Yae Miko began preparations on the second day.

She moved all the equipment that Takumi gave her to the second floor of Yae Hall. The house she bought only utilized the first floor, while the second and third floors remained vacant. Now, these spaces could finally be put to use.

Kamisato Ayaka took out all the items from her space ring. As the instruments were placed one by one, Yae Miko said,

"Alright, thanks for your help. I'll handle the rest. By the way, if you're planning to return to Inazuma, take this. Just return it to me later."

Saying this, Yae Miko handed over her pass to Ayaka Kamisato. Hearing this, Ayaka nodded and accepted the pass without hesitation. Since she had already planned to return home for a while, this was convenient.

"Keqing, are you and Kamisato Ayaka both dating Takumi?"

Hearing Ningguang's analysis, Keqing was at a loss for words.

Keqing felt the need to explain herself.

Ningguang's expression turned amused.

"A ring from Takumi, huh? If you're not in a relationship, then why wear it on your ring finger?"

She raised an eyebrow.

Just as Keqing was struggling to respond, Takumi suddenly pulled out another ring and held it toward Ningguang with a serious expression.

"Well then, Ningguang, you want one too? Come on, give me your hand, and I'll put it on for you."

Ningguang was momentarily stunned and looked at the ring in Takumi's hand.

"Are you proposing to me? Well, I wouldn't mind…"

Takumi gave her a deadpan stare.

"What are you thinking? Is that all that's on your mind?" he sighed dramatically. "Lower your expectations!"

Ningguang nearly choked on her tea.

"You brat! Lower expectations? Do you even realize what you're saying?!"

She was absolutely exasperated. If she had her Jade Chamber at this moment, she might have thrown it at him.

Meanwhile, Takumi continued smirking at her.

"Alright, no jokes. This is a space ring. Let me put it on for you."

Ningguang scoffed, snatching the ring from his hand.

"Give it to me! I'll put it on myself!"

"I like it," she admitted.

"Alright, let's get back to business. We need to finalize the construction plans for the water conservancy projects and the new granaries."

Before Keqing and Takumi could react, Ningguang had already shifted gears completely, her mind focused on the future development of Liyue.

The three of them continued discussing.

Aside from Qingce Village, there were other fertile lands that could be cultivated. New villages could be established, and efforts could be made to maximize food production.

Takumi proposed, "Let's develop Cui Jue Slope. There's already a medicinal garden there. Reclaiming farmland should be easy. We can issue an announcement, allowing interested people to apply. Alternatively, we could contract farmland to specialists."

Takumi, however, had a different idea.

They must live there and contribute to farming. In return, we'll purchase their crops at a fair price. Once the contract term is up, the house will belong to them permanently."

His plan was met with approval.

Ningguang and Keqing exchanged glances and nodded in agreement. It was a solid strategy that would ensure long-term agricultural development while also stabilizing Liyue's economy.
