head lowered and her face still tinged with pink. She spoke so softly it was almost inaudible.

There is generally no danger for the Vision holder to make a breakthrough, as long as there are enough materials, there will basically be no failure, and in case of failure, it will only be a waste of some materials.
